I went there for wheel balance and somehow they didnt do it right the first time and my car continued to vibrate at highway speeds. So I had to go in again. They took care of my vehicle and made it right for me by doing a wheel balance. The manager was very nice to accommodate my request to drive me to work and give a ride back as well. Helpful team out there!

I have been doing business with Riley Park Tire for many years. Wheels, tires, brakes and oil changes. They have never let me down with their service. Most recently, I ordered some rims for my wife’s Jeep over the phone and had them installed. After seeing them on the Jeep, I realized they were the wrong size and upon looking at my receipt it was confirmed. I made a call to the shop and spoke to Chad who said “we will make it right.” They reordered the wheels and installed them while we were out of town on vacation. I run a mowing crew and needed a turf tire for a mower on a Friday, 20 mins before closing time. The gentleman on the phone at Riley Park Tire checked his inventory, confirmed he had the tire I needed on hand, and then promised me he wouldnt close until I arrived and got my tire. I have been using Riley for various car repairs, oil changes and tires for a few years now.They are consistently at or below any estimate that I get anywhere else.Today I was particularly pleased.They replaced my shocks, struts and did an oil change. They had to replace an extra part and it still cost less than the estimate which was nearly the same estimate I got from somewhere else.Not only that but my car was ready byth the afternoon when I had it there at 8am this morning. I had expected to have to pick it up tomorrowAs you can imagine they are very busy. That is what happens when you do good work.

I discovered I had a slow leak in our 5th wheel tire out in the middle of nowhere on the interstate. I called a couple of closer repair shops and they would not fix our RV tire. Riley Park Tire said bring it on in. They had the tire off, fixed and back on the RV in half an hour!!! Everyone was nice and friendly. If I lived here, this would be my tire store.

Bought my work vehicle tires there for years. Last time forgot to put the tire key back, luckily it wasn’t a fiasco when i found out. I had to water and hour of my busy days to go get it. They should have brought it to me, their mistake. Could have rendered me useless for days with my work vehicle.Now i have a flat same tires, called so they could get the tire in, ordered the wrong size. Sometimes you are too busy to do a good job and it shows. Be my last time patronizing this place.

Called to see if they had a tractor tire was informed they had the tire and could put it on.Or they could come to our farm and put it on,but would cost an extra $150.00.We requested a Firestone recieved a totally different brand.After waiting four hrs.we brought the tire home with us to put on ourselves only to find out they had given us the wrong or discounted tire.Would not recommend.

Construction on I-65 to I-70 going thru Indianapolis gave us a nail in our rear tire. Luckily, we had to get off at the Greenfield exit due to I-70 road closure. I googled tire centers and found Riley Park Tire. We stopped in and within an hour we were on our way with a new tire. Thank you Riley Park Tire for getting us back on the road to Ohio.

Cant get this years-old experience out of my head so finally decided to post it. 4 newly bought/mounted tires from RPT all leaked air (about 1 psi per day). I can understand one tire leaking a little, but 4 tires 1 psi each per day? Pretty sure the experienced sales rep told a new hired guy (seemed a teenager, over eager not in a comforting way) to do the work. Now, RPT is now listed as an authorized Tire Rack installer, but I just cant bring myself to retry this place. So I gave 2 not 1 stars because this occurred years ago but the severity of the problem doesnt mean they get any higher. Sorry.

Unbelievable experience from pulling up to the door and until the end. Had a tire blow out on one of my technicians work van and we put spare on and I took the bad tire to get repaired. Not only did Jeff get me in fast but when all done he had the technician pull back in later that day and installed fire and put spare back without delaying any of our own customers service calls that day. Went in for tire swap, always have great service. Had a cracked rim they pointed me the right direction in getting it fixed. They also let me borrow a loaner wheel to keep me rolling down the road. Exceptional service for the tire industry. I called Belle Tire in Greenfield they wanted $25 a piece to change my used tires over, Riley Park did it for half the price an disposed of my badly worn tires. I dont believe I would be on the road right now if I had went with Belle. Thanks a lot Riley Park guys professional friendly folks from the technicians to the office folks. Great job!!!!

I want to thank everyone that helped me out today. My Wife and I just bought a Jeep from Dellen down the street a week or so ago. We noticed a screw in one of the tires just yesterday. We went into Dellen and they said the tire was not repairable and we would have to buy a brand new $200 tire.... They had no intentions of helping us out. We went to Riley Park Tire for a second opinion and not only did they reassure us that it was repairable, they repaired it within the afternoon, and only charged me $28!!!!!! I cannot thank you guys enough!!! You have yourself a new loyal customer!!!!

Wonderful promt professional people to work with. I had flat tire on a larger skid loader towards the end of the day and when I called the gentleman who answered the phone said bring it up right away and we will repair while you wait. We were 40 minutes away. I walked in and stood in line told him we were there with the skid loader tire the put a technician on it right away and 20 minutes later we were on our way. $23.00 to clean up the wheel,bead sealer and a new valve stem. I wouldnt even try to clean up the wheel for that. I was just a person off the street. They were extremely busy great friendly service is why Riley park tire is now my choice for all my tire needs

I researched the tires I wanted, they double checked the size I needed, ordered them and stayed late to get them on for me the next day. They even found my spare was low and fixed it as well. Great place!

I have purchased tires here over the years for mostly sports cars, the low profile, high speed rated, extra wide types of tires, and they usually always have them in stock, whereas some other places need to order them.They have been in business in this location for at least 50 years, and many local farmers use them to change out tires on their farm tractors. They also handle semi tires, and all types of other tires. They even have a couple racks of used tires you can buy for a low cost of maybe $15 to 25 on average in case you have a flat and are low of funds to fix it with a new tire.Their prices are about the same or maybe slightly higher than some of the large chain stores in Indy. They are a Goodyear tire dealer and have a great selection of tires to fit anyones budget. They are located at the east end of Greenfield on Hwy 40.

Called a day ahead to see if I needed an appointment, they said no and to just bring it in and they can get my tires installed. Fast forward 6 hours in the waiting room and they finally got me out of there. The guy next to me was getting one tire changed and he was there for 5 hours.

They were very good from the very beginning telling us it would be a little while before they could get to us but they worked us in and replaced 2 tires that were needed on our travel trailer and made sure everything was done right and told us to be careful going back home. Very great service we would go there again if needed I would recommend them to anyone Great Job

Really, really, really slow service is why I always go to Discount Tire (Not available in Greenfield) same products, same prices, good people and service is super fast! Only reasons I came back this time is because I needed a tow and know they do a good job. They do care, but I never know when I’m going to get my vehicle back. Could be today, tomorrow, next week, who knows? They don’t.

I punctured the sidewall of my tire last night. Jeff at Riley Park Tire arranged for someone to drive to Indy to pick up the tire I needed. They installed the tire within an hour. All this was completed on Christmas Eve!!

Well to my knowledge its one of only a couple possibly in Greenfield where you can get tire work done. I have visited them on a few occasions. This latest visit will keep me going back. I had a riding lawn tractor and the tire came off the rim. I took it in there expecting them to put the tire back on the rim for me at a fair cost however the guy took the tire back into their garage and came back out about 2 minutes later and did not charge me. There was no flat it just was off the rim. It was good customer service and because of that I will continue to go back.

Had a knocking sound coming from the front right side. Over the phone they said probably Stabilizer links. After looking at it they gave me a quote that totaled to $1700. With some research I would’ve been able to save $800 on parts alone dealing with anyone but Riley Park. Took my car somewhere else to find out my only issue was with my Struts. I was charged only $119/strut compared to Riley Parks $269/strut. Awful business and I will never return

Riley Park Tire has always done an excellent job with any Tire problem Ive ever had. The Toyota Camry has had a slow leak for almost 2 years now neither Toyota dealership could find the problem. It took Riley Tower less than an hour to find the nail in the tire and plug it. It cost me $20 but it was well worth it considering it was 10 degrees today and it took me almost that long to get the tire up to take it up there . We have done business with Riley Park Tire for nearly 30 years. They are honest, dependable, and reasonably priced. I have never been disappointed or dissatisfied. On one occasion my car broke down on the interstate. After calling AAA I called Riley Park and talked to the service manager. He told me from my description what was wrong and advised.me to have it towed to the dealership as he thought there was a recall for the problem. He was right.

While driving from Indianapolis to Greenfield in the rain my car was very floaty on the highway. Initially after arriving I went to the first tire place I could find Monro Tire. On my way into the shop an employee moving a car almost hit me! Once I was inside I described the problem and asked if they could check my tire pressure. The man was borderline rude and definitely condescending telling me I had a monitor in my car. He said it with a smirk like I was some stupid female. I explained that that light had been on since December after having a flat repaired. He said I would have to wait an hour and a half! I was shocked!!! The guy had just been sitting there when I came in. It would have taken 10 minutes!!! I left frustrated and googled for another shop. I ended up at Riley Park Tires. The place was extremely busy, but the service manager Jamie took my car right away. My tires were low so they filled them and attempted to reset my TPMS. Unfortunately there was a problem with my sensor and it couldnt reset it, but he offered to find the problem immediately. Unfortunately I had an appointment, but Jamie gave me his card and said please come back when I have more time and they would help me. He gave me his card, and they charged me nothing!!! I was able to conduct my business in town, and drove back to Indianapolis in the pouring rain safely. No more floating!!! I wish there was a place like this in Indy!!! The customer service was fantastic! Next time I am in Greenfield I will definitely factor in some time to take my car back. I was truly impressed!!!!

I drive a lot of miles on multiple cars and used to shop around a lot for tires, including various Internet outlets. After finding my best deal at Riley several times I finally learned to start with them. I usually check prices on line, just to keep them honest, but almost always go Riley. They know tires as well as anyone Ive dealt with, can get virtually any tire for you at a descent price, and usually have something that meets my needs at a very attractive price. Service can be a little slow, but only because they are always busy. Obviously they have earned the trust of a lot of people.

So far, Ive gotten an alignment done and have bought two sets of tires here. Ive had great experiences each time where they had my vehicle in and out within a reasonable amount of time and it appears that they do good work.Staff seems pretty honest and straightforward.They have a pretty standard waiting area set up with free wifi and a tv going so no complaints there. They also offer a free shuttle service which is nice buy Ive never used it.They dont do anything by appointment so the trick is to come early right before they open if you need to get something done quickly. This is what Ive done each time and its worked out well.

Tried to set up an appointment to have my work van servixed, they said I didnt need one if I dropped it off first thing in the morning, theyd get it done by the end of the day. I took the entire day off (cant work without it) and dropped it off at 9am, called at 3:40 to see when it would be done and they havent even started it. They told me it would be done late tomorrow morning. I own my own business, I cant be without my work van for 2 days. Last time they service a vehicle for me, they called me to pick it up and only half the things I asked them to do had been done. I tried to give them a second chance and I got screwed, I wont go back again!

I hit an enormous pothole on the Interstate, and limped the car into the nearest rest area. Rileys came up on my search for tire shop nearest to me and they not only called the local tow truck for me, but also checked to make sure they had a replacement tire in stock. I was back on the road, from first hitting the pothole, to getting towed, to getting a new tire and leaving, within three hours. They maneuvered me in to their busy schedule, which was much appreciated. There was a comfortable waiting room with wifi. Everyone was very nice, and gave me confidence that I could get to my destination by nightfall. I really thank them for coming to the rescue. My cars SOS service was useless, by the way. They wanted to take me back to a dealership in Indy, and had no tire in stock. Go Riley!

They als offered to pick me up at a convenient time for me.I was given a total price including disposal and taxes, given the name of the person on the phone ( Chad) and no attempt to up sell. This was my 3 rd call to a tire shop in the area and the only one that answered the phone.When my service is complete i will review again

Horrible Service! The worst Ive ever gotten as a woman. The bad part is, not only did they try to take advantage of me as a woman, but they are incompetent! They have NO CLUE what they are doing! 1st experience, my car starts shaking horribly, I go in they tell me of course I need 2 new wheel barrings up front. WRONG, all I needed was a tire. An 80 dollar tire and here I am $600 later. Then I go back 5 mo. later to get an arm bar and an abs break cable fixed. They call and ask if I remembered which abs cable needed fixed, and which arm bar. ??? ISNT IT IN THEIR RECORDS??? I tell them Im not sure of the arm bar, but abs cable Im pretty sure is left front. They fix Right front abs cable. Light is still on, and they hooked it up to the reader of the dashboard. LEFT FRONT ABS CABLE. At this point Im like Are you kidding me. I ask Jamie why the left front was not looked at/fixed. He said it needed fixed anyway. Funny how last time it was fine. NOTHING was DONE about the money I WASTED here! I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER RETURN! I should have learned my lesson. They have no idea how to run a business or how to evaluate/fix cars AT ALL!

I have been a customer of Riley Park Tire for many years. When my Daughter starter driving I had them look after her car also. Now its my Granddaughters car. They have never done more than what is needed or tried to talk me into something not needed. I can take a vehicle in, hangout & watch tv or have them drop me off in town. They will call when done & come pick me up if needed. I feel thats great customer service.
