Exceeded expectations! Shane explained in detail how the repair would work and his technicians did a great job. They were also able to accommodated me with my limited work schedule. Brandy, Holly and everyone at the front office were great too. Courteous, professional and kept me up to date during the repair. I hope I’m never involved in another collision, but if I am I’m certainly going to Gerber. Will be recommending their services to others as well.

We live 8 hours from this location and were out of town when the accident occurred. Our completion date was moved 3 separate times without explanation, and each time we attempted to contact Gerber, we were met with more non-answers. At one point, we had to start calling from a different number because the front desk was not answering calls from my number. When we finally got our car back (a month later), we arrived to find out that it had been misplaced. The front desk receptionist (who was very pleasant) drove us to another lot and frantically searched for 15 minutes until they located our car. Upon getting in the car, we found car parts (a speaker from the door that was replaced) and oily bolts/nuts laying all over the carpeted floor. On our drive back home about 4 hours in, we encountered thunderstorms and went to use the windshield wiper blades which immediately struck each other and formed an X across the windshield. Because they were out of alignment, we could not use them and had to pull off the interstate in pouring rain to figure out a temporary solution and praying the storm to let up. When we finally got back home to TN, we had to have the wipers replaced and realigned. Our experience with Gerber was horrific, and we have already contacted representation through Allstate (who coordinated repairs here) to take further action.

I am not a hard customer to please, and this is the first negative review I have ever taken the time to write, but I am absolutely appalled at the work, and customer service I received from Gerber Collision. Upon seeing the car after it had been repaired, I immediately noticed a gap between the fender and the hood which was large enough that I could fit my pinky in it. This was an issue that I pointed out prior to the repair to a man named Will who worked there. He assured me that they would catch this and fix it. So they had to keep the car again and the next time I came to pick it up, the gap was still there.. Will became frustrated with me and this showed by how short he became with me as we spoke. He simply told me they couldnt fix it, but they would try adjusting things to make it fit. After going to pick it up for the third time the insurance said I would have to take the car and they would work with me later if it still needed further work. This last adjustment fixed the hood-fender gap, but now there is a gap between the fender and the pillar beside the windshield which is caused by the fender sticking up so far that the cowl doesnt stay in place there. I have included pictures of this. Despite all this, I was not going to write a bad review, but after getting the car back, it began to stink inside worse and worse everyday. I finally found the culprit of this sour milk smell....It was caused by a coffee spill that completely soaked a CD case and the surrounding carpet under the passenger seat. It is my wifes car and she does not drink coffee. Now my car is not fixed and smells like sour milk. Needless to say, I am extremely unhappy. If they spilled coffee, they could have at least cleaned it or owned up to it. This is simply unacceptable.

Quick, easy, and professional service! Joyce and Dom are great. Dealing with insurance companies (and Greenville PD) after an accident can be a hassle. They’re both full of knowledge and eager to help. 10/10 recommend

I had an auto insurance claim that was handled through Gerber Collision and Glass. It started great but immediately following picking up the vehicle it became obvious that there was an issue with the alignment of the vehicle following the accident. a Mechanic from Gerber along with one from Meineke confirmed the issue. While trying to get this portion of the claim addressed I was lied to on three separate occasions about the status of the paperwork concerning the alignment before being directed to handle the issue with USAA because Gerber didnt/couldnt handle the supplement. Just a disappointing experience and a lack of support once the initial payment was received.

I had a horrible scraping noise under my car from a part that was falling off, so I took it to a couple of places and the prices they were quoting me was outrageous. So I took it to Gerber collisions and spoke to Thomas who was very professional and they took care of it no problem for a very affordable price. Would recommend. A+

Filed a claim with USAA on my vehicle and was told this Gerber location was a Star shop with USAA, and scheduled a drive by for an estimate. Arrived 30 minutes early (and had no expectations to be seen before my scheduled time, just being punctual/early) and the front desk receptionist had an almost rude and apathetic attitude, who seemed as if I was a hassle from preventing her from watching TV. Next I sit in the lobby, for the full thirty minutes, while the estimator and the receptionist insult and talk trash to each other. Right at the scheduled time for my appointment, the estimator walks up and applogizes for arguing with his coworker (so he realized his unprofessionalism during the last thirty minutes and still decided to be unprofessional anyways.) He wrote his estimate, half of it while talking to a different coworker throughout and managed to lock the estimate without completing it and upon realizing this, opened a supplement to finish the estimate. After presenting me with an estimate 30 minutes later that should have taken 10 minutes to write ( I was formerly an auto damage adjuster for GEICO) he still managed to leave off three stage paint which my car definitely has. Completely unprofessional. If thats what the exterior presentation of this shop is like, I can only imagine what the body techs and painters are doing behind the scenes. Avoid this place like the plague.

Car wrecked Dec 24, 2018. Gerber towed it to their facility about a week later per other drivers insurance request. Front left side of car damaged on front bumper and tires out of alignment and making a sound like an unbalanced washing machine. Gerber repairs the body damage beautifully, Dom even fixed my super hazy headlights. However, the car was not aligned and it still made a horrible noise. Called Gerber and was told that one of their guys drove it, it was fine. Called insurance company, who then contacted Gerber on my behalf.Took my car back over for alignment. Now, you would think since Hastings is in the parking lot and what appeared to be a tire facility in the back, that Gerber wouldnt need to drive my car to Pughs. I wasnt even aware it was going there AND that it sat at Pughs from Friday thru Monday. After Pughs finally takes a look, they claim they cant align it, that it need new hubs, outer tie rods and struts. Never mentioned my tires. I picked my car up from Gerber because they claim there is nothing else they can do. I decided it was time for a second opinion.I took my vehicle to Greenville Auto World. Sherry had the guys take a look. My front two tires both had flat spots, causing the noise and bumping. Now, my car is being repaired AND aligned properly. Its February 7 now. After two rental cars, ubering and borrowing my boyfriends old Jeep, I have just about had it. Paying for gas, deposits, rides, wasting time, etc will wear a person out Hence, this review.I wouldnt recommend Gerber for anything at this point. I have been very understanding and polite, while driving an unsafe vehicle. All because you all said it was fine, your guys drove it and then told me that Pughs refused the alignment because of falsely needed repairs. My car will finally be ready tomorrow at Greenville Auto. Dont always believe what you are told here, they are not the only place in Greenville, even though collision companies are limited. Always take it for a second look if you dont feel what Gerber and Pughs said is right.

NO STARS! After my accident USAA chose this place. 3 VISITS LATER. Said they are highly recommended. Getting my car in to be fixed and was given a rental was no issues. Upon receiving my car back as soon as I left the parking lot the tire pressure gauge was not showing for one tire, I also noticed a rubbing noise when I was going down the road and when I turned the wheel. This happened going forward or reverse. I went home to report this. They said to bring it back so they could fix the issues. I did drop it off and while we walked around the car I noticed the front license plate bracket was missing and I had one before. I told them I wanted it back on there. They fixed the tire pressure gauge, they put the license plate bracket back on and supposedly fixed the under carriage plastic. Upon walking around the vehicle their were scratches by the rear fender that were not there before. They apologized and took it back around and did something to remove or cover up the scratches. I left thinking finally back to normal. NOPE! A knocking noise from the tire bouncing going down the road. Sounded like the tire was going to fall off. I called again they said to bring it in. I brought it in and they had an individual drop me back off at work. He said it should be done by the end of the day. It was and they had dropped it off to me at work. Well now the same knocking issue is back. I called USAA and they transferred me to Gerber. Said they will handle it. I talked with a Thomas Scott and told him what was going on. He said he would have to get with the shop to see what time I could bring it in. I told him I need a rental car and then I would drop it off. He said ok and I will find out for you. Call me back at 3PM. I called back he was unavailable. I then called back a couple of minutes later. He said his boss said they have to put it on the rack and check it out before they could give me a rental. I said I need talk to the manager Will Turner about this can you please put him on the phone? He said you will just need to bring the car in and then hung up on me. This is not a reputable place at all. I spoke with USAA and they are currently working to find me somewhere else. This place is also going to be removed from their recommended body shop. I will advise you to seek your vehicle repairs elsewhere!
