Id prefer to give my business to a place where no one thinks its ok to call you out in front of their employees for being ten minutes late. Unprofessional and rude. Youd think with all that competition theyd be treating customers well?Two stars to reflect the excellent work Ive heard Tim does. I would have loved to have him work on my car, but unfortunately we didnt quite get to that point.

I’ve brought my 1964 Mercury Comet to these guys on multiple occasions and they’ve been nothing but kind and done great work for a great price. I once tried to bring my car to a repair shop closer to my house and they were going to charge me over $1,500 for something that Tires Inc did for around $400. They saved me a lot of time, money, and trouble, and for that these guys are the only ones I’ll trust with repairing my cars.

I spotted a hose or something hanging underneath my car. My wife had noticed it too and suggested I get it looked at asap. While I didnt think it was that big a deal, I decided to take it by Tires, Inc on my lunch break. When they looked at it, they cleared a service bay almost right away to put it on a lift to examine it. Turns out that it was missing 6 of the 9 plastic screws that hold the very large piece of rubberized plastic that protects the entire engine compartment from rocks and stuff. They actually invited me to walk underneath the car and see for myself. What auto shop lets you do that? They fixed it in like 10 minutes and I paid just 15 dollars. Amazing value. One more hit or big pot hole and that entire 4 ft. wide piece would have likely fallen off and who knows what that may have caused! Really nice pros who care. So glad I went there.

I had a huge bolt in a tire on my family’s suv. I called Tires Inc and spoke with Ty. The shop was about to close and Ty told me to come on anyways. Ty took my suv in fixed my tire himself and got me back on the road. The best customer service I could ask for. I highly recommend Ty and Tires Inc of Berea.

A fantastic business with strong ethical values.I had two screws embedded in my back tires. The tires had not deflated but I was concerned for obvious reasons. I called Tires of Berea and they made room in the schedule to see me. I drove over at the appointed time and they had my car on a lift fairly quickly. While I watched thru the office window, the technician removed the screws, conducted a thorough examination of all four tires, let my car down, walked in and said they did not go thru, have a nice day. When I asked what I owed, the owner told me there was no charge and I drove home.They could have found a problem, charged me for all sorts of repairs or even sold me two new tires. I would have paid. Instead they provided honest service at no charge. I will be using Tires of Berea for all my tire needs in the future.

Ive always had a great experience at Tires Inc. The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Service moves quickly enough to wait, or Im completely comfortable leaving my car their for the day if necessary. Totally recommend supporting this local business!

For years I have only trusted the guys to.do work on my car. Now there is a new owner but he seems like hes gonna keep the business on the up and up like they always have been. They are a little high sometimes, but you can count on honesty and quality workmanship.

Have been there several times. Very trustworthy. Quality work, and no qualms about answering questions or explaining how to do work on my own that I could not afford to have them do for me. Would (and do) recommend to everyone. They have also done small things, like air tires, and refused so much as a tip. On several occasions have checked my car and did not charge. Witness them doing the same for other customers every single time Ive been there. Down to earth, honest, dependable, very good people. Cannot say enough positive things about them!

This is by far the best place I’ve been to in regards to car maintenance. I get all of my tires from here. I recently got an alignment and an oil change as well. They provide excellent service and pricing. They have never tried to sell me anything that I didn’t need or treat me like I didn’t know anything simply because I’m a woman. Tony and Bill are very friendly, polite and knowlegable. The waiting room is nice and comfy. Probably the least awkward place I’ve been to. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have nothing but good things to say about Tires Inc. They seem to be able to handle just about any auto repair. Most importantly Tony, the owner, is quite aware of how costly auto repair are and will NOT recommend costly unneeded repairs like many other auto repair shops do. My car need two used tires and an alignment . The two tires were a different size than the two that was on it . Car ride terrible so I went elsewhere and bought 4 used tires all same size drives great .

Took my wife’s Volvo in for a flat repair and the mechanic cross threaded one of the lug bolts (yes bolts) they informed me of this when I picked up the car instead of running a tap in it to clean the threads. 16.00 dollars there and 28.00 at the Volvo dealer 2 hours later. So basically 45.00 dollar plug repair. Wow! Never again.
