Is there anyway you guys can get a self check out line? That way when certain staff are leaving I don’t get a sign shoved in my face after I’ve been standing in line for a while, instead of being properly address and directed toward another line. Also I frequent this location a lot, might I add this is the first time this has ever happened. Normally everyone there is extremely friendly. Today I was trying to grab something quick to eat before I went to class after working all day. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Excellent grocery store specialing in natural and organic foods. Great selection of meats and seafood, beautiful produce and fruit section . Whole Foods Market has a large bakery and deli and a super selection of wine and beer. This location is one of the larger Whole Foods Markets. The staff was helpful and friendly, especially the butcher tonight .

I like Whole Foods. It is a nice atmosphere that has everything. The staff was also really friendly.

Great vegetarian option foods. These vegetable samosas are delicious with a dipping sauce.

They have great products, but like so many places their politics shine through and I normally go elsewhere to avoid dealing with that… which I’m sure they don’t mind.

I love coming here and trying all their delicious sweets. Its very clean and I love the different varieties of food and great atmosphere! Is on the pricey side but they always deliver!

Items on sale routinely fail to ring up as being on sale at checkout (Im a Prime member). Non-astute shoppers are routinely being ripped off by this store, Im certain. During every checkout I check the screen (if Im not too busy unloading my cart) and then the receipt to make sure everything has been rung up at the correct price. I find mistakes way too often and have to notify the cashier or take the item to the Customer Service desk. To make matters worse, some of the team members at the Customer Service desk are unfriendly to customers.

I did an Amazon return. My first return at Whole Foods. Seamless! Rick at the return stand, waved at me because I was standing at the customer service desk. We had a good conversation while he was processing the return.

My favorite organic food store! Always clean!

I went to purchase fresh seafood, meats, and produce. I always end up buying extra items after I get inside even if I have a list. Its the sales and smells that get me every time. I always get top quality products and amazing service from whole foods which is why I return back repeatedly for replenishing items. They have stellar customer service. If you a Amazon Prime member dont forget download the whole foods app on your phone and log in or from your amazon account you can access whole foods and use the QR code to scan at check out for your prime savings. I get my savings each time I check out with that QR code and believe me it helps. Happy shopping future whole food shoppers and those returning. You will not regret it.

I love Whole Foods. Especially for their hot food section ( its like you are getting family reunion food each time 😁❤ but way more healthier) and it tastes so good each time! I love this store! But I miss their huge salad bar that has been closed due to COVID 19. But they are doing a great job offering limited items for lunch. I love their fresh fish selections, only purchase my fish from this store. As a chef, its great to be able to get dry scallops for my family that can sear a perfect golden brown. You cant get these at any other store. And the catfish and salmon are delicious. Been shopping there since they opened.

Quality of items are good. But some are overpriced. Generic items are priced higher than other stores.

Let’s start with the staff, who make this place special. They have always been pleasant and have gone the extra mile to help us. Their work ethic is evident through the appearance of this store, which is nearly always perfect (save restocking efforts). Corporately, I have always been impressed with how quickly and easily they offer full refunds when there is a problem with the products. I hope that Amazon’s oversight helps them continue to work on their cost structures, as pricing can be high at times. Really appreciate this store!!

Customer service desk for Amazon packages lady could be a little more friendly she doesnt say hello goodbye nothing

This was my first time going to whole foods and it was one of the cleanest stores I have ever been in. I needed some help to find a few items and they helped me with a smile and were happy to help.

Today was a blessing experience during checkout the lovely woman who is the manager of Whole Foods was very professional and nice to educate me on what was covered by etb and assist me with my checkout and with a nice gesture . You don’t come across a lot of genuine people who actually helpful. So this will be a reason I will keep shopping here !

I asked one employee where an item could be found and he took me right to it. He was very polite and helpful. I asked another employee about the spiciness of their made-in-store pico de gallo and she was very helpful and friendly, telling me its usually mild and not hot. Cashier was great too. Wonderful place to shop!

Cashier asks (has happened more than once) if a veggie was organic or not. Why doesnt the store have a system that makes it clear what Im buying? I try to choose nonorganic most of the time, but the way things are organized can be confusing and sometimes I get organic by accident, or sometimes thats all thats available. For that reason Ill end up with a mix of veggie types, and I dont always remember exactly which items were organic and which not. Then the cashier asks me and I have to give a sketchy Im not sure that makes it seem like Im lying about something. Though, yesterday I wasnt paying attention and grabbed one organic veggie and one non because the bins are right next to each other, but I was charged for 2 organic, even though they both had their own stickers. Anyway, I guess Im too much of an idiot to shop over here lol.

Constantly out of Follow your Heart cheese. I shop here every week. 8 out of the past 11weeks, the cheese is out of stock.The 365 products are great quality. Hot and cold food is a little pricey but the food is good. Just be careful of the heavy items. It adds up quickly.Today they were out of Follow your Heart cheese, vegan parmesan, Yves ground crumbles, and vegan ranch dressing Had to rework our menu for the week.

Very impressed with this grocery store. They have cooked food, wine, pizza, and just about any other grocery item you may need for your special dish. Highly recommended! You will not be disappointed, and most assuredly you will find what you need.

I was harassed about no mask, yeah I am young. I am immune and exempt from the Covid practices. An employee proceeded to tell me I either need to put on a mask or take my temperature. If an employee is going to go out the way to track me down, he should at least carry the thermometer. . I certainly dont want to have a stroke because a Whole Foods employee..I came in only for coffee creamer.

It was my first time ever going into whole foods and it definitely wont be my last, I enjoyed all the different options. I loved the fried chicken tofu! Never tried tofu in my life but after talking to the guy in the hot foods section I did and I will definitely be back, great experience!

Terrible. This happened at the register (K) 14 items on a 12 items register my wife paid for one cart I paid for the other. The other registers with over 7 customers keeping safe distancing. So why 2 extra items per car made her to be loud and called our attention in front of others? A man cut in front of us and she okayed it. I told him the line was behind us. When teen agers have no bed side manners before getting hired they need to get some. Look at Whole Foods now, it is difficult to find people beyond 30. Where are the seasoned and experienced adults that can give you the courtesy you deserve? It is not about paying person more, it is about paying less and it reflects in the service which means caring less. Whole foods you will lose a lot of business like that.

Whole Foods used to be a great place, but new ownership has brought down the brand name. I food and store have gone down hill. I feel if you going to pay too names service you would care for your customers. I will never set a foor into your store again. Lost a customer for life.

I went here last night for the first time. I am used to going to Harris Teeter and Wal-Mart, just to give the reader a picture of where Im coming from. This Whole Foods has the best rating, or did. That is why I chose to try this one. I think Ive been to one other Whole Foods before, and I want to say it was larger than this one. I understand why many people like it, all the employees look like your Instagram fashion bloggers and all the customers that I seen there, also looked like your Instagram fashion bloggers. That, in and of itself, could be the reason why they get five stars all the time. But, cute people are not going to help me grocery shop. Cute people want you to ignore them and dont worry, I do. Anyways, so I could only find half of the things on my grocery list there, and the things I found were not the brand that I like. There you have it, that is my review. The reason that this place got a two-star not a one star, was my cashier was honest and awesome! (On a side note, I dont want to hear things that are not honest. I know about business, I wasnt born last night. If someone tells me something straight up, I will buy from them). I would go back to this place if Im in the area and I need one or two things only because of that cashier. If it was not for the cashier, I would find somewhere else. Always best selection and quality of organic produce. However, tonight (Sun) they were very low on stock of sale items and were re-stocking as quickly as possible. First time here on a Sunday after 7pm. Will choose other days & times again.

Great Selection! Lots of options in almost every category. Great alternatives for vegetarians and vegans. Awesome meats selection. Staff is nice and location is clean and stocked well.

It has what you want for organic foods. The best produce anywhere. I bought some organic chicken livers too and cant wait to try them. When it comes to organic non-dairy creamers, which I use, they have the best selection. Some things you can find elsewhere for a less expensive price. Whole Foods is expensive so be prepared or as I do, buy sale items mostly.

This is a great option for those close to Downtown GSO! Theyve got a hot & a cold bar which have incredible options for a quick lunch or dinner. Plus, theyve got a trail mix bar, a massive bulk section, and a great little coffee bar, too!The employees are so sweet, no matter what time of day it is or how hectic the store may be.The only complaint about this Whole Foods is that the rotation on the hot & cold bars is minimal, although Ive noticed that change nationwide since Amazon took over. The quality is still great, though!

I think Whole Foods carry just about every food in the universe. Whole Foods is a little pricey.

The WORST customer service you will ever receive. Not only are they rude and very short, they care nothing about the customer. Asked for a specific item at the service desk and the person there said they moved that specific item, if I looked around I would find it. Not one person working in the bakery, no one at the deli and the pizza looked like it was from yesterday. When asked if there would be any fresh coming out we were told they had to sell what was in the case first. Never will I every recommend, suggest or patronize this location again.

Great place to shop

Spent $17 on one ribeye steak yesterday and grilled it last night...medium rare. It was almost tasteless and chewy. By this I mean each bite required to be chewed for a minute or more to be able to swallow. Live and learn. Ripoff!

Its whole foods it has nice stuff but a ton of it is overpriced. I can tell you two other places in town that you can get as heath and environment concerned.

Yes it’s a little pricey... well very pricey, but I believe you get what you pay for, and what could be more important than your personal health? This grocery store has it ALL!!!! Rare finds, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, and more recently better price points ( very noticeable since the merger with AMZN) Hope you enjoy your visit, if not then I am 100% certain the staff will fix ANY problem.I very rarely give 5 stars because I think there is always room for improvement, but Whole Foods seems to take improvement to a new level every day.

I was so use to shopping at my local stores. I was really getting the most for my dollar, when it came to not only eating, but eating Healthy. My first visit to whole foods, I had gift cards. The food was so different, and fresh. I have made that my new store. I normally shop according to the pay check. The prices are a little more, but you get so much more for the money.

Great selection of produce and meats. Look for savings on sale items. Regular price items can be pricey. Use you Amazon membership for additional savings and sale items.

I live in Burlington (and was worried the return wouldnt work after driving 30 minutes to get there) so he assured me over the phone that we could do it and lo and behold, when I got there, he was the one to help me! Super personable, friendly and made the process awesome. Thanks Sebastian! Also, the beauty section here is awesome.

It was average store with extremely high prices and very hard to navigate. Produce was not nearly up to my expectations. Produce quality was fair and not the fresh crisp product I was expecting.
