I was super impressed! Attendant came right out, I filled out the necessary information and was told I could go in and have a seat. I cant believe it only took like 10 minutes! Very professional, and a great service! Cant beat the price either! I will definitely be getting all my oil changes here from now on.

Oil change service was quick and professional. Only reason giving a 4 versus a 5 is I was trying to also get engine filter changed; however, found out after service that the filter was not in stock. They were able to get one next day, she hopefully it will be a quick in and out

I went in for an oil change after a place local wouldn’t complete mine due to an over tightened drain plug. This company partners with the dealership our vehicle was from and said to come in and they’d handle everything. On a Saturday around lunchtime they got everything done for me within an astonishingly quick amount of time. The technicians who spoke with me were very professional and kind. I was thoroughly impressed and I expect we will return even though it’s out of town for us.

Went to get an oil change and have them check my ac. Spent hundreds of dollars for the ac to still not work properly and for my oil to need a change 5000 miles before it should. Will never be going here again.

I went to Speedees about a month ago to get an oil change. Shortly thereafter, I noticed a burning smell coming from my car. I checked my oil to find that there wasn’t any in my car which alarmed me as I had just gotten my oil changed. Upon further inspection it became quite obvious what the issue was. First of all, I discovered that the oil filter they installed was not screwed in all of the way. I took it out only to discover they oil filter they attempted to install does not even go with my car. It could have caused a lot of damage to my car if I hadn’t been able to smell the burning from it. I had to go to an auto shop, buy my own oil, and my own oil filter. I was able to do it myself, but it’s clear the mechanic who works for speedy wasn’t.To top it all off, I sent in feedback into the survey they sent me following the visit with this information and didn’t receive a reply at all. I’m not sure if they check it or not but if they do, it’s clear they don’t care as much about feedback they receive internally. Make it public, and they’ll reply and apologize like they have for other reviewers.I will not be returning and I don’t recommend anyone else to go to Speedee for their needs as well

I went in for an oil change and inspection, and they were done in 20 minutes! Great, fast service. The waiting room was in good condition, and the manager and staff were very pleasant.

I went in for my yearly inspection I was met by a technician right away, he was friendly and professional.He told me to wait inside the lobby while my work was being done, I noticed while I was inside the waiting area that it was clean and the very comfortable to relax while waiting.I was in and out within 15 minutes thanks speedee I’ll be back!!!

I paid for a 17 pt oil change and the only checked off 9. Didnt check belts, tire pressure, coolant, air filter, brakes etc. They checked off that they vacuumed but that wasnt done either. I remarked to the guy at the front desk that they were done quick, now I know why! I paid 68. 47 for this. Not satisfied.

Called to see if I could show up or have to schedule an appointment. I am leaving for a week up north and wanted the oil change done before I head out for another 3,000 miles. I was referred by a dealership and, having spoken to the service advisor at the dealership, Garland greeted me as I pulled up. He and the staff were kind and efficient on a very busy day and kept me informed of their progress, costs and options. I don’t really know much about cars, and Garland explained what I needed to get back on the road and gave me an idea how long it would take. I would absolutely bring all my cars to this location for anything!

This visit was for yearly inspection and tire rotation. Both services were done quickly and professionally. Ive never been disappointed with the care my car receives at SpeeDee.

My husband bought a car a year ago with tinted windows from a dealership. He went to go get his car inspected and they failed it due to the tinted windows and still charged him for it! If they couldn’t pass it they shouldn’t have charged. I also got an oil change there and after I left the check engine light came on. I took it back and they told me it wasn’t their fault and was going to charge me to look at it to see what was wrong. Poor service. Do not get your car serviced there.

I went up there about an hour before they closed. They were very nice, and got my car straight to the back. I left to go run some errands with my wife, and they almost immediately called me to tell me what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix it. I thought the price was really fair, and by the time I drove back to their shop, they were finishing up. With fair prices, good attitudes, and knowledge of cars, I am going to use them for as much as possible in the future. My family and I just moved back to Greenville, and this solved our problem of finding a local mechanic to address our car needs.

My car had a flat late at night and I had to have my car towed. SpeeDee’s was nearby. I had never used them but I was in an emergency situation so I told them to take my car there as they were the closest. They fixed my tire first thing the next morning and I was back on the road in no time! The price was reasonable and service was fast.

I’ve been to this place twice this year this is the best tire place around. They’re not pushy and super easy to work with. I went in with a Sequoia that needed wheel spacers and mud tires put on they did it with no issues! Went back with a tundra. Mud tires and adapters for the new wheels to fit properly. Yet again no issues even though with the tundra we ran into two issues (due to the truck not the shop!) they worked with me and we made it work! Thanks again! Highly recommend!!

Service on vehicle was great. Technician was very helpful and attentive. Counter service could be more helpful in knowing what management specials are being advertised. I showed a flyer providing a discount and tech at payment counter said he knew nothing about it. I again pointed out the flyer so he could read for himself. He then applied my discount, though it seemed he was reluctant.

The experience was very pleasing. The mechanic was friendly and not pushy. He promptly got the work done and even helped me with my bumper.

Went in to get my a/c recharged only to find out I had a leak that would have cost $850 after Steven looked more into the issue it was found that I only needed to replace a smaller part which saved me $450 dollars!!! I drive an Audi A8 he could have easily taken advantage of me m. Really good people out there.

I had a super great experience. The new management and staff was courteous, polite and even found something wrong that my previous place, near Wasabi 88, did wrong.They explained the problem and then fixed it for no additional charge. I was in and out very quickly, it’s close to the arcade across the street. There are a few grocery stores and a pharmacy nearby. I can take care of all my errands and hang out with friends, all within a few blocks.5 stars and I will definitely go back.

Went here when I had my Nissan Sentra. They always were good and very professional. Was in a car accident and got another car, was glad to go back and let them do the service. I love how they show you whats going on with your vehicle. They never run over you and with me being a woman. Thats very reassuring, they lay everything out for you to see. Love the service and will always go back. Even when theyre short staffed, theyre still professional!!

Called about having brake pads replaced and said I had my own because I only use a certain brand of pads was told ok bring it in the morning. Next morning the manager didnt want to do it but did because I was told they would the previous day.My problem came when he priced me the replacement for one of my brake rotors,I had already priced them and he quoted me a price just for the part that was $100 higher.That is ridiculous. I wont go back.There is no need for that kind of a mark up on a part you already charge $95 an hour to replace.

HORRIBLE. went in to have alternator replaced. Afterreplacin alternator, oil change, new battery and new aux battery and drove less than 5 miles home car stalled manager advised to take to dealership eventho the alternator was suppose to be waranteed after roadside came out and said alternator still not firing. Do not use this SPEEDEE in winterville nc! They take advantage of women and then refer to dealership.

I pulled in after 430pm to get a estimate on new front brake pads, was greeted promptly and given a very fair price so asked if they could go ahead with installation. The young guy said of course and even though several other vehicles were already getting service he pulled my car in and in aprox 30-40 min the job was completed and I was on my way.

I had a NC inspection performed. It was completed quickly and in a professional manner.

It was my first time taking my car to a service station for an NC Inspection and the staff were friendly and diligent. I waited in the lobby on my phone for what seemed like ten minutes before they told me I was all set. I wasnt expecting it to be done that quick. Nice professional staff and swift service! I will be coming here again.

Also had a Safety Inspection done on my wifes vehicle. Only paid $13.60 but on my receipt it showed charge for window tint. When confronted with the manager he said something about the state requirements and what his technicians have told him that a charge for tint should be there. According to the NC state inspection only after market window tint is to be checked. And my wifes vehicle is a SUV so you dont window tint inspect the glass behind the driver seat.Other then that little mishap your place of business is top notch. I will be returning for my services again..

I went in to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I wanted the car in good shape before heading to Asheville later that night. Turns out, they did not top off my coolant or windshield cleaner. My tires needed air and didnt get filled. Carpet was not vacuumed as they usually do. The guy told me I needed to pay $90 to get my transmission flushed and he would top off the coolant for a year for free. This confused me because 1)my car didnt need to be flushed yet(I just bought it in June) and 2) they fill up the coolant as part of the oil change. I ended up having to buy all the supplies and filling it up myself. I am very disappointed in the service considering I have been going to them for about a year now.
