I took my 5 year old Grandson with me to get a battery for my lawn tractor because he loves tractors like most boys his age are into dinosaurs. They let us tour the grounds and look at all the machines. He described it as the “Best Day Ever! I’ve been coming here for about 10 years, having my Z285 serviced and getting accessories. Due to the previous owner of this dealership, I was done doing business with them. I was hoping/praying that my lawn tractor would just get me through this year. Not to be and too late in the year to buy anything new. I was between a rock and a hard place. Went to Koenig in part because of their network of dealerships. While there werent any new tractors that fit my needs, their service dept was very helpful and acccommodating. They were able to get my 20+ year old tractor going again for a reasonable cost. I will still need to buy a new tractor next spring and am confident it will be from Koenig.

Koenig did a wonderful job of rebuilding my DR Lawn Vac. I had put it together originally, but had a few parts left over, so I had Koenig rebuild it and get it working correctly on the back of my Scag lawnmower!

They had what I needed for my old John Deere.

Our old CC mower blew up, so we needed a new one fast. We were able to find a mower and have it delivered the next day before the yard was out of control. We appreciate all of their help at Koening! It was our first time shopping, and we had a great experience!

I had previously used Smith Implements after a bad sales encounter at a local Northeast side suburban dealer.The difference between the two stores in the area of customer service and time and attention to detail was quite noticeable. For the second time in 3 years I needed a lawn equipment so I again called Scott Newkirk, who I had dealt with previously.Scotts attention to the customer and meeting their needs is simply excellent. For the second time he came through like a champ. Sales, setup and delivery went flawlessly.It is obvious they have a good service and support team working together with sales to deliver a high quality customer service package.

$11.23 for a quart of oil is un American in my opinion. When i asked why so high the lady told me that while they can get it they will charge it. Very disappointing! I chose to buy my equipment here years ago while it was Smith implements and close to my residence. I am looking for some place else to do my purchases and business.

I give this business 5-stars because they have been extremely professional and helpful. I have had a problem with a used John Deere mower and Dave and company in the Service Department have been extremely helpful in trying to diagnose the problem(s). Each time, they left me feeling confident I would discover the problem and each time I did.

Really hope Koenig lets Greenfield operate as a all problems and answers are solved at the Greenfield store. Please let them operate as if Ted was still sitting in his office only better. There are some really good people at Greenfield that really care not only about the farmers, but for the whole community.

The lady I dealt with was very disrespectful and even ran a credit check without my permission or my knowing until credit karma notified me. Very unprofessional for someone who was supposed to be the go to person for this company. I will not go back.
