I have nothing good to say about this location.I brought my phone to them because I left it outside and it rained. They wanted to put it in a machine to try and save a voice-mail from my deceased husband.The machine allowed my phone to power up but screen wouldnt come on.This location called me and suggested that I take my phone to a repair store and hook up to a screen to try and copy the voice mail.They told me I could pick up my phone next time I was in town.It was a month later that I was able to get back there. I was informed that they couldnt find my phone and probably was disposed of.No phone call or text message to warn me.I am beyond hurt. They were very cold and unconcerned about what they had done.

I had a easy experience at this store. Natalie was helpful and patient while helping me make a decision. I got the watch and phone I wanted and the process of switching was easy thanks to the great customer service in store.

Hats off to Stephanie who did an amazing job getting my wifes new phone all setup! We came in earlier in the week and Stephanie worked 30 minutes overtime on it. The phone my wife wanted was not in so we ordered it and came back in tonight. Again, Stephanie was there and worked another 30 minutes past closing time to get the phone finished up. My husband and I went yesterday for a much-needed upgrade for both of us. Didnt have to wait at all for someone to help us. Jordan (spelling?) helped us and he was great. Very knowledgeable about the different phones, patient, friendly, and not pushy. He made sure we were happy with our new phones and that all of our stuff from the old phones had transferred. I went in to buy a new flip phone. They didnt have one in stock and had to order it. When it came in I went in to switch my old phone out. The first young man I dealt with wasnt there so a second young man was helping me. We got through the transfer of contacts and pairing the phone to my car just fine, but when it was time to check out, their internet went down. I left and they called me about half an hour later that it was back up. When I went back the first young man I dealt with was there and took over the transaction. He imported most of my contacts again after I told him that was already done. I was charged for the sales tax (understandable) and for moving the contacts to the new phone. In the process of activating my new phone he turned my sons phone off. We didnt discover this until later in the day. Customer service corrected the problem but I called the store and told them what happened. The response was something like Well, they fixed it didnt they? I said I thought they would want to know about the problem and felt like they really didnt see this as a problem. I had to go through and remove the duplicate contacts and deal with customer service to get my sons phone back on. Not a pleasant experience.

It was a little hard starting out. We ordered phones with bigger memory since they are not in stock. Our account had issues when we went to pickup and since we couldn’t come until a half hr before closing they couldn’t reach anyone at the office. So if you are signing up for a new account come in early. 3rd times the charm. Loving Verizon so far. Was an AT&T customer for 16 years but was tired of they way we were treated and by Ashley and Trent or Travis at the Greenfield store🙄Verizon has a really great and cheaper price on our brand new phones and we are paying less per month and have good coverage so far. We are saving a lot of money. Thank you Axel for your help. You were friendly and helpful and worked hard to get our account set up.

We visited this store and was assisted by Corey. He was very professional, courteous and super nice as he helped all four in my party into different phones. Our visit was pleasant. We had plenty of laughs because we had lots of time to fill. We very satisfied and were thankful Corey was there to help us. Excellent service by him and the rest of the staff. They were equally as helpful when questions were asked. All the data transferring made us stay after the store closed but Corey and Mike took it all in stride. I just want to let you know that Axel (who I have called Alex for a year) takes very good care of my needed items and endless questions. He is always very kind, has a smile on his face, and is patient when answering my questions. He is an excellent employee. Carrie is very kind to work with, as well. She helped my parents and I set up three new phones and answered all of our questions. My only suggestion is to have a bathroom available because we were with Carrie for a couple of hours and my Mom had to leave to use the restroom at McDonalds.

On 2/28, I went into this store planning on getting two phones. One was for my son and the other was my upgrade. Unfortunately, The phone I wanted had to be ordered. It only took a couple days to arrive, but a week to finish everything(no fault by the store). Stephanie helped us through the whole process. From ordering the phone, and adding more devices, all the way to the final setup. It might have taken a week to get it all done, but her assistance made it easy to deal with.

My wife was having phone issues. The Greenfield Verizon store was the nearest that was open. I was mistakenly concerned they were not a “factory” store. Wow, was I wrong! Tom Wright stepped up to help us. Tom was was super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and endlessly helpful. Tom sat with us for a LONG time working through a weird issue. Tom eventually figured out our problem and resolved it .We’re so happy we visited the Greenfield VCC Verizon store today!

So, my son and I went in here today to look at Apple watches. I had been in here a handful of times over the past couple months for other needs and everytime I’ve been in there, everyone is extremely helpful, especially today. Stephanie did an AMAZING job. She did everything in a timely manner and did it with a great personality! We both enjoyed her company and look forward to going back if we need anything else, hopefully she’s available!

Only giving 3 stars this visit. While they were kind and willing to answer any questions, There was a hygiene issue of them not wearing gloves when giving you your new phone or case.Plus unfortunately I found quite a few hairs that were so long and unrelated to the color of my girlfriends when the phone was being handed over. It was quite alarming and disgusting in its own way.Again they are kind and helpful but having todays experience of hygiene along with their in store hand sanitizer being old or burnt in the sun. We got what was needed in the store and left with a sour taste from it all!

They wouldnt process a return of product (glass screen protector).They have 14 day return policy which doesnt work well during Christmas gift giving. I recommend only going to corporate Verizon stores. This one isnt!

We have been to this store for quite some time. They are always helpful. The new store front is very nice and modern. However, the main parking lot can be difficult to exit. Park in the back by the old Marsh entrance.

He wanted to know if mine was broken if that’s why I wanted a new phone. He acted like it was a big deal to tell me about the latest iPhone. Needless to say I walked out. I immediately called customer service. I will never walk into that store again.

The best Verizon store Ive ever been to. They all are so helpful, knowledgeable, and very nice. I asked a lot of questions even though I had done a lot of research ahead of time. There were things that I could not find the answers to online about the phones I was looking at. They were able to answer all my questions and help me come to my decision easily. They are not pushy, and take time with their customers to make sure they feel comfortable in their decisions. They even found a discount I was eligible for that I didnt know about. I have been with Verizon for many years. I plan on staying the course with Verizon and with this store.

Had visited the store earlier in the week and the male personnel who waited on me was anxious to give me a deal on a tablet. I explained that I would be back in the next week and he gave me his business card. When I went back to the store the next week and asked for him, he told me be did not remember me or the deal and I felt so bad. He tried to make me feel like I was trying to steal a tablet and I have not been back to that store since and will not go in the future.

This store is ok but at times a person at the counter does not always want to person do their job. Hopefully Verizon has seen their way to ensuring this does not happen again. They have good people working that go beyond the normal customer service. One just has to be capable of asking for another person to help them.

My husband , newborn son , 2 year old and I walked in at 3:17 there wasn’t many people here but there are only 2 employees at the moment , they said they would be with us shortly and so we sat down to wait. well more people came in and we are still sitting here it’s now 4:11 one of the employees has helped about 3 people who have came in AFTER us while we’ve been sitting here even said to one of the customers “ I let you guys cut a bunch of people” this is ridiculous! And very disappointing!

Waited forever and still no one help or even acknowledged me. I will NEVER go back to the store in Greenfield and NEVER recommend this store to anyone!!

Great place! Staff is super helpful and take there time to do it right. You feel comfortable and welcome. Staff is very knowledgeable.

Ive dealt with the Greenfield store three times--twice in January and February 2017. All three times the store staff was helpful, thorough and pleasant. There may be a wait during peak hours (after 5 p.m. on weekdays). In one case, the staff had a difficult time with TCC itself which resulted in a long visit. However, the staff worked hard to correct the issue and remained pleasant throughout in spite of what was a frustrating amount of work for them. Highly recommend this store.

Store is nice, clean and has a wide selection of phones to choose from. The woman who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason for the average rating is the pricing. Im a prepaid customer so I purchase all my phones outright. I went in to purchase a Moto Z3, which is $480 on Motos site and on Verizons site. I was surprised when I was told it was over $500 before tax at this location.The woman assisting me admitted that was odd but they couldnt do anything about it since prices are firmly set. Its strange Verizon doesnt have consistent pricing at all locations carrying their name. I think postpaid pricing is the same but for those of us buying outright its something to be cautious of. Check pricing from Verizon and the manufacturer before buying from this location to make sure you arent overpaying. That said, the customer service I received was fantastic and I ended up picking up a battery pack on sale at a great price. So my visit wasnt a complete bust. I will just order the phone direct from Verizon and wait to save the $30 difference in price.Also, somewhat unrelated but if you are new to the Greenfield area, I highly suggest going with Verizon as your carrier. Ive tried AT&T and T-Mobile and neither have service on the east side of Greenfield. Verizon not only has good signal but it is fast as well (average download is over 50 Mbps). It seems they are the only carrier who has invested in this area at the moment.
