My grandparents brought their cars to Raymond for about 20 years. When I moved to Greenville in 2015, I did the same, and still do! Raymond and Bruce always take care of me and my cars in an honest and timely manner. From oil changes, to radiator hose issues, tune ups, and even a crazy problem with a Volvo that nobody could figure out (but they did!), I trust bringing my vehicles here to be worked on after being used to the same garage in another state. I didnt actually have my car worked on, I was picking a friend who was having her brakes looked at. Someone called her fairly quickly to tell her the noise was not that she needed new brakes...cant remember exactly what the issue was...but was not in need of repair. They were so polite and helpful to her that I will use them next time I need anything done!

Today, Jun 28, 2021. Excellent service.This auto shop is amazing. Ive been their customer for a few years and they have been most professional, timely and true experts. I have never had to return my vehicle to them for same repair/maintenance, except oil changes of course. I highly recommend them for all your auto needs. There prices are very reasonable. I rate them A+.

My husband dropped his truck off today, we had no idea what the issue was. A dishonest mechanic could have easily found multiple problems with the truck and have charged hundreds. Instead, the mechanic found that a valve needed to be replaced and with labor/parts, our total was $127.00. Quite impressed with the honesty and timeliness.

I have been here to have my car worked on many times. Definitely a regular customer now. On two occasions they have had to come pick my car up with a wrecker. Once with me along with it. They are very kind and honest. Much more affordable than a lot of other places in Greenville. They truly care about your best interest instead of how much money they can get from a sale. Being a woman who doesnt know much about cars it is really nice having someone I can trust when I need repairs. Bruce always takes the time to explain in full detail what the problem and the solution is with every situation and I love that. I will suggest this shop to any one I know and I dont see myself taking my car anywhere else if I can help it.

They stole parts off my car. Then another mechanic shop showed me evidence the bolts were never turned. There was grime that was not disturbed on the bolts. Proof work was not preformed but they charged me for it.

I got my car inspected here today to renew my vehicle registration after looking at the previous reviews. The mechanics were nice, seemed knowledgeable and honest, and explained in detail what they reviewed and their thoughts. The cost was affordable and reasonable. There was a bit of a wait but not long enough to be annoyed. Overall, very satisfactory.

Very fast, courteous and accommodating! I was looking for someone to service my daughters car as she is a college student there and Im out of the area. Mr. Raymond provided professional and timely service and assured me that everything would be taken care of and he did just that. Cant thank him enough!

Honest and professional. After taking my Mercedes to another national chain and getting an extremely high quote that didnt sound right. If I could give 10 stars I would. My husbands Cadillac had a coolant leak was overheating, and his AC/heat stopped working. When I brought it in, it was clear I have NO IDEA about cars. They could have easily charged me for the repairs plus things I didnt need. They repaired the issues, explained in great detail what the problems were, told me what parts were needed to fix them so I had a better understanding, and were so reasonably priced. I will definitely be back with any future repair needs.

Amazing place. I sat around for about 2 hours at my apartment, calling all the auto shops in greenville to see who could replace my water pump for a bmw. Only 2 said they could, but for $700. Insane. The people that work here are hard working and dedicated individuals that want the best for your car. When I first called, the man was a little skeptical, since it was a German car. He then said he could have it done for $290. Amazing!!! Had my car dropped off bun AAA and it was done the next day. Super nice and cool guy! Will be back for sure.

Grandmother dropped car off at 8am & was told they would call by 10am .. that turned into 3pm with still no phone call .. granddaughter had to go by shop to get update on car & was told they were TOO BUSY to call ... terrible
