We have used Star 1 for over 6 years. Scott is very honest and trustworthy. He has worked on multiple cars in my family. Toyota, Kia, Nissan and Audi; it is hard to find an Audi repair shop. He is great at communicating the repairs needed, and he wont just do stuff. Scott now has on site service in which he will come to your house or business location to service or repair you car, which is very convenient so we dont miss work hours.

Ive been going to them for five years now. Something was wrong with my car when I first got it and I went to several different mechanics in Greenville and no one knew what was wrong. I went to Scott and he immediately lifted my car up and walked me underneath it and explained what was going on, and also saw that my brakeline was almost rusted through. No one else caught this! And he took the time to teach me about my car, which meant a lot because it made me realize he cares more about educating me than taking my money and I knew my car was in good hands, which means Im in good hands. Theres no one else in Greenville that Ill go to!

I am a Technician at Star 1. Between my boss and I, there is no problem we cant diagnose or repair. We specialize in Check Engine Lights, ABS Lights, Air Bag and anything else electrical. My boss has over 20 years experience dealing with these lights. I have almost 15 years experience with repairs in general. We pride ourselves in customer service, going as far as to offer shuttle service if need be.

Long time since Ive worked with an auto service company that I have not felt was trying to rip me off.I am.visiting from out of state. Care broke down. They allowed me to purchase the parts, and only charged for labor. Labor prices were FAIR & REASONABLE. How uncommon is that nowadays?!Thanks again guys!!!

Great service. Owner is honest and upfront with you. The turnaround time was very long though, not by laziness this shop is just very busy. Also the desk staff, at least that I came in contact with was terrible.

This place has amazing customer service and excellent capabilities/knowledge/skills! The owner will go above and beyond. I know because thats what he did for us! I highly recommend this place.

Stole my money. They made me spend ove $1000 on my car even though they knew it was a completely different problem. DON’T GET YOUR CAR FIXED HERE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT IT TO GET FIXED!!!!!
