Well let me start off saying if i could give this place 0 stars i DEFINITELY would. i will never go back to this beauty supply store the black young lady is usually pretty nice but the older chinese lady is bad for business. As long as she’s there i will never return. I purchased some hair spray and something fell of the shelf and i picked it up and placed it back on the shelf and she comes following behind talking about “she broke it she broke it” bringing it to the front counter. when i looked at the bottle only the top was broken but she acted as if i still had to buy it which i mean i had no problem but i was under the impression the whole bottle was broke and not just the top. this is my 2nd TERRIBLE experience with that lady and i refuse to come back and spend my money there. oh yeah and that’s not to mention the 500 times i have tried to come and they are never open on time.

I’ve licensed professional (master stylist/salon owner), that’s new to the area. I thought I’d give this store a shot. But apparently they don’t like to open on time!!!! I’ve been waiting outside for the longest. It’s now 10:40am. People keep walking up to the door and then leaving. You guys are missing out on money. What type of UNPROFESSIONAL business is this!???

Divas has a great selection with products of good quality. Friendly, knowledgeable customer service is provided consistently. They will not let you leave looking crazy, just to make a sell. I travel from out of town to purchase what I need from here. It is well worth the hour and a half trip. I am always satisfied!

My experience there is always relaxed, very helpful, patient in helping selecting hair products..very kind,and when she doesnt have what you need in the store she goes above and beyond to help find what you are looking for..👍👍 Awesome keep up the good work 🌹

I have been a loyal consumer for years, apparently this location has a rude policy for customers who visits location close to closing. Never heard of a business not wanting money. If she wasnt so rude I would have purchased two wigs instead of one. Im taking my coins back to mode 21 on Bessemer Avenue. As long as the doors are unlocked they will assist and take your money.

They have Kiss by Red Durags, thats what I go for. They also have alot of hair products and many other products. But if your a waver this spot is your friend. Bout 5 bucks for a durag?! My guy head over there right now!

Oh now the owners of Divas Beauty Supply is awesome they are so sweet and they will take your their time to help you out I love going in there they always have what I want

The lady is very helpful. Store is neat clean and very organized. Not overwhelming and I was able to find what I needed and was in and out!

I love this store every time I go by there to get what I need Im always greeted with great smiles and hellos anything I need help with I can always get help family-owned and theyre very dedicated to their customers between this store in there other store I will forever be a customer. I recently moved and I was delighted to find that they had a another store cuz we women know sometimes its hard to find a good hair store that we feel comfortable going to and I love this store.Marketa Herbin😘😘😘

Good service but they close earlier than posted times on site. If they dont close ag 730 then they need to update site to reflect that. Thats worse than poor service.

Very helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I only wish they were closer to where I live. Still I highly recommend this place.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! THE WHILE FAMILY IS AWESOME. The mother is always concerned about me and not just selling me hair..she always greets me with a hug and smile..Love this place and Im so glad she bought the one on Randleman rd because they were terrible (the last owners especially I think she was the mother or grandmother she was terrible ) but Diva (Young) I love her to life!!! Will always support her❤❤ I wish she would by that supply store on Randleman rd across from the citgo and bingo parking lot next to Bettys braiding shop cant think of her name...they have bad attitudes too...Go Diva!! Ok. Had what you would expect but i did not see any divas at all.

Horrid staff and service. went in with family so wife and daughter could get relaxer. and a lady came in with something to return and guy behind counter blew up at customer . never seen anything like it . wont come back. family put down items and left. guy kept yelling gonna call my mom lol and police at lady trying to trade a scarf or hat or something.
