First time visitor to At Home. It was wonderful. The store smelled absolutely devine and that it rare to say of a shopping venue. The Halloween selection was great, being only August. The counter staff was wonderful. The person who checked us out took great care in carefully wrapping all 12 glass pumpkins and other ceramics we bought today. Thank you so much for helping us our new pumpkins home perfectly.

Omg! This place is enormous!! If you love home decor then this is the place for you! They have everything for the home that you can think of and a great selection too! It took me at least an hour just to go through the whole store and look at everything! And I could have stayed longer just admiring everything! Awesome store! I found a great wooden charcuterie board and the price was only $15! Great deals! My new favorite home store!

They have pretty good SALES, very clean, clean bathroom, need more products on shelves, but all in all an affordable place to buy home decor..

Sometimes a good place to pick up something at a good price, however you must use caution and inspect everything. Many of the furniture pieces are incredibly cheaply made, or already broken, and are severely overpriced.A good place to get outdoor cushions and planters seasonally. Rugs and mirrors are usually a decent find as well.Wish they could order from other stores when stock is low.

This is a store you will get lost in.. mainly because there is such a wide selection of goodies, ranging in all price points. I guarantee if you start here youre likely to find exactly what you need. The staff from the times Ive been there has always been very helpful and kind. They also seem to be pretty quick to move people through the line as there is always a long one. Please go take a look for yourselves!

Clean store with a large selection of merchandise. My only complaint is that the outdoor section was limited. I can understand it though since it was the middle of the season.

I purchased an item that after the second use it came undone when I went back to the store I was told that, that was a manufacture issue and they were not responsible for it, when I asked if they don’t stand behind the products they sell the manager answer was no and I don’t know if any store that does.I then said “so you merchandise is disposable”She replied pretty much.Considering the price of their products it’s not the right place to spend my money at.

Honestly one of the coolest big stores in greenville. There is so many different things here, I mean like you can find anything, especially during the holidays. You want it, they got it, and the staff is helpful so if you need to find something, no big to ask.

You can not help but fall in love with this store! Can pretty much find anything & everything & in just about every color to decorate with, from knick- knacks to furniture & seasonal items. You can always find something new & different because theyre merchandise sells fast so it changes often. So just a little advice... If you see it & want it, best to go ahead & buy it because it most likely wont be there when you go back to get it!

Looking to decorate a bedroom for a 16 year old boy. Found everything I needed without going to multiple stores. My first time there, it wont be my last!

I purchased over $200 worth of product in one day at this store. As I was unpacking my things I realized that 2 things were broken. When I brought them back to the store they refused to accept my return. Might I add, both things broken were in a sealed container that had been unopened. I was humiliated at the counter. The cashier was training someone and even the woman being trained was asking her why she wouldn’t accept my return because it obviously wasn’t my fault. What I was returning added up to $13.00 compared to the $200 I spent. I should have checked my merchandise better before leaving the store but I also didn’t think they would have broken merchandise on the shelf. When I left, I checked the companies return policy and it never states anything about not accepting certain returns. When I called to speak to a manager just to double check the return policy the girl said “Yeah that was me that wouldn’t take it. Let me grab another manager to explain it to you.” And then when I spoke with the other manager he said it was up to their discretion to accept the return or not. So the cashier simply just did not want to accept my return. I will never return to this store after my experience

Very organized and excellent customer service

Found what I needed because at homes comes in clutch with releasing Halloween items early, but what’s rude is the attendant today at this location repeatedly kept saying ‘Jesus’ over and over and staring rudely at me and my significant other because we have tattoos. Rude. Will probably ask to get checked out by someone else if the black lady with short kept hair is working as I don’t need to feel judged buying coffee mugs on a Tuesday.

The store is pitiful. If theyre not going to restock, they need to downsize the store. Half the store was full of household items, while the other half the store was practically empty. Why pay rent on a huge store if youre not going to fill shelves?

Such a great place to shop for anything you could need for your home. I never leave empty handed and I always find something I am looking for! Pleasant shopping atmosphere as well, it will take a while to walk through the whole store so thats a huge positive.

This place has changed. I visited this place about 2 years ago. Too much stock of the same items. The items are priced a little high. I may be too picky, however this is the first home store I. Have brought only candy go a child.

It’s hard to go in this store, and NOT find something you absolutely like or love. They offer military discounts, along with already great prices for home decor. You can buy any seasonal themed things any time of the year. So if Halloween or Christmas is in your soul, you’re in luck all year round.

Unfortunately there were alot of shoppers without masks and an employee checking out customers with her mask around her neck..The store has ALOT of stuff.. a little overwhelming. And quite expensive for what it is. Like the furniture, its cute but not sturdy so it seemed like the prices would be cheaper but it wasnt the case.

Cool home items! Great customer service. Staff is pleasant at checkout; although there were no floor staff throughout the building. I also find this store to be overpriced on many items. Also, many of the pictures are damaged. Nonetheless, I really enjoy their selection!

They offer a huge variety of items, but most of them are not up to the quality of the prices they charge. I have been there 3 times and have never bought anything.

You can find pretty much anything here to fit your theme. I do wisn their sale/clearance stuff was a little more organized and that they didnt put big fat red stickers on the most obvious part of the item. That ruins alot of stuff. How hard to put the sticker on the bottom? I went in for an item that was online and twice my order was canceled because they didnt have the item, but it was still online. Frustrating but overall very nice employees, very nice goods. Deals galore if you look. Would recommend.

They were out of all the trees advertised on their website. The manager said they were not getting anymore trees this year because they were stocking for spring and that they couldn’t sell the displays. Why keep displays for trees you no longer have? I asked if I could buy it and come get it when they were done with it as a display and she said “no we can’t do holds”. 🤦🏻‍♂️ When we got to the register the lady Francis was really unpleasant also. She asked after she had rung us up if we were a member of the rewards and when I said no she said it was too late to sign up and I asked why and she said because I had already paid. I told her I hadn’t inserted my card yet and she grumbled through the whole process. And at the end she just threw the bags on the counter. Really unhelpful and grouchy group of people. No wonder they didn’t make it as garden ridge.

So many products - especially for Christmas! My daughter found a great new Christmas tree and some ocean themed ornaments and I found a great lantern for outdoors at Christmas! Well worth the trip!!

The store was quite clean, surprisingly even the rows that had mutiple small items were organized and nothing on the floor. My wife signed up for a rewards membership today from a friendly female cashier. even more impressive was that while signing up, a line formed behind us due to filling forms out, and another associate quickly appeared to handle the build up of customers Im line.
