I have only been here 3 or 4 times buying parts for my mowers but have had a good experience each time. Prices were decent and staff was polite, knowledgeable and proficient. I usually deal with Ed at the parts counter. He is really good at what he does.

Purchased a Scag Turf Tiger from John today and could not have had a better experience. The mower hadn’t even been unpacked yet; however, John and his son took the time to prep it while I waited - saving me an hour drive each way for a second trip. Support this great family owned business!

Diagnose the problem Ariens 52 4 years old and did a total maintenance on the mowerRuns great now.Highly recommend the companyprice is very fair. They have a good supply of mowers for sale.And a good service staff no problems with this company. Also since Im a private homeowner they picked up my mower and delivered it.The problem with my mower was self-inflicted too much grass build up in the gas tank over 4 years

Have only visited the parts department. The gentleman was very knowledgeable. Service was very good and it was a friendly place. Prices were average.

I just bought a used gravely zero turn mower from these guys today, and they will deliver the middle of next week. My buddy who has been working with them for a while recommended superior mower and I now will also reccomend them. These guys are very respectful, courteous and honest about what they have. After being burned badly by Greenfield Outdoor Solutions, I visited Superior on the west end of Greenfield. For as poor as Greenfield Outdoor Solutions was, Superior Mowers and More is clearly living up to their name Superior! Excellent & Refreshingly FRIENDLY AND QUALITY parts and service. I was given the choice of OEM or Aftermarket. Plus the correct parts the first time. Once again CLEARLY SUPERIOR! They were polite on the phone but are still dishonest. Had my mower fixed there last year, just needed a basic tune up. They told me at the time the work was guaranteed but now that I need what is probably the same fix they tell me there was no guarantee on their work. Someone , somewhere down the line is lying. I dont recommend.

I was looking for a dealer that had real customer service. verses some outfits in Indy I was greeted with a smile John Was laid back no pressure sales and fast great knowledgeable service .Explained what your mower needed and fast service reasonable prices.John came out to greet you when you picked up your mower. A bit of a drive but well worth it no reason to shop or buy your outdoor needs anywhere else. I truely like the relaxed and family atmosphere!

Purchased a Scag Tiger Cat II. Excellent service with a seemless purchasing process. It was extremely important to be able to find a full service dealership for my purchase.

Just went in there to drop off my Echo string trimmer thats under warranty and bought 9 months ago after it suddenly quit. John, the manager, told me it would be MONTHS just to look at it. Ive spent quite a bit of money on equipment and parts there over the years, Ill never step foot in Inferior Mowers and Less or give them another dime. Ed is a nice guy, but John is about as arrogant and unhelpful youd ever come across.

Ive used Superior mowers for mower repair and help with a stuck brake on a chainsaw. They are very professional and actually care about their customers. They are my go to shop when I need help.

The parts guy - Ed - kind of a jerk for no reason. Rude. Other options to shop in Indy for Scag parts - try those places.
