Amazing experience. Very nice staff and were so accommodating of my food allergy! Super clean and inviting space. They obviously take great care in sanitation and safety of their customers. Oh and the food and drinks were fantastic!

Came on the recommendation of the staff at Bellin, and I couldnt be more satisfied. My food was impeccable. Everything was individually wrapped and sealed. My mocha was the perfect drinking temperature and had a cool Halloween cover. 10/10 would recommend!

Love everything. Great staff, great coffee and even better bakery. I enjoy their lunch menu too. It is definitely a place you need to try. A few outdoor tables, but drive thru only as of April 2021.

Crystals is such a good place to have lunch with your friend. It has the feel of a coffee house but serves great food. Their soups are some of the best in the area. Coffee is good. For lunch half soup and sandwich with coffee its usually around the $13 mark. Worth it.

My mocha (1/2 white, 1/2 dark) was tasty (even though they called out a latte. My wifes small mocha (actually called a mocha when served) was a little light on the espresso. Cute place though.

I flew into Green Bay and needed a gift basket of coffee products for a girls weekend. I called and spoke with the owner. She whipped up a beautiful gift basket in 20 minutes. It went over extremely well with my friends. I highly recommend this coffee/cafe! There were awesome goodies to go with the coffee in the gift basket. It was perfect.

What a great place! I used the drive through and I was on my way in no time, very important on a Monday before work. My order was correct an delicious. The lovely lady at the window was so much fun. She even made a Monday pleasant.

I work a few blocks away and I was hesitant to try this place, but I got the boss wrap today and IT WAS SO GOOD and filling. They have decent prices. I also got a mocha that was a little bitter but still good. I will be going back. The shop itself has a nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. Thank you!

Love this place! The ladies are super nice, very accommodating. We travel all over the US and come across different personalities, this ladies have it right! They make you feel like a local, they treat you as if you were part of them. If you want a great coffee and a breakfast equally good, try them out! Next time I am in the area, I will stop by!

Favorite place to relax with a morning cup of coffee. In house roasted they do a great job of offering assorted blends. Sandwiches, wraps and fresh bakery.....all around a great experience.Staff is always friendly and accommodating!

A quiet Christian based coffee shop. This is a good place to relax and read a book. They have a variety of coffee choices and assorted drinks. The downside is that they have very few tables. So this probably isnt the place to bring your entire soccer team to.

Stopped off for a coffee and ended up having breakfast. Its a small cozy cafe near the airport, the staff are super friendly and the coffee is great and really hot! I had the made breakfast sandwich, it was amazing, definitely worth a stop off if youre in area.

Food was excellent we sat outside in the shade. Portions were enough for 2 or 1 very hungry person.

I’ve always enjoyed this cute little place until now. They hired a person who takes orders and she was just awful. She didn’t take my order correctly then made us feel bad for her mistake. When I reconfirmed an order detail she told me “ I know” then got it wrong. She threw my receipt at me. Just a rude rude young person. Not coming back until they replace her. Stay away!

Enjoyed a Gracie hot sandwich and the Taco soup. Both were delicious. Had the Passion Tea lemonade, which was the perfect sweetness. I visit many coffee houses and this was great in decoration but not quite a coffee shop feel. Prices are similar to that of Panera. Large menu. Great service.

Nice break away from the hotel. As soon as you enter the building youre met with the aroma of fresh brewed coffee! They offer a wide variety of fresh pasteries, breakfast sandwiches and fine coffee.

Crystal Coffee is a great locally owned coffee shop -- they are super friendly to everyone that comes in, and they treat everyone like family. The coffee is great, and the Pesto Bagel is a unique favorite!

Im not normally a complainer but this time theres no way to avoid it.First of its a coffee shop with gas station quality coffee. I asked for a dark roast and one cream made it look like tea with milk. I asked if they made a mistake and poured me wrong coffee they said no. I thought ok. Its afternoon and maybe its for the best to have lightest coffee with a good sandwich. Wrong again. How can you use precooked paper thin bacon on the sandwich? Im convinced for life not to go there again. Ive had way better experience at gas station. Be nice to yourself and get quality coffee and food!

A friend had brought me here for lunch, and at first, I couldnt find anything on the menu that I thought I would like. I decided to get a BLT type sandwich and it was awesome! I will certainly head back there again!

Muffin was good, bagel was good.The dark roast coffee cowboy was terrible. Honestly, mcdonalds was a better choice. I will stop by again to try a different dark roast, but that was not a dark roast coffee.I gave a 3 because bagel and muffin were good...but not the coffee

Drove by Crystal Coffee Cafe completely by accident. I stopped for a coffee and found they were part of Restaurant Week. I bought my coffee and scone for immediate consumption and a $10 lunch to go. I was not disappointed and will definitely be back for more.

Very cute shop. Not the best coffee in town but I really enjoyed the atmosphere.

I have been to this cafe five different times. Two of those times with my husband. The first time I bought hot chocolate and that was fine. The second time I got a cookie chiller which I loved. The third time also a cookie chiller, but then I got a turkey sandwich as well. The sandwich was flavorless and similar to a gas station sandwich meat in taste/texture. The next two times I went with my husband through the drive through and both times we waited 23/30 minutes for coffee. They were not busy (had two people on) and the hot coffee tasted terrible. We watched them through the window and they literally just moved slowly (they took their time). My coworkers sometimes buy baked goods from them and I have been disappointed with the lack of flavor. Id suggest the blended ice drinks. Im writting this review in hopes the owner will read this and add more flavor to their food items, check their staff times, and find out why the coffee tastes burnt (is it their machine or the ppl who make it). Only because we live down the road and Id love to comeback due to convenience, but I wont until there is a change.

The food was freshly made and they used good ingredients. There was also a gluten free bread option.

The latte was mediocre at best. May be because I was there 30 minutes before close and they seemed to be moping the place. The Muffin was ok though.

Disappointing at best. The coffee is ok. The vibe of the place seemed ok. The problem I have is what I was charged. Their normal charge for a 20 oz. drip coffee is $2.00. I brought my own 24 oz. cup and got charged $3.50. Really?? You charged a $1.50 more for and extra 4 oz of coffee. Most coffee places offer a discount for bringing your own cup.Daily Buzz charges me a grand total of $1.00 for filling this same cup, and the coffee is better. Even Starbucks charges me a mere $2.50 for this same cup-full. Needless to say, this was my first and last time going to Crystal. Bummer.

Old guy hangout. Bunch of guys playing cards, they were pretty loud... this isnt a bar. Not comfortable seating, the comfy chairs were taken up by another group of old guys. I heard the staff talking about the men having tabs for their coffee, si its clear these guys have taken this place over. WiFi after $5 purchase. Coffee was horrible, taste old, not measured properly and burned. I wont return.

So sad to get than less than average turkey/bacon wrap with iceberg lettuce, miracle whip salad dressing, a few chucks of turkey, 1 piece of bacon(nothing in that wrap said awesome), pesto pasta(with processed cheese slices), dried peach bunt (I didnt see the peaches anywhere and it was dry) cake, and coffee for lunch for $22.xx yup I could have went to Tony Romas instead and would have been treated way better. The young woman that waited on me was very nice, but the lady that made the food and was kinda in the back ground wasnt very pleasant.....I have not went to Crystal Coffee House in a long time, and note I wont go back. Too bad what a waste of money.....

Ugh, not at all impressed with my sandwich. I stopped into Crystal Coffee for a quick bite to eat and a cup of coffee before picking up my daughter at Austin-Straubel Airport. I ordered the Del Boca Vista ($6.95), described on the menu as bacon, lettuce, mayo, tomato on warm focaccia bread. The quality of the ingredients generally makes or breaks a Sammie and in this case, lackluster ingredients doomed my meal. The first warning sign was the bread that looked like hamburger bun with some sun-dried tomatoes mixed in. A good focaccia has a delightful crunchiness from the olive oil it absorbs while baking. It also will have an irregular hole structure in the crumb from dimpling the dough with your fingertips prior to baking. The focaccia I experienced at Crystal Coffee was dry, spongy and largely flavorless. The tasteless, thinly sliced bacon also disappointed - it reminded me of what you get from the breakfast buffet of a Holiday Inn Express. The sandwich could benefit from a thicker cut of bacon with more smokiness. The tomato needed an upgrade as well - it is summer, why use a dry, chewy grocery store tomato when you have the option of going with a juicy, farm-fresh version. Lastly, using a fresh aioli instead of some bottled mayo would be an appreciated upgrade in the condiment department. I could have gone to the nearby Subway if I were looking for someone to assemble institutional grade ingredients.I did enjoy the blue corn tortilla chips and the dill pickle spear.My dark roast coffee tasted bitter and slightly burnt, even with a little half & half.The restaurant is kid-friendly, with a small childrens menu and a separate child-friendly play area.The person taking my order was friendly and the restaurant was clean and inviting, but the uninspired food served at Crystal Coffee and Beanery will have me looking for other dining alternatives when visiting the area.
