I felt I was well informed about the product. The salesman was delightful to work with and answered all the questions I had at that time. I was given enough time to try out all three levels of comfort. I chose the plush king size because I felt that at our age (we’re in our 70s) my husband’s care could be better handled. Having the split king size we could separate the mattresses to get at him from both sides of the bed if need be. Also the older we’re getting the more painful the pressure is getting on our bones. I gave the mattress enough time to cause some pain, but it didn’t come. That was awesome. I can’t give the mattress a 5 star yet because it hasn’t been delivered nor have we had a lengthy time in using it. Our overall experience working with the sale I would give a 5.

The store has a large selection of mattresses, pillows, etc. to choose from and the sales manager, Frank, was easy to work with and very knowledgeable about all of the products available. He quickly helped me find my perfect mattress fit within my price range. I would definitely reccomend this store. It was one of easiest purchases I ever made.

The customer service rep. was so knowledgeable about the type of mattress needed. I sleep on my side and I ask what type of mattress was more compatible for a person who sleeps on their side vs someone who may sleep on their stomach or back. He allowed me to lay down on several mattresses and fill how they they felt. I asked about the base that raises head and feet since I do have swelling in my ankles and elevating them is a plus, and heartburn at times and how elevating my head would prevent my use of many pillows. Also, elevating head would allow easier sit up when watching television or when working with laptop. I also learned you can use your existing bed frame, that the base fits inside of your bed frame like a picture frame. This was great. No one had explained this to me. I purchased the mattress and base and am looking forward to the delivery. The prices was great and the payment options was wonderful. I would give this rep. five stars for knowing his job and making my experience so easy. Thank you inadvance for a job well done. I will recommend this company to others.

We were pleased so far at the treatment we recieved at MF this time. The old salesma Leon, was no longer there, thank god as he was of no use as a salesman. These new salesman were great. The first thing I noticed about Leon was that his questions were about the way I sleep so he could better narrow down his expert opinion on the best mattress for me.
