Not happy. We had a hitch installed today on my 2013 Chevy Equinox (phone quoted price of $227 which is nearly $125 less than Uhaul- what a deal, right?!) NOPE. They “forgot” to include that there would be $300 worth of labor (3 hours) until after the install and hit us with a $527+tax bill. In an attempt to make it better, they did take $100 off of labor (hence the 2 star review vs 1). My advice, use Uhaul. If you do go here, save yourself a headache and get a physical quote for the work prior to setting the appointment.

Pricing is competetive for replacement parts. If they dont have it in stock, they will order it. I bought replacement blades for my rider and had them the next day. Only $15 each. Couldnt find them online for this price. Sharpening service is quick and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I came in with the thought that I was going to be waiting all say long. After 30 min of great service and a couple part swaps I was good to go! If you need equipment or accessory work done on your trucks, this is the only place to go!

When buying parts for my 22 yr old Grasshopper they always have what I need. And usually their prices are less than what I can find them online. This is at the Greenfield location. They are great in my book for the mechanic that needs parts to keep their equipment going.

Midwest sold me a 3/4 ton plow for my 1/ ton silverado.....they said it would cost me another $1000.00 to fix their mistake...i had to have a lift kit installed so it wouldnt drag the ground when hitting a bump....they said it didnt need one...had to have the bad wiring redone at norms electric...very bad service and work....dont buy a plow from them.....

Friendly atmosphere, helpful staff in both parts and the service area. I have patronized the business for about 4 years.

If you need a new belt for your riding lawnmower than this is the place to go. But be sure to call in advance so they can have your part ready for you when you come.

I talked to this place about getting a snow plow installed was quoted 400$ but was told I wouldnt be able to find any parts for the plow that no one sold them but they would install if I had all the parts I took the truck and plow there to drop it off she then tells me she didn’t remember ever talking to me it was the day before then says you know this will be 600 I said you quoted me 400 she said oh well I talked to our tech and it will be 600 all she wanted to do was sell a over priced used boss plow

Broke down in a tractor-trailer next door to their store in Greenfield Indiana. Air hose had blown off and didn’t have gaskets or hose clamps. Walked in, the very nice lady at the counter found and gave me three hose clamps! I offered to pay for them and she gave them to me and sent me on my way!! Back on the road before roadside could have ever got to me. Thank you so much!!
