DO NOT APPLY FOR WORK HERE!!These people are so disrespectful to their employees, condescending and belittling them in front of customers is completely unprofessional and downright sickening. They told my fiancé that they were going to honor his school schedule and then scheduled him anyways on his school days and had the gall to write him up for it. Like, understand your place in his life, you are a cell phone store versus his future, know your place here honey! Pay might be ok, but don’t sell yourself short, money isn’t good enough to lose your self respect.

My wife dropped her phone and shattered the screen.We did not have an appointment but our wait was very short. The Verizon rep listen to what my wife wanted, suggested a $400 phone that would suit my wifes needs and was on sale for $100. The rep took care of ordering the phone for us had it shipped to our house asked us to call and schedule an appointment when we received the phone.We did just that.Because we had an appointment we were serviced immediately. 👍The girl who helped us was super friendly, fetched us a screen protector and a case, and put them on for my wife. Transferred Google services checked with my wife about any special apps or mail she may be concerned with, All the while being super friendly and helpful 👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The associates take way too long to help people. I had an appointment at 1:00 and, after waiting 45 minutes, they still werent going to be ready within 15 minutes. There were 2 employees (one of which was a manager) just sitting and looking at a computer when they could have been helping people. Every time I go there, its a minimum of an hour wait. Ive also been promised discounts on the newest phone my wife got, and those have not shown up.

First time leaving a review because this is possibly the worst service I’ve received. I’ll keep it short — after waiting patiently for 1.5 hours, and finally being seen there was an immediate problem with purchasing a new phone. Did I mention that I was the only person waiting during that time? Apparently it takes that long to setup one iPad. I could have done it faster myself. Not sure what’s worse, the lack of urgency to help a customer or not even trying to find a solution after making them wait that long. Just telling them “there’s nothing we can do.”There’s gotta be a more efficient way to help customers and provide better employee training. Would give zero stars if I could :-)

This review is for the store location not the actual Verizon service or the phone customer service (both of which is horrible). The in-store customer service was helpful and resolved our problems. It did take quite some time, but less than the four hours on the phone already. The store was quite busy with a bit of a wait to get service. Once we explained the problem yet again it took only a few people to resolve our problems. Very nice customer service, almost good enough to switch back to Verizon service.

Horrible experience overall. They were upgrading the POS system in the store and had to ask for payment about four times and reset our entire order multiple times. That took an hour for just payment.We had a terrible time activating our phones at home, and it was unfortunate the watch was out of stock in the store and had to be shipped. 6 days go by, and I didn’t receive my watch, so i looked into it. I was unable to call the store, because their phone number sends you to customer service. I talked to customer service and find out there’s not record of my order on my account. I had to make an appointment at the store and go back into the store to get it straightened out, since that’s where I placed the order. That took about 4 hours and the solution was that my original order was “cancelled” by the store and I was re-charged for everything (phones, watch, accessories). I received my watch finally in the mail and everything seemed okay, but I never received a refund for my first order. So I emailed and texted the manager Bethany, who had given me her contact info prior to me leaving the store the second time, and she never got back to me. She told me she would “look into” why I still didn’t get my refund, but never responded back. I also messaged and emailed the store associate who helped me, and he never responded(Bradley) . I then had to call general customer service and spent about 4 hours on the phone with them re-explaining the entire situation and fighting with them for my original incomplete order to be refunded. I will never go into a Verizon store again, especially this one.

The staff at this location are happy to sell you phones and cell phone plans, but if you go back with questions, they are not at all helpful. I needed help with my new Samsung S21. So I went back. The store associate told us that nobody that works there knows anything about Samsung galaxy, phones just I phones. I Had to call customer service for help. I will not go back to this location.

It might be beneficial to your business to change your in-store 1:1 ratio policy. My SO and I attempted to buy new phones and create a joint account (as I am with a different provider). We were greeted outside to sign in. We were told it would be 45-50 minute wait (which isnt a problem) and that wed receive 2 text messages 1. notifying us that we were next in line and 2. when it was our turn and we had 5 minutes to arrive. We were told to wait in our car or feel free to leave and come back. Well we left for approx. 30 minutes, received only 1 text saying it was our time (not the 2 text messages as we were told). We check in and THEN they tell us only 1 person can come into the store at a time. How are 2 people who want to look at phones and get a joint account supposed to do this if only 1 person is allowed in at a time? Shouldnt your employees tell customers at the door when signing in, that only 1 person is allowed in the store at a time? Your employee also addresses me in the store by saying Hey! Im talking to you! vs just approaching me like a normal person. Not to mention the 80+ year old couple in front of us appointment was screwed up by your employees, forcing them to leave and they also didnt bother to tell this old couple only 1 of them could enter when they come back. We understand the extra covid precautions, but 1:1 ratio is a little ridiculous.

My mother recently went to the store to upgrade her phone and change from android to iPhone. The store wouldn’t activate her phone and do the setup due to their “COVID policy.” I spent a bunch of time researching at home how to transfer and set everything up for her on the new phone. My mother is reaching near 60 and doesn’t know how to look all of that up. I have heard numerous other stories like this during COVID (not all from this store). Do better on your customer service and serving your older clientele. Truly pathetic excuse for lack of customer service in the phone industry right now. I am sure I will get a reply saying “we are following the national authorities guidelines”...blah blah. How about some creativity in solving issues. I’ve seen ma and pop stores with more creativity than the phone stores.

I will bypass the terrible experience I had with Verizons customer support team over the phone which took 8 hours out of my day and skip to my in store experience which left me further dissatisfied, disappointed, extremely offended. Why? Because Meg, who obviously lacks empathy and has poor discernment treated my situation with total and complete prejudice. For this reason what should have taken 30 minutes MAX ended up taking 3+ hours and still left without all that I needed along with a very poor resolution that may have put me in a worse situation all because neither Meg, Tyler or Connor in store support could locate the receipt I needed in order to exchange my defective device which I had only purchased maybe three weeks ago.I’ll save the rest of my complaint for corporate. I just wanted to make it clear to all honest paying customers who may feel the way I do after being treated as a suspect that you are not alone...

Went in to get a SIM card terrible service. Lady kept giving me the run around saying no one was available to give me one yet there was employees walking around doing nothing. Not only that when I walked in after waiting 30 mins in my car for her to call me in. She was helping a customer finished with them and was just sitting there. I was the only one in the store waiting to be helped, yet she did not help me. Then she said she had to go in the back to find someone to help me and was back there for another 10 mins then came out and said again that there was no one to help me. I will never return again.

Placed an order online last week and selected this store as my pickup location. 24 hours later I get an email that my order has been cancelled. Why was it cancelled? Because this store closed down (or so I was told by another Verizon store). I have now tried 2 different avenues to get my phone but my order is completely jacked up. My account now says I cant get a new phone because I owe $530 on a phone that I HAVENT RECEIVED due to my order getting cancelled! 😡 This has been a complete waste of time and is causing stress thats not needed. I understand that places are closing right now, but then take care of your customers that were depending on your store for a pickup order.

They told us our phone is compatible then we bought a line for 70 $ and payed 40 $ for activation but the line did not work on our phone. Then they told us it is because of the phone. Then we tried 3-4 different carriers and all of them worked. Then we wanted to cancel it they did not want to deal with us just gave us a number and it took 35 minutes to reach that number. And we still do not know if it is gonna be canceled...

Some of the least helpful staff Ive ever had to try to work with. There were 3 people in the empty store and it still took over 5 minutes for anyone to even approach me. They didnt offer solutions, instead they gave lame exuses about why they couldnt help, such as saying they couldnt transfer any data from my old phone to my new phone because they dont have the machines to when that is a standard part of getting a new phone.

So my phone shut off and wouldnt turn on. I tried troubleshooting it myself and it didnt work. I called tech support and after being on the phone with then for 20 minutes and no help I decided to just go to the store before they closed while staying on hold with tech support. When I got in there the lady who greeted me worked her magic and got the phone to do something and then took it to her manager for further help. I was there less then 3 minutes and they were able to get my phone back on even before tech support got back to me. Thanks everyone who was there on 1/26/20 at closing time. You are awesome!

Horrible. called with problem with a store installed accessory, we were told to warranty it ourselves. When it arrives make an appointment with us and we will reinstall. Made appointment and arrived in time and told we wont touch your device covid. They touch my money, hand devices back and forth and are getting paid by me. Both main Verizon customer service and the gentleman that I got transferred to when the store would not answer phone found that troubling. Also concerning is not answering a phone call when clearly they are not working.Horrible. Had to give one star to allow the review to go through/UPDATE; Upon reading the reviews it seems like customer service is not a priority.It is clear that the management must to aware and has chosen to try to collect money and do nothing.

Eager to Sell ($$$) but when it comes to provide service not helpful at all. I am very unhappy with the service at this location. I have a small business account with verizon. Staff here is very impolite, rude and not helpful they refer back to call customer service via phone. In summary experience here is like a used call sales person, one time sale only no service here. I would suggest them to post a sign No Service provided here SALES only.Beware If you are looking to buy apple products DO NOT buy it here directly buy at the apple store. The sales are not worth the fine print.My issue have been resolved but it I always have to escalate to store management or customer service via phone . She is polite and understanding and resolves the solution. I am happy with my phone service as well.

I have a business account with Verizon wireless. Every single time I come in the store I am put off to the side and told that I can leave and somebody will call me. I never get a return phone call. Henry is the man that sells the business plans. I do not recommend Verizon for a wireless business plans. Last month I called in and was told there was nobody that worked the business side of this location. Today when I walked back in I was told that Harry was the business account manager. I absolutely believe that this place is deceptive to every customer that walks through the door.Today I was told that I could leave and Henry would give me a call. I told them that I would just stay and wait for him and now I’m being told that he won’t be available for 45 minutes because he’s on a phone call… I am a business owner as well and I would never put off a customer that’s in my office for a customer that is on the phone! The most terrible customer service I have ever encountered.

The service rep, Keyaan I believe, was very considerate and made the switch from AT and T to Verizon as cheap and painless as possible. The store was up to date and all the employees were friendly. There was one rep who I noticed was fluent in Spanish assisting another customer which is a great thing to have in the store.

Skip going to this store for a plan change of any kind.....I had my wife and my accounts merged and then put onto a family plan.....that’s not what the rep actually did tho. She had us call Verizon over the phone to merge the accounts which was fine but then she put both my wife and I on our own separate plans making our bill 2x as much as when we were on our own plans! I got it all solved calling Verizon directly so in short I will NEVER go back to the store and I will encourage online and over the phone service because they actually do what they say they are doing.

I was not credited for the cash I paid in the store on that day of upgrade and Im not receiving my upgrade device discount. Two months later and Im still having billing issues. Customer service calling Verizon has been lackluster as of late. I would make certain these things have been applied properly before I left the store.

I received courteous, helpful and efficient customer service today! Justin helped me change my phone from my parents plan to my boyfriends plan. He laid out the different options clearly and went out of his way to figure out which plan that would be the best value for us, all in less than 20 minutes. I was excited to purchase the new galaxy online Feb25. I received my phone and accessories I purchase Mar 12. My purchase came to just over $1800.00. I found my old charging units worked so I decided to not open the new home and car charger and just to return since I do not need.3/17 I went into a Verizon store with these two unopened items to return. I was told at that location I can get a full cash refund but I need to take them to a corporate location for that refund. My husband and I are trying to adopt a little girl and spent the next four days in court with a trial for this adoption. On 3/22 I was out of court and took these two items to the greenfield location as I was told to do.I had Jessica there come and tell me I had purchased these two unopened items more than 14 days ago so I could not return. I explained I didnt even get these items until recently and has not had for two weeks. Jessica explained this was the policy. I asked if she would please return as I dont need, they arent open and can be resold. Jessica said she would make the exception to exchange for something else. I told Jessica I had spent over $1800 on this purchase I did not need anything else. Again Jessica reminded me this was the policy. I told Jessica she could budge more on this but does not want to. (Again I had had these two items 10 days, never opened never used.). I asked Jessica if she was willing to take back for an exchange could I have a statement credit. She reminded me again of the policy. I told Jessica she could make an exception to her policy rule if she wanted but was choosing not to. Jessica offered to give me a phone number to call to return by mail. ??? So now I can but not right here right now. I have to deal with calling somewhere and mailing. This does not make sense.This is the second time Ive come to this location and been treated this way. I wish I would not have done a new contract with Verizon because this location makes this just to tough to do business with. Another location had told me I would get a FULL CASH REFUND. Beware, if you want to buy a new phone, wait to get it before buying accessories because you might get stuck with them. So disappointed my excited new phone purchased makes me disappointed now. I wont be back and will change carries as soon as I can

We had very bad customer service here when I went into the store on 12/22/18. That was helping (that term is used lightly in this situation) me never introduced himself (Dave...I got that off his name tag) , and never even asked my name. Just asked what we wanted. I told him I was thinking about a new I-Phone and he walked us over pointed at them at proceeded to play with the tablet he was carrying around, and about three min later asked if I chose which one I wanted yet. Very unhelpful and not open to answering questions. I do not think he gave us eye contact the whole time. I am spending $1,000 here, it would be nice if I had some sort of customer service. I ended up just picking one since I was not going to get the help that I needed. He then proceeded to try and sell me a case, charger etc... I decided I only wanted a case and her actually told me I would be sorry if I didnt purchase the wireless charger. I informed him I was ok for now with the charger provided in the box and he still wouldnt let up. Very pushy and rude. He then tried to get me to purchase the insurance on the phone, which I also declined... to which her stated and I quote OH just wait until 6 months from now when you drop your phone and break it and you owe us $750.00 before we will give you a new one, then you will wish you would have taken the insurance, and listened to me today. By this point I literally feel like crying because this guy is so rude and has no respect for his customers. He then swiped through the whole phone set up and didnt show me anything about the phone and then stated if I want I could come back in 20 min and get it because there was an update installing. So me and my boyfriend went to eat and came back an hour later. A different guy (Nick)(with manager on his badge) asked us what we wanted and I told him I was here to get the phone I already purchased. He went to the back and came out 5-6 min later stating that Apple servers are slow right now so it is taking forever for the update to install... when in fact the guy that was helping us before that never actually installed it. I then tried to talk to this manager about my concerns with the other guy earlier and he defended the guy the whole time, and even stated It is the Holidays we dont have time to show customers details of the phones or help them set them up... We are just too busy ... Which is completely untrue because there were three other employees sitting at tables helping customers set up their new phones... One guy was even helping put on a screen protector. I still can not believe an employee of this store would tell me they are too busy to provide customer service it is completely ridiculous. Needless to say, I took my phone home and installed the updates myself which only took about 4 minutes. I am so appalled by the rude and lying people at this store. I called customer service to talk about it and they told me they sent an email to the general manager of this store but no one has contacted me regarding this issue and it has now been 10 days, so apparently they do not care either. I think I need to switch to another service provider, I have never had this issue with US Cellular or actually any other Verizon Store I have been to

They are very helpful with your questions. As long as the music is not loud, to where you cant think when it comes to the contracts and other questions you would like to ask. Their pretty helpful with the types of phones they have, and if they dont have the one you want. Theyll help you locate where one is so you can pick it up or have it shipped to you or the store.

I had never been here before, and was surprised at the wait. (I didnt know it was the busiest Verizon in the area and visited on a Saturday around noon.) However, it was a very short wait (10-15 minutes) so I didnt mind it at all as it gave me time to look around and think about what I wanted to settle on for my replacement phone. Michelle helped me pick out my phone. She was patient, listened to what I wanted and was looking for, knowledgeable, and made the experience fun. Overall, I would recommend this store even though there may be a slight wait.

Everytime I have gone to this location the employees are worse. This time the employee had no knowledge of the product, no ability to match any prices or offer any solutions or help what so ever. I showed him adds emailed to me by both Verizon and Motorola. Then he was ambiguous with the amount I would need to upgrade my phone and could not explain why I would have to pay a 60 dollar upgrade fee, when I can buy the phone directly from Motorola, pay 200 dollars less and avoid any fees. He basically made me feel like his job was worthless and he could offer me no help at all. So Verizon can litterally fire everyone in that store and be better off since right now they are losing sales anyway, and only offering bad customer service.

If I could give a zero I would. Have an IPhone 5C with a SIM Card reading problem. Talked to Tech support and they were very friendly and helpful, they directed me to bring the phone into the nearest store and have the people there change out the SIM Card. I have the people at the store change out the Card but still more problems occur. So I go back to the store and try and upgrade and they wont let me trade in the phone for an early upgrade (1 month early) because the phone has to much damage (small chips on the corner) and the SIM card tray would not open! I didnt touch the tray and they blamed it on me saying I damaged the tray and they could have never broke it even though they switched out the Card. What a joke of a store.

I think most cellphone service provider stores are the same. This is not any different. Good thing I like about the vrrizon stores is that the moment you walk into the store, someone will check you in and that way surely you will be taken care of. Really friendly and helpful staff. Went in to buy a wifi hotspot - they got me the best possible deal, and made sure I completely understood how the device worked before I walked out the door. They even found me an unadvertised rebate for the device!

Bad experience with Verizon. Ordered phone on-line for in-store pickup. Never received notification to pick up. When checking, they never heard of my order eben though I had an order number. Re-orderedin store, thought everything was fine, found out 3 days later that I jad an additional mystery $70 charge from Verizon that they had no clue of what it was.

I dont know who is worse to deal with verizon or my cable provider. So we bought our phones through best buy (much better pricing then the crooks at verizon) after a few months we wanted to switch from a family plan to our own. Went to the store worked through the plan change and was told 3 times that the credits we got for purchasing the phones would transfer over. Low and behold the first bill comes and they didnt transfer. Now Verizon says the credits cannot be transfered and they made a mistake and there is nothing they can do about it. So they just screwed us out of $400 in credits and there solution is a simple sorry thats all we can do. Ive never heard of business making a customer pay for the businesses mistake and offering no solution what so ever. Avoid getting a phone through verizon you will be better off for it and better deals can be found with better providers. Worst experience Ive ever had with a cell phone provider and will not be doing business with them in the future. Avoid like the plaque
