The store manager/rep Robert was very helpful, helped notify me about my discount that my job offers, signed me up for a new plan and phone, and answered all my boyfriends questions as well about starting his own phone plan. He was even kind enough to help us even though we were the last customers as the store was closing.

I am so glad I came to this location! At first I thought I would be there forever because there wasn’t any staff, but Joe was absolutely amazing! He gave great service and I didn’t have to wait long at all. He was extremely knowledgeable and soo friendly! I have been a customer of ATT for nearly 18 years. The service, respect (or rather lack of), and downright mightier than thou complex we received from Christy was the worst I have ever experienced (in any industry). She was more interested in taking my debit card and rushing through transactions than listening to what we were looking to do with our plan and a potential upgrade. Thanks to Christy my family and I are searching for a new cell provider. The complete lack of respect and overall customer service was appalling.

Liz was great. I only planned on doing a trade-in and returning my second BOGO watch but since she was so great, I wanted to give her some sort of commission. I was a little upset that I couldn’t do my return there, but she was respectful in explaining the inability to waive the $55 restocking fee in the store. I hadn’t opened the second watch so if I returned it via mail, then that wasn’t an issue. She was clear about the trade-in—she didn’t just have me sign it.I ended up getting a liquid screen protector for my Nana’s Verizon Note 9 and a new screen protector for my cousin’s U.S. Cellular iPhone 8. She then told me it was a Buy 2, Get 1 FREE, so I got a different case for my brand new iPhone 12 Pro I upgraded online. She put the screen protector on for my cousin. My Nana loved the liquid screen protector because her tempered glass kept falling off due to the curved screen. I made sure to complete the warranty process per Liz’s suggestion. I usually get all my accessories on Amazon. I didn’t hesitate to spend $100+.Most importantly, I had my 11-year-old cousin with me who is on the autism spectrum. She handled the situation SO well. I honestly couldn’t believe it. He was pointing at people and it was making me nervous because I didn’t want anyone thinking the worst. He’s a 6’2” black male without a filter. Not everyone thinks of possible mental health. Liz multi-tasked between helping me and entertaining his random questions.I really appreciate this kind of service. It goes a long way. I’ll be coming back and I’ll wait just to get helped by her. I told my Nana (our grandmother) about the experience, and she said she might consider switching to AT&T.

Lexcii, the sales rep was great! She helped me as soon as I walked in the door and even though she was wearing a mask, I could tell she had a big smile on her face. She pulled my order quickly and made sure everything worked correctly, I was in and out with a brand new phone within 10-15 minutes.

Terrible service from Joe, guy with the Austin name tatted on his head. Reason why I am writing a review is because up to this date I am still correcting all the bad service he gave me back in 07/27/21. Apart from the disgusting attitude he had the whole interaction he also lied. He lied us into upgrading all of our lines to the most expensive plan or else we will pay more and will not get all the services that i wanted just so he can make a couple more dollars on his paycheck, without taking the customers needs into consideration. I kept asking him are you sure this information is correct because they way he was explaining things lying the information was not adding up, and he would just roll his eyes and just reply with a sarcastic Yes, like dude if you hate your job just quit! At&t you should really invest your time in training people like Joe a lot more, because not only is he a terrible salesperson he is also a liar and does not act upon the best interest of the customers. Had this been someone a lot more vulnerable with less knowledge he would easily have made them pay more without having the need too.

Today 12/4/3020 my daughter and I came to this store for an upgrade and then some. Joe was the young man that helped us. I’d have to say that it was the best cell phone customer service I’ve ever had. I have gone to that same store in the past and not had as good customer service as today. Joe walked through everything with me to make sure my bill would actually be what they said it was going to be because in the past that wasn’t the case. He was all about making sure everything was correct and that he explained it to me correctly. I could tell he just wanted to not only do his job, but do it well! And was kind and respectful in the process. Keep it up!

I had a bad experience a couple of years ago when I ordered my phones over the phone. I went into the store and Michael changed my experience around. Michael was very helpful and made sure we received the best plan. Michael changed my experience with AT&T. I would recommend this store and to see Michael to anyone.

Greetings, My sister and I had gone to the ATT store at 5075 S. 76 street on 6/11/2012 at 17:00. To our detriment, we have never been treated so rudely and humiliated as we were on that day. We were not greeted with a hi or hello by Rob the manager. Instead, I was insulted with a directive that told me that I can go online and download an app for the prepaid ATT phone I had purchased else where! I told him that I needed to transfer the already established service from the old phone along with all the personal data to the new phone. Since he was with another customer, he told us to have a seat. We sat for about 20 minutes before a salesperson came from the back room. His name was Joe. Joe did transfer the service to the new phone; however, when I asked him to please move the personal data and photos over to the new phone he said they are not technicians. They just sale the phones and connect service. I told him in the past when I have come to this store, there was no issue with doing that. Joes reply was that they no longer have the equipment to do the transfer and that the only store that had the equipment was in Wauwatosa. He also said everything is done in the cloud now. My sister said to call the Wauwatosa ATT store and as I did after looking it up online, Joe stepped away. The representative at the Wauwatosa store told me that the salespersons at the store I was at could provide me the service and that they did not want to do it. She began trying to explain to me how it is done. I asked her if she could give that info to Joe. As I was calling out to Joe to have him return to me, he puts his finger up as to say, one moment and went into the back room where he initially came out of. The representative on the phone told me of another ATT store that was just down the street at 4739 S. 76 street. My sister and I left feeling humiliated and lied to, not to mention even appalled that they did not service us fully, when they could have ;but rather send us miles out of our way and place of residence, simply because they did not want to work!! Why are Joe and Rob in the customer service business if they dont want to help customers anyway? I and my sister will not set foot in that store again and tell friends not too either or BEWARE! That was a most humiliating experience I have ever, ever had in my life! Whats even more disturbing is that ATT has people like that representing them and representing management. How phathic! Surely they can do better!

Chris paul and Michael L handled the process of switching from 2 different providers , upgrading 2 phones, and answering copious amounts of questions very professionally, informatively and dare insay FUN. We were dreading the process of switching providers but by the time we were done we actually enjoyed it . We were checked in immediately by mike and then Chris and mike tag teamed our process. On top of that we got our phones for a Great deal. There was a young woman working there too but we didnt interact with her much, although she seemed pleasant as well.All in all, probably the best cell provider experience ive had to date

Was bought a new phone as a gift, along with the liquid glass screen protector. Someone from the store said if you don’t want to apply the screen protector come back and we’ll do it for you. Go there a day or two later and they say no one there knows how to do it. Lie to customers to get more sales or what?

I had yet another wonderful shopping experience this time at the 5075 S. 76th St location. I love the fact that AT&T recruits and staffs such knowledgeable representatives! I was assisted by Alexus and she really spent the time explaining everything from products, to billing, to after purchase expectations. Alexus really went above and beyond helping me decide new line vs upgrade, which iPhone 12 I would be most comfortable with, choosing reliable accessories and even up selling me on AT&T TV! I can tell she is a really nice edition to the team there because of the support her team was ready to provide. I even ended up saving on my monthly bill in the process! This was a pleasant, informative and satisfying purchase experience and I thank AT&T for their many, many years of steady, reliable service and excellent, exemplary customer service representatives and thank you Alexus for the two hour labor you put in to making sure my technology needs were met! OUTSTANDING!

I went Into this location already knowing what phone I was looking for. The person who worked there told me I would receive $300 towards a new phone if I gave them my old one.After everything was said & done two months later I noticed I only received $50 towards the new phone which its my own fault for not noticing sooner! I also noticed additional fees like(Next Up) $5.00 they charge extra on my bill automatically each month without even asking me if I wanted it! Im not a cheap person but when youre cellphone bill is as much as a car payment theres a problem!! Lesson learned back to pre-paid when Im done with this contract!

We had the most AMAZING experience at this AT&T store!! We worked with Michael Luna, he was the most knowledgeable and patient phone sales person we have ever worked with. We switched from Sprint to AT&T and he was one of the key reasons we made the switch. We now know we have a fantastic resource to work with at AT&T. He was so knowledgeable about all the products and services and was completely transparent with us. It was such an enjoyable experience working with him. He was incredibly patient with us as we worked to transfer our whole family over. This is the only store I want to go to from now on! Thank you so much Michael!! I wish I could write two amazing reviews! I hope this store knows how lucky they are to have you!

Great customer service. Everyone is friendly, able to answer whatever questions you may have, very friendly, not a long wait, and the store has a lot on display to look at. Luis was helping me and he took the time to answer my questions and help me find what would work best for me. He offered to help put on my screen protector, didnt feel rushed, and made it a enjoyable experience. I definitely will come here now on when I need to go to a AT&T location.

Exceptional service at this location. I came in upset over my lost phone. They actually cared unlike other places. They helped me file a claim and I got a new phone the next day! I was shocked they made it so painless. I normally dread stuff like this. I came back in and they helped me get everything I needed with my new phone. I will always come back to these guys.

I normally don’t leave reviews unless i’m super pissed off or i’m very happy, and this time around i was super satisfied with what my family and i received. we walked into the store around 4 pm and left 10 minutes after closing and the person that helped us, Jose, had no complaints nor was he rude to us at all. mind you my family came to switch to an unlimited plan from a prepaid plan and we had no idea what we were doing and it seemed like it was also a learning experience for him, but for him to be so kind to us even though it was an incredibly pesky task made us feel incredibly grateful that we encountered him.

Every time Ive walked in that location theres ALWAYS a long wait. Not sure why when they have more than enough staff working during prime time hours but 90% of the staff spends more time hanging out behind the counter on social hour leaving 2 of their staff members to slave away. Someone needs to remove that customer service counter replace it with a booth and light the fire under the other lazy asses. They need to set a goal on getting customers in and out on a timely manner.

This 5-star rating is for the manager Jarred Eiff!! He is amazing. So I upgraded my phones in June 2018. And the guy that did the upgrade canceled my old account without my permission, changed my 30GB from $130/month to $225/month with me knowing. So the next month I was getting text messages after the bill for July was paid stating that your bill is $344, two weeks later $466, and 08/08 the bill was $600, then 08/15 $700 came in the mail. My phone was turned off 08/17/18 due to this bull****. I have been with AT&T since 2007. My GB plan has always been $130/month with rollover minutes. Now the guy who did all this was Dave Spataro. First off, I dont want to be taken advantage of just so you can make your commission and on top of that he never gave us the print out of the new phone plan or I would have caught this way before all this happened.So, on 08/17/18 my phone was turned off. That Saturday I went to the Southridge store and was pissed so a guy (Jarred) who I didnt know was the manager at the time asked how my day was and I stated terrible hopefully you can change that, I need to speak to the manager and Dave at the same time. He took me to a table and I explained everything to him. We both wrote down the numbers and came up with the same conclusion that I was double billed twice. He worked his magic and got everything erased and back to were everything originally was. My phone was turned on that day, he explained to me how the bill will be from that day on out and if I had any more problems to come to him directly and gave me his card.Jarred needs a raise I see why you have him as the manager of that store. He gave the most outstanding customer service and spent every bit of 2.5 hours fixing someone else mess. Thank you Jarred!!! 😁

At&t continues to disappioint me. From the outrageous cost, to the apethetic and lying...damn near scamming staff. Told a phone would be half price..later to find out I cant just pay it off at half price..gotta pay it off in installments. Told my payments would not go up... But they did. $20 a month more. The staff here lies to get a sale, and is ingnorant to the results of their scam sale practices. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Their sale staff are lying malicious scammers.

Nothing happened. Took phone to get unlocked so I could use it in Costa Rica. They said to go to AT&T unlock - not very useful. I am not that computer savvy. Why couldnt they offer to help. I have services with them for over 10 yrs.

Every time I go to this location, I never leave happy. This past Sunday, I stopped at the location north of you by Kopps, and I was able to get helped right away. However they didnt have the phone I was looking for, so I came to your location. The man that signed us in was very nice but I ended up waiting for about a half hour to be helped. I had Pepe as a rep and he was not helpful or very nice. He wouldnt listen to a concern I had about my bill then proceeded to say I was not part of that other conversation, so I dont know. He never tried to understand my concern. 2nd: I the 12+ years I have been a customer of att, I have NEVER paid and upgrade fee! I upgraded in June and again, NEVER had a fee. Pepe said he was doing us a favor by dropping the upgrade fee down to $15 from $45. I asked why the fee because Ive never been charged. He said there has always been a charge and argued with me that there was always a fee. He was more interested in the football game on the TV then making sure the new phone was ready to go. Then he said I had to get signed up for some stupid point system and when I had to enter information, he would reach and start selecting options on MY PHONE before I could even read it. Now I have to call billing to get this upgrade fee taken off and complain. I tried calling but no one answers.
