Fantastic service and my hair always looks amazing!

After hundreds of miles of hiking my feet were in rough shape! I’m traveling though and wanted a manicure and pedicure. I made an appointment with Escape Spa and I am SO glad I did! The salon owner, Victoria worked diligently to make my feet new again! Crystal did my manicure and both jobs are one of the best I’ve ever had. These ladies are very meticulous about getting everything right. My polish job is flawless! The place was very clean and relaxing. I wish I could give more stars!

Wonderful experience! Victoria sprayed me and two of my bridesmaids for my wedding. The color was beautiful and the experience was great. Victoria is down to earth, and very professional. Highly recommend.

The owner, Victoria, is an amazing stylist. She is highly skilled and educated. I have had many cuts and colors from Victoria and I am always so happy with what she does. I feel comfortable in her chair because she is so down to earth and easy to carry a conversation with. Go to escape and ask for Vic, check out their unique clothes in the boutique while youre there. You wont be disappointed!

Ive known the owner for many years now, and regardless of workload she always finds time to treat her customers. Great haircuts for a man (and I assume women), affordable prices compared to most of the outlets around town. If you need a place to change it up with care, I highly recommend checking Escape out.

I like getting my haircut by Victoria, I think she is really great and she does a good job. The price is good for the haircut and the rooms look very cool, as well as, they have very calming music playing there so you just feel relaxed the whole time you are there.

I have been to a few salons in Greenville and Escape Spa & Boutique has by far been the best one. The stylists have done an amazing job every time I have been in there and were so friendly and welcoming. And the boutique in the Salon has the cutest clothes and jewelry. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone who wants to get pampered!

The lady was nice that did my pedicure, however, she stated she was afraid to cut them too short for fear of nurturing an ingrown toe nail where I had them cut much shorter when in Tampa Bay. The price was expensive, $72 of which the same in Tampa Bay at a high end salon cost me $50. The reclining chairs were ripped and in a shabby state.

Ive always been nervous about getting my hair cut by someone other than the woman I grew up seeing. However after a friend of mine recommended Gini at Escape, I decided to take a chance, and I am so glad that I did! Ive never been so happy with a new haircut/style before. Not only if my hair easier to style, it looks so much better than I could have imagined.Not only did my hair look great, Gini did a fantastic color fix on my coworkers hair. The whole staff at Escape is wonderful, and I would trust every one of their stylists with my hair.

I have been trying to get a refund from a color service back in January from Escape Spa and Boutique. She didn’t even get close to the color I requested and charged me $125. The Stylist, Crystal stated she had a 7 day guarantee to fix it if I was unhappy and then when I tried to come back she tried to charge me the full amount once again. After speaking with the Salon owner, Victoria Tompkins, she stated she would let Crystal fix it for $40 just to cover product but after Crystal touching my hair the first time -I refused to let her do it again, afraid shed mess my hair up more. I requested a color of rose gold with hues of pink and purple with a brown to dark neutral on the top. Literally, all she did was lightening my hair about 1-2 shades lighter & put red toner on it. So literally there wasnt much a difference. I did received a free haircut because they were running a promotion at the time.Since then I have had to file a dispute with the bank back in January, its an ongoing investigation on their end. Last week, I just got info in the mail from my bank, paperwork from salon owner, Victoria Tompkins (her dispute from her end) she is trying to cover up their end & lie stating I have done this to several salon owners. I have never had ANY problems with any hair stylists or salons til this time. And they are providing old screenshots of conversations from November 2017 where Crystal (the stylist) and I discussed doing a blue or greenish blue color with black. Total different idea and color project. She used those screenshots to give to the bank to make it appear I’m lying. I have every conversation from November 2017 til the appt date and even after, all screenshots are time stamped and have the dates. Honestly, I just want my refund back and I will move forward. I feel I have been treated unfairly.She has gone as far as blocking me on facebook to their business page and will not speak with me and come to an agreement. She is threatening to get a lawyer to take me to court for slander. After Speaking with the Chamber of Commerce in Greenville and filing a complaint with them. I have since then filed a complaint to the BBB. I would not recommend this Salon SOLEY based on the poor professionalism and poor customer service of the Salon Owner. The Stylist made a mistake, it happens I get that, but they should have just issued a refund and moved forward. Instead they have chosen to run from the issue and then lie to people regarding the matter.

Had a great mani done by Gini. Really fun time with great conversation and laid back relaxing environment.
