I was hoping to get my brakes fixed here until I read my $1800 estimate for the job! I knew it was going to be pricey but I thought around $800 not an additional thousand on top of what Id expected. They were nice and took us through a very detailed walk through of what was broken and needed fixing. That was impressive and over the top service by the technicians. Overall I had a pleasant experience but the cost convinced my boyfriend to do it himself.

Kind of annoyed with Midas (in general). The service yesterday itself was good as I had an oil change/courtesy check and the lady was very nice when I checked in. However, my car has an under-shield and after my appointment, I dont think the guy didnt put all the screws back in. When I drove somewhere later, I heard something come unattached and discovered the under-shield didnt have all the screws back in/and is hanging a little. Before this when I lived in Colorado, the Fort Collins location mechanic complained about the under-shield when trying to change my oil saying it was in the way and felt at the time he was making excuses not to put it all back the way it was (i put the screws myself back to attach it then afterwards). Not expecting Midas to fix it themselves as its just a minor thing/I dont mind doing it but its just annoying.

Danyelle at the front desk was amazing! The price for my oil change was fair & they didn’t try and pressure me into fixing things that don’t need immediate attention. I will only be getting oil changes here from now on. Check their site for coupons!!!

Lady at the front desk was taking calls back to back the whole time I was there and she was polite to every person she spoke with. Oil change is around 22-25$ For conventional. Made and appointment, arrived a bit early, took my car in right away and started working to check it over. (Getting brakes) The manager (didnt get her name on 4/18/2021) and she broke down what the tech found for me to understand. I presented some coupons from the emails i get and in emails andin about 3.5 hrs i have 4 new set of pads, rotors, and a 1 new caliper. ***** would give 10 if i could. Great service, great staff! Great oil change price with current sale of $17.76 even with semi-synthetic oil. Will definitely be back!Went in for their Oil Change Special with an appointment, Danielle said it would be 45min to an hour with a break inspection. I thought I might need new breaks and tires by winter. So Danielle quoted me on a set of new tires while I waited. They took my minivan in right on schedule and I was back in my van in an hour. They topped off the fluids, rotated & filled the tires, checked the battery. As it turns out my breaks are fine ( might want them cleaned) and Danielle gave me a quote on that too, and my tires are just fine (still have half the tread left) so I dont need them as soon as I thought I would. So all I really needed was the oil change. Some places are not as honest (been there done that). This place has been honest every time Im there for service. I have been here before for other services in the past and I go back because of the people & fast friendly service. I highly recommend them for service.

Had a leaky valve on tire. Replaced for free. Tire was still leaking air had to take back in and was cracked rim. Try to replace this but rim ordered was wrong one and had a crack in it as well.Instead the offered to seal it up a different claiming it will hold and it was a process they trusted. During this though they also broke my key to my locking lug nuts and had to come in a different day to replace them with normal lug nuts.Didnt drive for a few days and now my tire is completely flat.

I am not a car person but when I come here they explain everything to me, give me options and prices right at the start. Never make me feel silly for asking questions. Danielle is so kind, always gets me an appointment and answers the phone which is huge! I talk to a live person every time I call! I was having issues and they brought me back in, fixed me up and no charge. I trust them and feel they are honest and do not take me for a ride. Especially being a female who was spoiled from my father doing all of my auto work for me, I am happy to have found a respectful shop who also price matched me. This midas trys to price gauge you by telling you that you need parts and things fixed that you obviously know you do not need done at that time. It use to be they were honest with there service now there just trying to get deeper in customer pockets even during these hard financial times people are going through. I went in for a simple alignment and there trying to get me to have over 2,000.00 of work done. Said to me they cant just do one thing. Theyre saying shocks,struts,brake pads rotors,front and rear suspension. When all i wanted was a wheel alignment they even went as fas as to say i need to replace all tires cause tred is low let me worry about my tire tred if you cant fix what im coming in for and try to tac on extra work you get no business from me!!!

I had both my shocks and struts replaced a few months ago with Midas. I recently had a bad rattling noise in the front end and brought it in. They determined a strut was bad which was under warranty. They handled it immediately no questions asked. Very professional, helpful and diagnosed the issue immediately. Great location!

My wife and 4 young children blew a radiator hose on the freeway. She was able to limp the vehicle to an exit. I called Midas Greenfield, which was about a mile away. The associate I spoke with told me that they were booked solid that day. When I explained the situation, he was totally accommodating. He told me to send her over and that he would personally assist her. My wife was already there by the time we spoke. The associate came into the lobby right away, took her keys and immediately brought the car in. My wife and kids walked over to South Ridge. The work was done within an hour and she was on her way home. The service was great! Thank you!

I recently had my tires rotated and new lug nuts put on...now I’m on the side of the road with a flat and can’t change the tire cause you put them too tight and there’s no grip on the lug nuts, they are stripped.! This is why I needed new lug nuts before!!’ This time I’m NOT paying for it!’ This is ridiculous!!’ It’s 7:04pm and having my car towed to the same location I have all my work done. I will be there in the morning

Went in for an oil change and they told me my oil pan was leaking because the drain plug doesn’t screw in tight... my car never leaked oil until after i took it there, seems to me they tightened the plug too much, damaged it, and tried to pass it off on me. They would have charged me $570 to fix it; not only are they irresponsible but dishonest and greedy. Won’t be coming back

Made an appointment online and had it confirmed only to be told they were to busy when I arrived for the appointment. Okay fair enough, I scheduled with the clerk for the Monday after and he put it in their online calendar. Monday arrived and I came for my appointment just to be told they were to busy and instead of calling to let me know that they couldnt do it they were trying to get the cars that were there done. I wont waste my time again..

Been going here for basic maintenance for a few years now, no complaints. They also replaced my brakes a while back, other local shops are probably cheaper but they did a great job and were done the same day I dropped my car off. Never experienced any issue with the staff members as some other reviews are saying.

Best place to take your vehicle super friendly awesome service they did my rear brakes, oil changes, and more on my vehicle. They also explain everything in detail of future repairs. This is the only auto shop I trust.

The prices were good, but it was slow. Even with an appointment, a basic oil change took them 55 minutes. When I got in my car to drive away, I noticed the steering wheel was sticky. I used a wipe on it and the wipe came out black. I should of figured this would happen since how when I paid, the guys hands were black. Perhaps try using gloves or washing your hands between changing oil and driving someones car?

Despite a very minor glitch in the scheduling system, my car was taken care of quickly, and the customer service was awesome. I wont hesitate to return!

Everytime I get my vehicle serviced at this location, I get 5 star experience- and if the same issue goes wrong after the initial service, the management is empathetic, and the technicians make sure things are corrected. I highly recommend Midas on 76 street in Greenfield, Wisconsin.

Saved $150 from dealer rear brake replacement using OEM or equivalent parts. Knowledgeable old school mechanics. Was able to diagnose hanging caliper problem, clean lube and repair dowells, works like new. Let me look at issue.

My visit at Midas was time consuming, came in at 1:00 pm did not leave until 4:30 pm. I just needed new tires.

Always polite and helpful. Put my spare tire back under my car (its a pain in the butt in a town and country) for me. :-) Come here all the time for any tire related things and they are fair in pricing, fast in service, and kind.

Submitted an appointment request online and received an email stating i would receive a response in 30 min. Next day, no response yet, so i called. Guy on the phone obviously didnt know anything about the online scheduling request i made. It sounded like he was going to fit me in, but after he got my make and model he said they didnt have the filter and would need to order it. Lucky for us I had an extra OEM filter they could use and a coupon as well. He replies by saying that i would still need to pay the full price even though i had my own filter because of the coupon being a package deal. Obviously it wasnt a big enough ticket item for them, so they had no interest in working with me.

Do not take your car here. They were good. But now very , very incompetent. I wouldnt trust them to check the air in my tires. If you value your car , find someplace else , anywhere else to work on your car .

We bought our daughter a used car and the very next day we noticed the tailpipe rattled when the car was warmed up. The dealership where we bought the car was too busy to help us on New Years Eve, so we took it over to Midas. They could have just bent the hanger that keeps the exhaust system in the proper position, but decided instead to remove and install it the right way. They did it with a smile and no charge to us. Went in for an oil change, it took about an hour and a half. They spilled oil on the engine and didnt tell me, I found out because of the smoke coming out of the hood. Thats when I noticed the low coolant light had come on. Fluid top off is supposed to be part of the service, although the coolant was fine before getting the oil change.

If you want greasy black hand prints and your beautiful cream interior, door handles, and full hand prints on clothes seats this is the place youll get them. Cant say anything good about the place. Careless in everything they did. Not to mention, they told me 2 years ago my brake pads were worn and I needed new ones. Just replaced them now because they were brand new 2 years ago. My advice is being your vehicle anywhere else, to include a back alley garage, youre better off.

Johnny the Service Garage manager was very honest little high on some of the prices for repairs.

The only place where I dont feel like they are trying to scare me into buying more things. Just fix what you asked to be fixed and will let you know if there is something else wrong, but wont push you to fix it. The service is always friendly too. My car jargon is bleak, but they do not judge me and can was understand what I am explaining.

I brought my daughters 2001 Cavalier in today with the exhaust completely separated down the middle. With only 70k on the odometer, I had fully expected being told it would be in my best interest to have the entire system replaced. Service Manager Reid Kahrs was very personable and real about what I had: a car we were looking to get another year out of. In five minutes the mechanic gave me two options, walking me under the vehicle and showing me exactky where hed weld a sleeve. He could get it done in the hour. The other option was to replace everything to the muffler. It was my choice. I also asked about tires and they told me to wait until late October when tires go on sale everywhere. I guess I was not only impressed by how quickly the car was fixed, but also by how much both Reid and the mechanic read my situation and found the most affordable solution, without my even asking for one. Finding reliable and trustworthy mechanics is almost as trying as locating a good doctor. I plan on recommending this Midas to anyone in such a search.

I must say the two men I spoke to here were very nice, I had both brake lights out, I bought some at the advance on 76th and they didnt even try to help me get them in, I went to Midas and the guy behind the desk ( sorry I didnt get your name) said to bring it back at 3:30 , I did thinking it would cost me more than I had, but no. They didnt charge me a thing. Thank you Mike ( the one who put it in) Mike even let me know they could fix the problem with my tail gate so we could get the second bulb in. Not today, but as soon as I buy the parts I need, I will be going back to midas. Thank you so much Gentleman . So its now been two months and I took my car back to the guys at Midas for my tailgate, I am now able to open and close it at a cost lower than what the other places would have cost me, then I had another problem that I sort of new about, thought it was just fumes, but it wasnt, they found gas leaking out on my motor, my son and I could have blown up, I like these Men at Midas, they care, and got my car done in record time, we just had to wait for parts ( thats no ones fault) try these folks out at Midas , they really do care. Thanks again gentlemen. Ill be back again, you have a customer in me.

EXCELLENT customer service at the Midas of Greenfield on 76th. These guys will take you into the shop and show you exactly what is wrong with your vehicle. They give you the different options you have to fix or replace parts and will also tell you their honest opinion as to what you should have them do. In no way will they ever try to take you on a run for your money. From the initial phone call to the handshake on the way out, these people are very POLITE and PROFESSIONAL in what they do. There is a Midas much closer to home, but the customer service at this place brought me back a second time and will again and again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the services offered at the Midas of Greenfield on 76th.

First off i am a backyard mechanic getting to old to be laying down on gravel and rocks to do maintenance.With that being said i called a week earlier to schedule an appointment to do my moms transmission cooler lines. I diagnosed the problem and told them what i needed. They didnt try to tell me different which is cool.Made an appointmemt at 8 in the morning. I knew that it should take between 3 to 4 hours to do. They agreed, cool.I know the hardest part is taking everything apart being rusted and everything.Called in at noon to check the progress because maybe they just forgot to call. Said putting on the new lines should be about another hour. Cool.Heres where i list it called back 2 hours later and started making excuses. Jon rudely says well what do you want me to do.I am sorely dissappointed with the service and mechanical expertise. In the amount of time that they worked on the vehicle with all the tools and equipment they have, i could have done it in my garage by myself with less equipment

Well they close at 6 during the week, i called the night before and asked to make an appointment (they are close to my home far from my work).We agreed at 5:30pm, i came in at 5:10 and they said they would be unable to do anything because its to close too 6 (i needed a belt replaced).They also denied that i made an appointment, i explained to them i left work an hour early in order to make the appointment; however that made no difference.Huge waste of time, and the staff look, communicate, and act unprofessional.
