This is your standard Bath & Body Works store. The store is clean and well-maintained. The staff is prompt and courteous. Large volume of product regularly in stock and on hand. Customers are counted as they enter in order to ensure a safe capacity and adequate social distancing. Lines sometime form but move rather quickly - thus negating feelings of frustration and impatience.

First time in store, didnt know what to expect. Very friendly assistant at door to address needs. Went to pickup an order. While waiting, same assistant talked to me about other services and products they sold. My interest during this visit was candles but plan to visit again to do a more thorough review of products and services that may interest me. Judging by the number of customers, very popular business.

When Yankee Candle store closed at Four Seasons Mall, i decided to try B&BWs line of candles. My decision was spot on! My overall favorite candle is Strawberry Pound Cake! Wow! What a fragrance! This one makes my home smell like a bakery! Ill continue to try others (as needed) but for now! Im stuck on Strawberry Pound Cake! This store located at Friendly Shopping Center, is well maintained, organized and stocked. The staff members are truly customer friendly. Why not treat yourself! You deserve it!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt like this was necessary. At past B&BW’s i’ve visited, they’ve been disorganized and chaotic, and I’ve had difficulty getting assistance from employees (which i’ve found odd). Despite this, i’ve found the atmosphere and service at this B&BW exceptional. I was looking to buy gifts for a variety of different friends and family members, and Camryn (the employee who assisted me) was just wonderful! She walked me through a variety of different perfumes and products and helped me decide what would work best. It was clear she knew a lot about the products and she was very caring and sincere. Camryn really went above and beyond and her help was much appreciated, especially because I had been having such a stressful day. Additionally, every other employee I interacted with there was also quite positive and helpful. 10/10 experience, and wonderful service!

Visiting from out of town and needed a couple of things. The ladies in there were super nice and very helpful.

Camaron was wonderful! She thoroughly sanitized the cash wrap area after the previous customer so I felt safe. She was patient with me while I sorted out about 40 wallflowers and 6 hand soaps for 3 different transactions. We had great conversation while she rang me up and she mentioned that she was in her final weeks of working there to return to school to finish up her PhD. She will be missed at that store! She is so pleasant and great at her job.

I realize that they just opened but they only allow 10 people in. The picture is of the line to get in. All the way down the sidewalk. If you are coming...be prepared to wait. You can come between 9-10am if you are over 65 or high risk. They close at 5pm. An associate comes down to the back of the line to explain the rules for getting, trying, and purchasing items. I rated it 4 because of the wait only.

They were doing their practice of safely shopping during Covid. A bag is handed to you if needed upon entry. Stickers on floor to keep you within your safe 6 ft.

Be prepared to wait in a line because they are going by the rules here and I really appreciate that they value their staff as well as their customers.. they are not letting everyone just pile into the store. Theres not enough that can be said about bath & body works absolutely love the wallflowers I stocked up over the holidays its time to go shopping again! I love having the night light feature and also the wonderful smells and selections.Im still using my snowflakes and cashmere lotion I got over the holidays I absolutely love it I bought the whole bundle!

I understand social distancing. Only allowing 17 people in the store while others have to wait outside. The customers inside dont have a time limit and the people outside have to stand in the cold. Its insane.

Havent been to B&BW in years. This is a nice store. They dont carry the concentrated hand soap I used to get. Im happy with replacement and comes in a variety of pleasant scents.

They were very organized and safe during the recent hand soap sale and controlled the crowds effectively.

Today was horrible for me, first ever !! Staff wasnt very friendly nor helpful. I felt rushed I understand, were in a pandemic just let customers order off line. I will not be back in the store any time soon. Especially, when you are spending over 50 to 100 dollars or more ,we come to this Bath body because its closer to our home.

Great store. Its a little crowded like all bath n body works stores are, but they had tons of products and the employees were patient and kind. They let my daughters ask them all kinds of questions about scents and jobs and were unfailingly polite to others even when the others were not very nice themselves.

Jessie/Jesse (sp?) working front of store was less than helpful. I had one motive walking in this store: exchange a candle I received as a gift for one I’d actually use. She could have said sure, let me know the candle you want and we’ll handle the exchange at the register, and spared me 20 minutes of waiting in line. Instead, she took the candle from me and stuck it behind the register and went back to directing adults how to stand in line.When I asked, “can I just show you which candle I’m exchanging it for?” and be on my way, she said “you have to stand in line so we can do the exchange for inventory reasons.” I wasn’t suggesting not tracking the exchange. She could have recorded the sku of the candle I was exchanging for, and taken care of the exchange without me having to wait.Instead, my time was wasted, and there was literally zero good reason for me to have to stand in line for someone to eventually ask my name, which they didn’t take time to spell correctly (mostly because it doesn’t matter, because who cares?!).I am a fan of efficiency. I’d say most people value their time. Customer service would dictate expedient exchanges. I wasn’t one of the people in front of me buying half the store with 17 coupons and QR codes not scanning properly and all the other nonsense.Pun intended. Jessie’s personality and problem solving skills were lacking, and so a nice gift became a complete nuisance for me. And yes, I took 10 heated minutes in the parking lot to share this complaint. Something in the B&BW standard work should be rethought.

I went to bath & body last wk it was the second time ive ever been there and i enjoyed my visit all the items were very nice the candle and sprays that i purchased the cashier and sales person were very helpful store line was a bit long the store was neat and clean thanks a lot for the coupon send in the mail everyone should shop this store.

Running a great sale on the day I went. Got some great buys on liquid hand soaps and super buys on hand and Body lotion. This is also a great place to pick up items to use as hostess gifts, teacher gifts, etc. And the quality of products is good and consistent.

I love this store. Theres a great variety of products, including lotions, hand sanitizers, body wash, body creams, body scrubs, candles, wall flowers and they even have some products for males. This is my go to for gifts for friends, family and teachers. If you sign up for the email notifications, youll receive coupons that you may use. The employees here are always polite and helpful. They dont follow you around, but ensure that you can receive assistance if needed. It smells so good in the store and its a thoughtful place to get the lady in your life a nice gift or gift card.

This was the worst customer service for all accounts. The store had three people working the store floor. It had one cashier. The line went from the checkout to the front door and still no one came to help checkout. Finally got to be checked out and they hit something on the cash register. I only needed. 59 cents in change. Had to call a manager who was in the back of the store. I personally saw 3 customers put their purchases back and walk out. I was ready to bu I was so close to being checked out. This was poor sales at all points. If the line is getting more than a certain point. Another person should come off the floor and help behind the sales process. If it still is long put a 3rd cashier and only have one person on sales floor. It was a bad shopping experience. Spent near 10 minutes finding what I needed. Spent 35 minutes plus standing in line. SORRY SERVICE.

I like Bath and Body works and always get my candles from there. However, the staff are not friendly nor helpful, I always have to hunt them down if I have questions and they act as if they dont want to be bothered. Also, when I was there today, 2 staff were openly talking/complaining about another customer. RUDE!!!
