As my husband and I walked into the Service area, we were greeted right away. They verified our information and took are mileage on the vehicle right away.The service gentleman asked if we wanted to sit in the lobby or would we like to utilize the shuttle, He even called the shuttle for us.When our vehicle was complete everything was explained to me and they washed and vacuumed the inside also.It is a bit of a drive to get to this shop, but the staff are professional and friendly.Shirley

The folks at Smail Kia are always respectful, genuine, and just plain awesome to work with, taking the time to explain details and answer questions. The service dept was wonderful. I needed help with my blue tooth and was told to go to the sales area and they would help me. I went to the Kia sales and a tall blonde salesman was totally useless. He acted like I was bothering him and gave me a line about having to have my phone plugged in. It doesnt work and I still cant voice activate my blue tooth

Told salesman Id be at the dealership at a specific time. I got there looked at the vehicle and salesman handed me the keys to test drive. I get in and the vehicle doesnt start. He tried 3 different ways to jump it and none worked. So he said theyll replace the battery and check the vehicle out for anything else that may be wrong and that hell call me tomorrow and update me. Next day rolls by nothing, then 4 more days I get a message letting me know the vehicle was sold right after it was fixed and tries to sell me a different car. Haha nope! Already went to a different dealership to give them my money!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Wendy was very patient with me being a hot mess trying to get my paper work together and smiled the whole time. Definitely going to keep getting my cars from there and service done.

Best car buying experience I’ve had. I drove an hour and a half away because they had the model I wanted. Eric was helpful, and confirmed the available financing rates. Chris was straightforward, well-informed, and friendly throughout the sales process. The finance department was informative also, and not high-pressure. Because I drove alone, they offered to deliver my car to me an hour and a half away at no charge. I would highly recommend this dealership, and I will almost certainly be back the next time I’m shopping for a Kia.

Went in to look at a vehicle, the manager and salesman were nice and the process was well even though we didnt end up making a deal, when the banks that my loan was applied for mail out letters regarding the loan, werent even for the car I was there for in first place I dont know why a dealer wouldnt even try to apply me for the vehicle I was interested in and not tell me

There was work my car needed done to paddle inspection. I gave them the paperwork, also from Smail stating what was needed. they performed more work . It is beautiful, but cost much more than anticipated.

Purchased Kias newly released Seltos and Im thrilled with having such an excellent vehicle at this price point. Clincher however was working with Susan. She sold me not only the vehicle, but on the service I would get going forward at Smail Kia. Very low pressure and friendly, making the buying experience enjoyable. I recently purchased a Kia SUV from Smail. I spoke to the salesperson about putting a trailer hitch on it, possibly doing it myself. I was told it could void the warranty on different parts of the vehicle if it wasnt done at the dealership. Not wanting to cause any issues with a new vehicle I had Smail put a Kia hitch ($475) on, even though I could found a Curt hitch online for $150. Smail charged almost $200 for installing the hitch, which I later discovered is a 20 minute job, loosening the rear exhaust bracket, putting 8 bolts into existing holes, and putting exhaust bracket back on. (No wiring, just a hitch for bike rack). I later found out that putting a hitch on myself or having a third party do it would NOT void the warranty. The salespersons lie and overcharge for labor on a simple job cost me $500...Lesson learned, dont trust Smail salespeople and dont have work done at their service department.Update: After reading the response from Smail I called the individual listed and left 3 messages over 3 days. I finally got a return call and was told that the $200 labor cost to install the hitch was appropriate as it was an hour and a half job to install the 8 bolts. I was not offered any type of refund on that work or any future service work. Im confused as to what they meant by resolution as none was offered. The gentleman I spoke with said he would refer the incident back to the sales department concerning the misleading (lie) when I was told installing a hitch myself would void the warranty. It has been 5 days and no one has contacted me from the sales dept to work on a resolution. The responses to reviews that are left by Smail are just lip service to make it look like they care about customer service.Update 2: I had a productive discussion with the sales manager who arranged for an accessory to be installed to make up for the miscommunication regarding the trailer hitch. Mr. Miller was able to resolve the issue which showed there is concern for customer service/satisfaction. I improved my rating to 4 stars as a result. Thank you.

RJ in Service is always friendly and helpful. This was my first inspection on my Kia Sorento and he was a true professional. He made sure to give me an estimated time it would take for service and offered complimentary snacks and beverages but I chose to leave my vehicle and do some errands at the mall. He made sure to hold the shuttle so that I wouldn’t have to wait. He called me in the precise time he estimated the services would be completed and went over the detailed invoice with me upon completion. I was definitely pleased with the care I received.

Very disappointed that after two years on a three year lease, the two front tires need replaced with only 18,800 miles. I expected tires to last all three years.

Worst sales people I’ve ever dealt with. Never returned phone calls. Never returned emails. Was told my credit would only be ran through the banks they deal with (was told 3) and got alerts saying they ran my credit 10 different times just for them to never call or email or anything. Gladly took my business elsewhere

Best experience in 2020! I would like to start of my with my search for the Kia Telluride SX for a used one which were eventually been chasing for months now which is clean and affordable and fits our budget. Carvana was our first bet, but unfortunately we could not get one due to the limited options or inventory they had.Thats when i saw the inventory from Smail kia through Auto Trader which was a nightfall EX Premium, bad luck again. Another Customer was already holding that and it worked out for them.Now, Jeff Markle from Smail Kia came into picture and presented an option for an all new Telluride SX Gravity Gray which he worked with Kia and gave me confidence that it fit my budget. I had the near best experience like Carvana with Smail Kia through Jeff since all the documentation was handled, financing options worked out, Extended Warranty options explained and yet Delivered the car to our door step since i did not have a car. Not sure, why i shouldnt throw a hundred likes for the service Jeff offered via Smail and made our day on 7th Nov,2020 which we requested. My wife found a minivan on the website she was interested in. Went first thing in the morning and asked to see it. The sales rep ran around trying to find it and failed. He explained that the photos of the van were of an old one they sold awhile ago and they didnt even have that can or any others in stock. Instead of trying to set up appt for when they would get it, he instead tried to show her a used can that was a different model and three years older. Bottom line it is wrong to misrepresent the its you are trying to sell with pictures of another product that has already been sold

Ive been dealing with Smail for quite some time & so far my experience has been good. The KIA Service department even has great employees. When I was there recently for service, I was kind of surprised to see the waiting room full & employees not wearing masks, considering we are still in the middle of a pandemic. Upon me retrieving my key from the cashier, I had to go find where they had my car parked, nobody said where it was, normally its brought to you, but I finally found it way behind the building after I had to press the alarm on my key fob. Well see what the next visit is like.
