Let me just say at first I didn’t believe a woman should be in a shop. But that young gal Jessie sure did change my mind. She might not have known all the answers right off the top of her head but she sure didn’t mind getting the answers. And that manager of the shop Derek I believe didn’t mind how many time she had to go to him for the answers. I believe he even told her to stop catch her breath and to Rock it out like he knows she could. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants to feel like part of a family. And to anyone who wants to see how integrity is supposed to look like.

I’ve been going to NTB for years now and every time Taylor switches to a different store no matter how much more of a drive I make it. With all the vehicles I have he keeps them all on the road and makes every experience there easy and relaxing. Had a blow out in NC and called him and he rushed my order got me a new wheel and tire within days and had me back up and running. If he were to ever leave I’m not sure I would keep going back. Clean and comfortable location with 7 social distanced spaces to sit inside to wait and they use plastic inside your car seat.All team members were very professional, were wearing masks and my alignment and tire wear was explained to me clearly.There were free snacks and cappuccino and other coffees available during my visit. This location features a new alignment tool which can make your visit quicker too so that is a bonus.

It seems like everything this staff does is on point every time. What ever you are doing keep doing it! Great job

Derek was most unprofessional and rude. He was verbally talking down to the lady selling me my tires a few months ago.On my next trip to have an oil change due to a recall, I called to inform I was running 10 minutes late.Derek told me when see me when I got there. I work in healthcare sales and was running behind for my appointment this morning. I called and spoke with Derek to confirm my appointment and tell him I made a mistake on the time.When I arrived 12 minutes later, I was told that I would need to reschedule because I was late. I communicated and asked to speak with Derek since he was who I had previously spoken to. I was confused because I didnt understand why he didnt tell me I needed to reschedule when I called. When the employee told him I was asking to speak with him, he shook his head as his body language represented frustration and being inconvenienced. There were no cars in the bay and I was told the next appts were not for 30 more minutes. I asked for a large favor to squeeze me in. He communicated in a condescending manner they are not a Jiffy Lube and it takes an hour to do an oil change and 28 point inspection. After today, I regret purchasing tires from this store and would not recommend them at all. He sarcastically told me to have a blessed day as I was leaving.In my opinion, this is a place where employees nor customers appear to be valued.I plan to contact corporate to discuss this experience.

Unethical manager and is either ignorant about vehicle maintenance or dishonest. I brought my truck in for tire rotation. When I noticed my tires weren’t rotated after picking up my truck I talked to the manager. He simply stated they wanted to leave the best tires where they were. My truck however has about 11,000 miles on the tires and haven’t been rotated yet which he suggests should be every 5000 miles.To follow his logic the tires will never be rotated because the tires will always wear more on the front between tire rotations. Unethical to tell a customer their tires were rotated and then make excuses when you are caught in a lie. Will definitely make sure his superiors know so this will not continue.This is an addition to the poor service. Not only did they lie about the tire rotation they also left my oil filter loose. Discovered today after finding oil on my driveway. Was able to turn filter a half turn by hand. Would be wise to stay away until they find new management and service team.

I travel 45 minutes to this location because every time I come here the service is fantastic. They take the time to isolate the problem and do what they can to fix it and/or give you honest options. I will continue to recommend this store. Lovely clean waiting area too

Don’t take your car here for wheel and tire service. Also do not allow them to test drive your car either. Brand new car with perfectly new tires. Just to end up having one damaged by them. They took no accountability at all. I asked for corporate number. The manager William denied to give it to me. Luckily corporate was able to somewhat resolve the issue.

Very professional, clean place, and great service. Ive taken my car there a few times and have had minor issues but they took really good care of me and solved every issue. I recommend this place for your car service, I have actually sent a friend there and she was very satisfied as well.

I brought my 2014 BMW 435i up here, I should have known better and paid the extra for a bmw certified shop. First time I brought my car up here I was referred to them by my warranty company. I brought the car in after doing my own research and knew the shaking of the steering wheel was due to my rotors needing to be replaced. I came in for service and told them so and that one of my tires was running low constantly. They reassured me the rotors needed to be resurfaced and that was all, free of charge no paper work sent home. That the tire was probably due to me having the cap on too tip pushing on the needle in the stem. Ok, sure. A couple weeks later, shaking was apparent again, took it back. This time was told rotors were out of spec and needed to be replaced and just so happens my warranty coverage for brakes also ran out that week. So I ended up paying nearly 500 bucks for brakes when I stated they needed to be replaced to begin with.They also noted my control arms needed to be replaced, thankfully that was covered. Once again stated the tire was running low but couldn’t find a nail, this time they actually put it on the lift and noted it was a cracked rim actually causing the tire to leak. Got the car back, drove off and noticed there was a scuff mark around the outside of my steering wheel, as if some one had a clip board or some material against it while the steering wheel turned. By then I just wanted the car home. I back in once I get home and there is a random popping noise. Next day take it back, I was informed oh no worries something just wasn’t tightened down. FINALLY all is fixed, car feels good. Not even a month and half later.. shaking starts AGAIN.. I was just so defeated taking the car in numerous times and it being something different each time rather than them fully looking at the car. The last time I took it in, I needed an oil change which they did for a fair price and looked at the car again. The car ended up sitting for a whole day without being looked at, as I was told they were waiting for the more certified technician to come in as he was out that day. This time I was told the struts were bad in the front, and particularly the front passenger one was blown and leaking oil. Which I don’t understand how this was not noted when the control arms were replaced right before. Then again noted, this is the first time the most certified technician looked at it. I was told I probably needed to take the car to a bmw dealership as it also needed an alignment and they did not have the proper tools to do so for this type of car. For basic needs and basic customer service, super nice guys and clean shop! Just wish I was told up front that the younger technicians on site were not the most certified nor was the shop prepared to inspect or work on a bmw. I only say this now because I just brought my car to a bmw certified shop who stated bmw rotors should never be resurfaced and they questioned who changed my oil and filter as my oil filter cap was broke and seemed as though they didn’t have the proper tools to remove it as it does not simply screw off. Lesson learned this is not your average Honda you can take to an average shop.

I just think your oil changes very expensive. Even though I had to have the Valvoline. I was told you were one of the most cheapest on oil change. Till I got there to realize how much you did charge. And I did get my oil changed it cost me $60

Great service and super nice staff! They did excellent work and everything was on time which is awesome. Really nice facility and waiting room is outstanding with beverages and snacks should you need them. Would definitely recommend NTB in Greer to anyone needing service on their vehicles.

These guys were so helpful and saved me in a pinch. They were minutes from closing when I came in with a flat. The manager, Jason said no problem and they pulled it in the bay. Austin had it patched and fixed in minutes staying a little later to take care of it. Great service and super friendly. I recommend this location and crew for vehicle service!

I made an online appointment for new tires and from the time I walked in, I was warmly greeted and welcomed by Anthony, who explained what was needed for my car without the pushy, fear mongering sales pitches Ive previously experienced.While I waited, I sat in the clean, comfortable lobby and was able to watch the technician while he professionally worked on my car. Both Anthony and Ryan were very up front and honest with what my car needed, which is greatly appreciated.I left the store in the pouring down rain, but felt confident that my car was serviced with my safety in mind. I will definitely continue to go to this NTB for all my cars needs and will highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a shop with state-of-the art equipment and a five-star staff that exceed customer expectations!

I have been Following this group of managers and mechanics from each store and am So grateful that they now have all my favorites in one store, ONE location!! Their service isn’t only fast paced but it also is full of excellent southern hospitality! The service manager Jacob has always been very kind, willing, and puts your priorities first for not only your vehicle but your needs/wants. The mechanic Andrew and master mechanic Robert are very helpful, well knowledgeable, fast paced, hardworking and friendly. I have had nothing but great experiences with them all and i have been taking my car to them for a year!

I stopped here while on vacation from Virginia to get my tire fixed and received the best service. William Harris assisted me and got me in and out in a timely manner to enjoy the rest of my vacation!!! Great place, I highly recommend!!!

I loved the Greer NTB facility! If you decide to wait on your vehicle they offer complementary snacks and coffee. They also have a glass wall so you can see the technicians work on your car as you wait. They have a clean setting area where you can relax or work. They also have two iPads the kids can play on. William H. was very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend visiting them in the Greer location!

My shoes needed new soles, so I appointed a time with NTB to hook me up. When I got there, I was warmly greeted and welcomed. When I originally scheduled the appointment, I mistakenly thought they had my soles in stock. Unfortunately, they didnt. But, Jason didnt let that stop them. No sir. He called up another store and had some sent over. They showed up within an hour.So, while I was waiting (and working at their nice customer work counter), Jason strolled up to me and showed me that I was low on oil. Knowing I was due for a lube and knowing the shoes were gonna be a minute before getting fitted, I let him know they can swap my oil out for some fresh crude.Finally, after the shoes were put back on, the Texas Tea topped off, and my wheels realigned (because, its the right thing to do), I was on my merry way!I will certainly return for all of my tire needs. Thanks, guys!!

This should come as no surprise as I have been following the GM of this location for about a year now at each of his locations. The service I received today from Anthony and Calvin today were top notch. I simply love the new facility as its clean and inviting, making the time you spend waiting on your vehicle all the better. I especially want to point out Calvin as he did an alignment on my car and when he test drove it and discovered that it still wasnt right; he put in back in the bay and perfected it! Now thats SERVICE!!!! I will always use this shop for my repairs because I can count on the TEAM there to make my experience comfortable, friendly and efficient! Thanks Ryan, Anthony, & Calvin.

Everyone at this NTB location has been so helpful and informative. When I have thought I had an issue with my vehicle or thought I needed something replaced, Ryan and his team have been very upfront with me. They have told me when there was nothing wrong or if I did not need to be concerned right now. They have also provided me with cost effective repairs. They have a great team and Robert is one of the best Master Tech’s. I would recommend that anyone that thinks they need work on their vehicle bring their vehicle to this location and let them help you.
