Very good selection of organic groceries. A great rival to Whole foods for quality and prices. The store layout is very convinient. The staff was very helpful and the store is clean. Parking lot is spacious and easy to navigate around. Having a loyalty card (healthy rewards program) has a lot of benefits and is worth it.

Great place to stop for lunch. Indoor and outdoor seating. Amazing sushi! Hot bar, salad bar, sandwiches and pizza. Prices are a little high but not unreasonable considering the excellent quality of the products.

The guy that made our juice was nice but they were out of garlic?! But Vanessa... what a ray of sunshine... NOT! WOW we almost got in a different line mid - checkout just to get away from her. Her energy was awkward and offputting. She was extremely uncomfortable to be around and disinterested in customer service of any kind. Somewhat confrontational presence. I kept wanting to ask her what was wrong but more than that I just wanted the transaction to be over so we could leave. Ill be going to Whole Foods now for all my smoothie and grocery store needs. If your goal was to entice customers to find a new place to shop, you succeeded Vanessa! Great job!

I shop here every week. On Sunday I did my normal grocery shopping but when I got home, one of my items was not in my bags. I turned my whole house upside down looking for it and couldnt find it. I stopped by the store today to see if maybe the cashier had left it by the register but they found nothing. The Store Manager, David, asked around and looked but found nothing. He was nice enough to replace the item for free. Even when its busy the customer service is always great here.

Really sad Earthfare is closing. This is what happens when remote private equity funds with no connection to the region, the industry, the customers or the employees take over businesses. Terrible situation for employees who not only are losing their jobs but could very well end up not being paid their final pay. And people wonder why there is a surge of anti-corporate sentiment! Join a co-op!

I went to this Earth fare yesterday and my experience was disturbing. It may have been my fault, because I was in a nice area dressed in athletic wear. Although this really shouldnt matter but in reality we know it does. My wife wanted to shop there since they just opened. I was repeatedly followed around the store by an employee. I finally asked him was there a problem, he said no. I asked are you following me. He said no he was taking inventory but when I looked at his computer, the screen was blank. I went to talk to the manager and it was almost like he didnt care in the least. I felt singled out for being a black man shopping in an Earth Fare. I am seriously considering not shopping at this particular store any more but this area of Greensboro is like this. Trumps America.

For health reasons, I can not have any foods with preservatives in it. This is the only place I can shop and not have to read every label. It saves me hours in the grocery store. I know that the meat is grass fed. There will not be some kind of phosphate lurking in soups, breadcrumbs or oatmeal. The prices are in line with other grocery stores, sometimes better, but the quality of food purchased is always the best!

I love this store! Some things we go elsewhere to buy because of the price and selections but now they have their own brand and it helping with those prices! They have a rewards program, which is the best. They reuse the boxes that produce and other products come in to reduce bag usage, and give you points if you bring your own bags. I love the little things like that!

Such a fantastic selection of healthy foods. The staff is helpful and friendly. I just wish their sushi chef didnt leave. She was the best and the most friendly person Ive met. She knew my daughter by name, granted my daughter always ordered 3 salmon rolls starting at the age of 6. So that couldve been why.

Went in on a Saturday morning (after 11) and the pizza wasn’t out, I asked the lady for pizza she said it would be 15 minutes. I was fine with that but she was standing around talking but she said she was just getting ready to make it when I walked in. Then I asked her if she would make supreme and she said I was going to make cheese and pepperoni I wasn’t going to make supreme. So after that I just said ok and walked out.

Best meat in town as far as grass fed and non gmo! Fair pricing on staples and produce. Lets not forget pastries and fresh bread, vitamins and hot foods! A go-to store for sure. Im mourning loss of Instacart, but its worth a trip out when I can.

Ive been for the first time at an Earth Fare. I liked there. Their battery-operated mart cart is old. It still moves when you stop it. Not safe especially in the parking lot.

Best place to buy organic foods which are so healthy and fresh compared to other grocery brand stores. Meat section is very good, Staff is very friendly and offering help. Deli is also very fresh and bakery section is too awesome. Go here for good health, but you need to spend wisely as this is costly.

Most of the employees avoided interacting with customers. My cashier was the friendliest person in the store. Only two people working the food service bar on a Sunday afternoon.

Most of us are in a hurry when we get into a grocery store. We only look at the food! Next time you visit this location, take a minute and look around. Youll notice just how dirty it is.The deli section, the juice bar, the bakery are all just disgusting, with weeks of buildup on most surfaces. Even their registers are dirty, backsides of screens seemingly never having seen a dust cloth. Now think - if the parts of the store you CAN see are in such terrible condition, what about the parts that are concealed from your eyes?I expect a business that handles food to be more conscientious about hygiene and cleanliness. Please shop elsewhere until Earth Fares management does something about their total lack of sanitation. This store is downright nasty.

I finally drove down to Earth Fare from Chatham, VA. I have a friend who shops here regularly, and has urged me to come here for a while. Everything was fresh, the store has a great lay out, and its very well stocked. Definitely a place Ill go back to, especially for the produce!My one small ping is that the meat/fish section is merely adequate; high quality, yes, but a very limited selection - I really would have loved to come home with some swordfish for the grill!

I go out of my way to go to Earth Fare and was delighted to find an Earth Fare in Greensboro. Their prices are high but it is worth it for the quality.Since I have been going to the Earth Fare here I have noticed some issues. The hot bar area needs refreshing more often or the items need to be removed from the bar once they begin to dry out. There is a need to increase cleanliness at the food bars. The hot soups have been the same type for almost two weeks and although the soups in the cold section are good I found a thread in the Curry Thia soup, which increased the feeling that the food area really needs attention. I am in the store often and some of the displays are either empty or missing items and have been for over a weekFor some reason, which I can kind of understand, they now have two entrances with only one exit. One of the entrances is very close to the produce and perhaps they are afraid that their clientele are going to take produce without paying? Whatever the reason they have chosen to inconvenience their customers, and Im wondering about the safety of this decision.There is a general feeling that Earth Fare in Greensboro need more employees and that this great business needs more attention from the employees it does have.

I love going to Earth Fare. I buy my Tuna from Earth Fare because its the best in town. They have all the healthy foods that you can think of.

My experience is always pleasant until I enter the food service dept . I go to earth fare at least 4x a week and usually twice on each day and IMust say the assistant food service manager (Nikki)is very rude . She never smiles and most importantly she always very short when I have questions about certain items in the bakery or when she has to make a juice. Courtney I believe is the other manager she is just as rude but a Lil more people friendly I just dont understand how people can be rude to customers yet along everyday customers. Now the staff isnt much better its one guy who has a beard who always greets me hes the African American gentlemen who always wear a beard guard hes extremely nice he makes my fiancé and I feel very welcome along with Alex the cook but as far as the quality of the food and cleanliness I would have to give the store a b- c+ its been a few times Ive seen roaches crawling on the floor but never near the food or salad bar best time to eat the hot bar is from 11-3 and best time for pizza is before 6 once 730 rolls around customer service disappears

Earthfare is a community grocery store that focuses on healthy food offerings. Many organic brands, fresh meats and a deli space that is well-stocked with wholesome hot and cold foods.Prices are comparable to other moderate grocery stores; Harris Teeter, Lowes, etc. The friendly staff are helpful and if you want to sit and eat, you can pick up good homemade food from the hot bar, or indulge in a nice salad from the salad bar. One of my favorite spaces, now more so since they are awesomely using sustainable materials and methods to optimize the customer experience. I LOVE this store.

Love the chicken salad selection. Ive currently become vegan and they have started making vegan curry chicken salad which is my fav! So good!

I loved Earth Fare when it first opened its doors to the public in Greensboro North Carolina and I love it even more now that Im employed by the company to help customers find the best Wellness products for their needs while Im working toward my Undergraduate Degree in Nutrition Sciences at UNC-Greensboro.

Newly renovated store! Nice look, easy navigation and great selection of clean and healthy products.

The management has young women working past sundown, and not allowing them to park in front of the store because upper management, and grand opening. So the young women are parking in the neighboring parking lot, this is a complete disregard for these Ladies safety given that not only is it in the he rough section of town but been known to have incidents in their own parking lot.

Everything about Earth Fare is phenomenal... except the price. I think I could only make this my regular grocery store if I was both a doctor and a lawyer.Still, they have great products, and they are the only place in town with some of the rarer health foods.

It was near closing so I understand food service employees were gone. They had the perfect cake but no one was certified to put it into a box. The employee asked his manager said he wasnt qualified. So why couldnt the manager do it? Seriously! I only needed it pulled from the case and put in a box. It was for our anniversary. I doubt my purchases would have made much of a difference to their store but they lost my entire sell which was going to be almost $200 without the cake. Ended up getting our wine, cheese, and cake at another grocery store down the road.

Yum!Small hot bar and salad bars but theres always something delicious and something vegan!You can get an 18 cheese (or vegan cheese) pizza made for just $9.99! Its delicious and New Yorky foldover style.The produce is beautiful, always.Grocery item selection is definitely not as wide as conventional super markets but they have great specialty items, bath and beauty products, prepared foods, and so many treats that cater to vegans, etc.Better prices than WF if youre a member of the rewards program, which is free and makes shopping lists easy!

3.5(ish)I used to love Earth Fare, but if you look closer its not all what it used to be. They recently over the last year or so, have been compromising their own mission with poor quality brands and some of which that are not even organic, as well as slowly moving away from the gmo free gig. They still carry many good items, but every time I go, I find more super mass produce trash items on the shelves... Quality and integrity are dropping... So I find myself at Deep Roots (co-op down town Greensboro) more than ever.

They have a lunch bar, $7.99 a lbs so be careful a lunch could cost you plenty. But it was good, and they have a nice sitting area.

Their sanatation grade is a glorified B at a 90. Talked to the manager about this and said that he was having the store reinspected in 2 weeks. This was in August and still at the end of December still a 90 sanatation grade. Only buy prepackaged good. They are a very DIRTY store. As of 1-14-2017 they have hidden the sanatation grade from in plain view to a low and out of view area. Had to search for this grade still a 90. This is very disappointing for a upscale grocery store.

What happend to this place? Moved to Ohio, came back 2 years later and they are severly under staffed at 6pm on a Friday. Waited 45+ minutes for a pizza to be made. Then the lines to check out were really long and a guy in front of me that got food from the hot bar couldnt find forks. I dont understand how this place has become such a failure at customer service.
