To expensive... Everything in that store is way too expensive

Palmetto Moon clothing store is a must see if youre in the Haywood Mall and shopping for clothing. They have a very well-organized well-stocked beautiful selection of fashionable clothing. I would say that you will not be disappointed in the selection here they are open all hours of the mall so come on by and check it out. Lots of nice team apparel for Carolina and Clemson.

My girlfriend was double charged to her account due to the system going blank when they were trying to check her out. Called up there and she was informed to come up there with a bank statement and the receipt. Drove 45 minutes all the way back to the store with the account statement and receipt with proof she was double charged just for them to tell us they don’t give refunds in store that we needed to call corporate. Poor management and won’t be giving them a single dollar more.

Pretty busy with the last minute shoppers!In and out quickly and staff was definitely feeling the Christmas Spirit!

Found a great selection of clothing and customer service that was helpful but unobtrusive.A bit on the pricey side, but it would be hard to find better for the quality.

Nice array of things to purchase but pricey. 4 Tshirts cost me $55. 2 adult and 2 kid ts. And the store floor is FULL of things to purchase. Not much walking room in the store.

Lots of South Carolina themed clothes and products. Great spot to find unique clothes for Clemson or Carolina fans. Got a my sis some clothes here for Christmas.

I spent almost $60 for a KAVU backpack to use on a trip. As I was packing it in preparation to leave the following morning I realized it was a used one that had been previously purchased and returned. To my horror, the store had apparently returned it to the shelf without making sure it was clean and unused because in the right side pocket there was a phone charger, ear buds, and some Bobby pins with strands of hair hanging from them And in the other side pocket was a tampon and two pantry liners. 😡 I will be returning these items along with the backpack. Just nasty!

Bad experience at this store. Walked in and it was if I was invisible. Stood in the same place and waited for assistance for 10 minutes while the sales associates completely ignored me, walked around me to help other customers in the store. I was the only African American in the store and wasnt greeted with a hello when I walked in nor a goodbye when I left. Completely ignored! I am extremely glad that I decided to walk out of the store and make my purchase for a Clemson sweat shirt for my son for Christmas at another store. I dont recommend any African Americans to spend their money at this establishment. Horrible service. I will not ever go back.

Prices are high, but the staff is friendly and this is a good place to find a Yeti merchandise.
