I bought a sofa, loveseat and dining table from FlexPay on South 27th. I paid it in full. Upon delivery I noticed that both sofas were missing the drilled holes at the bottom to put in the legs.😲 So the repairman came back the next day to do it. Then I noticed the decorative nails thats apart of the appeal at the bottom of the loveseat were missing.😱 I called to no avail to reach the manager. Im beyond dissatisfied and disappointed. 😤

Terrible! DishonestI bought a 3pc set sofa, loveseat and chair. The 2 pc was in stock but the chair had to be special order. I had to wait a month to for the chair so I did that. When it was time for my delivery my sofa and loveseat came wrapped i it’s manufactured package. The chair was hand wrapped in Saran. I called the store and they insisted it was from manufacturer. I went to the store to get a resolution and it was written on the computer receipt that it was in fact the store model chair from there good hope location. Disappointed. So they brought this used floor model chair to my home without communication and offered no discount for it. The manager said he’ll pay for another pick up for the chair and refund me but I wanted a chair so I settled for this one , a used one when I paid and waited for a new one. I advise the customers to shop other places before you shop here

Bought a sofa on March 1st and still have not received it. Been calling for over a week about a refund but have not been able to get in touch with a manager. Zero customer service and I do not know if I will get my money back.

Very pleasant experience the sales woman didnt pressure us into a sale or be annoying and offered help and let us browse in comfort. We will definitely be returning to make our purchase because of that. Also very affordable and good quality merchandise. Layaway and delivery is also available here.
