I took my 2008 GL-450 in for a very unusual suspension problem (literally 2 wheels were not touching the road) Mitch and his team did an excellent repair job, the car now rides tighter and smother than it ever has. It’s like a new car!!! It did take a little longer than excepted due to them being understaffed due to illness, but that’s understandable especially during these times! I would highly recommend this shop and will be using them for any future repairs. Thanks Mitch!

It is hard to imagine a worse experience with a business than my experience with Euro Car Specialists. I took my car there for a new A/C compressor and told them I needed my car back as soon as possible. After my car had been there for two weeks, I started calling to check in and the owner starting giving me various reasons why my car wasnt ready. Over the next two weeks the excuses for my car not being done went from the temp outside wasnt hot enough to get the freon level set right to family issues preventing him from working on it, to the problem isnt actually your A/C, its the blend door or something else. At this point my car had been there for a month and I told them I would pay them for the work done, but I was taking my car back no matter what. When I got my car back it was covered in dust from being parked outside for weeks, the interior was filthy, the shifter boot had been peeled up and not replaced correctly and the A/C still did not work. Just to be done dealing with them I paid what they charged which was an obscene 1200 dollars for incomplete work. After I paid them, I noticed a huge dent and scratch in the passenger door of my car where obviously they had backed another car into the door. They tried to let me leave without telling me about this damage! Probably in hopes I wouldnt notice it for a couple of days and they could dodge responsibility. They did not offer any sort of compensation for the A/C work, although I did get them to agree to fix the damage to the door, but have not heard from then since, and after my horrendous experience so far, I do not have high hopes. My car is a really unusual shade of blue, and I dont think a body shop will be able to match it. Unfortunately, my car which is my pride and joy will probably never be as nice as it was before I took it to these CROOKS

These guys are clueless thieves. Charged me an absurd amount to fix my washer fluid nozzle, kept my car for way too long even after calling them constantly asking when it’d be ready, and then I got it back and it wasn’t fixed at all. I ended up ordering the parts online and fixing it myself in like 20 minutes. “Specialists” is a straight up lie. When I called to tell them they did not fix the issue, they were extremely rude and confrontational. Go anywhere else with your money to avoid being robbedEdit: the reply by the owner is a lie. This is the shop I went to and I highly advise staying away

My Jetta has been misfiring, and between the 3 mechanics I saw Mitch was able to finally determine the issue! I had a cracked valve causing a vacuum leak. He explained what we explained what needed to be done and was able to assure me that my problem was fixable. I will be using this place again on future car maintance.

Called for Simple break quote. Gave him my vin and he called back with $1200 quote for a simple break job. It’s not even that expensive at the dealership. The owner is a fast talker & tries to make it seem like only he knows anything about cars.... I will NEVER pay 1200 for brakes you are crooks!!!

These guys have proven to be extremely competent and provide excellent prices for their service. I have had a fair amount of service preformed on my Volvo V70R with them and they have communicated well and honestly with me. An error was made in one of the repairs and all related cost to this error was not billed to me. This, to me, is a sign of a shop looking to earn business for life.

I brought my daughters car in for repairs. I had been letting another car repair shop work on it and it was in terrible condition. They fixed her car in a timely manner, and the price was reasonable for all of the work they had to do to make her car dependable. Thank you guys!!!

Mitch has serviced our Volvo cars for the last 25 years. He does great work for a fair price and honors his work. I have never had a bad experience at Eurocar. We usually put 200,000 miles on our cars before selling and Mitch always keeps them running in top condition. You wont find a better Volvo repair shop anywhere!!!

Loved my Saab wagon but it didn’t love me. Mitch is honest and the repairs he did held up, but the car just didn’t. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a Euro mechanic who really knows what they’re doing!

Can’t say enough how pleased I’ve been with the service since i started taking my vehicles there. In particular I brought Mitch a 97 V90 that i purchased impulsively. Didn’t even run and needed a slew of repairs. Mitch had it running and ready to go in no time. Only used OEM parts and to top it off the repair bill was much less than i expected, in fact it was very reasonable and fair. I wouldn’t dream of taking my Volvos anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Sign in store said not responsible for plastic pieces broken plastic pieces were broken...... My invoice also had a disclaimer huge red flag....... My car came out in worse shape that it was whwn it went in. I read all the good reviews and thought this will be a great place to take my car.......BIIIIIIIIIIG and EXSPENSIVE MISTAKE! BEWARE the reviews make this place look better than it really is . This guy created $1000 in work that needs to be done and refuses to take accountability. Parts were broken that had nothing to do with the repair i came in for. This guy will boast about 40 years experience but that means nothing when I now have $1000 in damage to my car from taking it here (This is plus labor that I calculated) and he is full of excuses as to why. I wish i had researched this place more thoroughly before wasting my money on a chop shop. I wish I hadnt just gone on reviews, and instead I should of saught info on this place by word of mouth. Reviews can be faked and I fell into a huge financial abyss by taking my car here.

My Volvo S80 needs to change timing belt and repair PCV system. I have been to the dealer and one shop for misc repairs. I dont like the dealer because of high cost and only 90 days warranty. I dont like the other shop either which seldom answered the phone.I searched internet and found out good reviews about Mitchs shop. I called and Mitch was always there to answer my question patiently. I visited the shop to make the final decision. At the first moment I saw Mitch and his shop, I trusted him immediately and made the appointment. It costed $250 less than the dealer, even better, it included water pump ($150 part value) replacement, which adds up total $400 saving. It also comes with one year warranty. The car has been running smoothly. Definitely go to Euro-Car for future services. Thanks Mitch!
