I trust these guys with my car all the time. The prices are fair and the service is always good. They are great at telling you whats an urgent fix vs whats something that needs to be done in the future. I appreciate this because Ive definitely gone to mechanics that try to get you to fix everything in one go, even if you could have waited to fix a part or two. Theyre always pretty time efficient too.

Went there For an alignment, 2 weeks later my ball joint completely went and cost me almost $1000 . Not to mention I was only about 5 mins off the highway which could have cost me my life. Fyi you cant even alligne a car with a bad ball joint. They even said all my front end parts were fine. Never will be going here agian !!!

Seemed nice on phone. Little pricey just to have someone look at it. I didnt cuz I knew what the problem was. Just wanted to get something fixed. Seemed more interested in looking at it instead of fixing what I asked.

I will never do business with cherry rum auto again. I used to like going here for oil changes alignments and basic maintenance until they diagnosed a car I was using, saying it would cost $700+ to repair. This was a part that I recently replaced my self and knew it wasn’t bad so I brought it to another trusted mechanic and they assured me that the part was fine and the people at cherry rum were honestly just trying to rob me. I am extremely disappointed and will never go there for anything ever again and will make sure my whole family knows about this and discontinues business with them. Also I will make it a point to tell anyone who asks to stay clear of that place.

Just had a wheel alignment done. They got me in within a couple days and the price was quite reasonable. The main thing is that the work is excellent. I could immediately feel the improvement in the way my car drives and Im no novice on these things. Ive also had occasion to use them in the past, always with good results.

Our last car was on the way out and they told us its not worth fixing, instead of taking our money. Now we take or new car for service rather then to the Honda dealer!

We bought a used van a few weeks ago and had a shop elsewhere tell us it needed nearly $2500 worth of work. We took it to Cherry Rum and they conformed our suspicions that much of what they recommended was not needed - indeed had recently already been done!! They went over it with a fine comb and we feel so confident about what they did and why they did it. The price for what they did do was CHEAP. We will not go anywhere else from now on - they were friendly and very quick as well.

First I must explain why I chose to go to Cherry rum Automotive. there are a few places in the town of Greenfield that do front end alignments and the first two were way more expensive than this one. I then went to Tire Warehouse and I was recommended to Cherry rum Automotive because of their price and quality of service. I got in right away and although it is unfortunate they were not able to do the alignment due to a bad bearing. I tell you this because I did not get charged for anything and I left there with good advice and what to do I did not feel pressured at all to get anything fixed. There are so many mechanics out there who will tell you that unless I fix this and that all these other problems are going to happen and I need to fix it now and then a $60 bill was up to $500 or a thousand. I did not receive any of that BS here. Im a huge fan of good customer service and Cherry rum Automotive absolutely has just that, great customer service .

Been using Ted for years, honest, straightforward, not too expensive. Wont sell you anything you dont need. Unlike many mechanics that are just trying to empty your wallet, these guys really just want to.get you on the road as quickly as possible
