After pulling into the parking lot and realizing the line was already around the building, I committed to the wait. Surprisingly, it was not very long. The barista took my order and I was at the window in no time. The barista at the window was friendly and personable, and my drink was spot on. I was pleasantly surprised how fast they were able to get through the long line of cars. Ill stop in again if Im in the area - who doesnt love their caffeine?

Im not a coffee drinker, but my daughter is and it was her birthday. I had no clue what to order for her. The voice at the takeout was extremely helpful, and created a birthday coffee for my daughter and got some strawberry lemonade for me, the non-coffee person. It is pricey, but for a once a year birthday treat for my daughter, well worth the money. She enjoyed the iced treat all morning lounging in her backyard while her kids played. Great birthday gift! Thanks Starbucks for the help😀🤗

No complaints, my order was as expected! Staff wasnt overly friendly which I am use to at my local Starbucks.

Did a mobile order and was charged. Arrived at the store to find all the employees outside because the manager had never showed up with the keys. Was told to go 15 min out of my way to the other starbucks with my receipt and pick up my beverages. This wouldnt prove that they hadnt already been picked up! The manager showed up while I was there. Then they all went in and locked the door. People were showing up for mobile orders and they were not letting them in. Finally after about 10min someone got their order. I asked if they planned on making my order. The response was Oh, I will tell them to start making it. I sat there for 25 minutes waiting for my drinks and was late to work. I would have left but they had CHARGED MY CARD!

Had some delicious drinks, granted once we found a parking spot. The parking lot is small and so is the drive thru, but other than that, the service couldnt have been better.

Shift manager was very disrespectful to a man that did not speak English very well. He continued to talk disrespectfully about this man after he had left. My friend and I sat here and listened to the interaction between them while he tried ordering and the shift was being highly offensive to this man. At some point he said “I don’t know what this *gesture* means” after the guy used a gesture to help explain what he wanted, which was LITERALLY just a latte. He continued to be disrespectful during the entire ordering process. He continued to talk loudly about this man while costumers where sitting inside.

This location had very limited seating. Always great service and pick up area.

I’m getting irritated with this Starbucks because on the app they say they have the item and then once you get there they don’t. I get there is a shortage but have the correct information. They should start making new drinks because there is not much to choose from anymore.

Lines are almost always long but orders come out very fast and always accurate! Employees are upbeat and friendly. One of my favorite Starbucks locations in town.

I was very disappointed at the shift manager. He was really rude to a customer who cannot speak English, and just wanted a Latte. Whats even worse, he started talking to his co-workers that the customer was rude to him. Very disappointed. 😞

This is the worst location I have found for starbucks. They are always changing their hours. Constantly out of most items. I went into there today and was told they no longer have a ventti thebiggest they offer is grande. Wow. What a let down.

The baristas are always extremely kind and helpful. As usual my drinks were made correctly and within a short amount of time. They do a very good job of getting your order to you quickly

This is the second time in the past two weeks I have stopped at this Starbucks, coffee has been great but my breakfast sandwich was cold.

I always come to this Starbucks since it closest to my home, but when i went today i order a VENTI White Chocolate Mocha with no whip, they gave me a GRANDE HOT white chocolate mocha. I told her that i got a venti iced with no whip , the lady told me i did not say that when she was the one explains my own order to me, like honey pay attention to your customers ordering. ps she was very rude as well and rolled her eyes at me, not very professional to me.

Was having a very rough morning and the guy barista was soo amazingly sweet. He made me a surprise drink to cheer me up and it was absolutely delicious. Love love love this location and the staff!!

Its good but I found something better & local. I will still go there every now & then though. My favorite is the white chocolate mocha.

Drive-through is open. The inside seating is not. Depending on what time of day it is will judge how long you wait. They move quick. Access in and out can be a bit of a challenge during rush hour times for traffic. This is located at the intersection of Military Avenue and West Mason Street in Green Bay.

My favorite stop before work. @530 am they make a great coffee.

Horrible service. Awful workers, they were degrading and mean to me and my two friends. Legit the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I guess I made the mistake up pulling up a little to far before rolling down my window to order in the drive threw. I had let her know that no one had taken my order. She was not going to take my order at the pickup window until I asked her to. I ordered three drinks and only got two. The lady started yelling at me through the drive through asking me what I wanted but I didn’t even know what the two drinks were that she gave me. I just wanted the third drink I had ordered but didn’t get. Might have just been a bad day for these workers but i will never be going back there and my two foreign friends were so offended by the way these two ladies were talking to me. I will say there was a nice gentleman working who earns mad respect if he has to deal with that every day and he was very apologetic but I was just so mind blown by what happened.

Busy place, but got great drinks and food. Im happy they got oat and almond and soy milk. Id love to have more drinks with dairy free ingredients.

I gave 2 stars because we ordered 3 different coffees and all 3 were yucky and bitter. The guy at the drive-thru was very nice, hence two stars.

I usually like this location, bit I ordered a venti online and they only filled it 3/4ish.

Several times now they have given me the wrong drink. This time it was close to closing, they gave me the wrong drink and I told them as they tried to hand it to me. They took it back and then handed me a drink. As I pulled out of the drive thru, I noticed that it was the wrong drink again. I called them and they wouldnt replace it because they were closing in 1 minute. They said I could come back tomorrow to get the correct drink. Not happy with that!

I Order a drink with a almond milk and got one with cows milk Im extremely lactose intolerant thanks for ruining my day and the for the stomach pains.

We visited Starbucks on Military Avenue in Green Bay Wisconsin. It was Thursday July 30th at 3:35 pm.I am a very difficult customer, I can NEVER order anything the way it comes. I need to add things, remove things, and invent things with every single order!Needless to say, I have frustrated many, MANY, employees on the other side of the drive-thru speaker. It’s so bad, that my husband won’t even order drinks for me any more. I have to physically lean over him while he sits in the drivers seat and shout my order into the speaker.****** I have NEVER enjoyed the ordering fiasco, nor have the poor souls on the other side of the speaker****** UNTIL TODAY!!!!I believe her name was Rachel. She was absolutely cheerful, gracious, and oddly enough, passionate about my crazy drink invention! She took my order with enthusiasm, encouraged my drink creativity, and completely made our day! Her energy was kind-hearted, refreshing and playful. She actually made us feel as though she ENJOYED serving us!!!!We will be back to Starbucks on Military Ave in Green By WI, not because it’s the closest one to us, but because of Rachel!Way to go Rachel, it was our pleasure to be served by you❤️

Morning staff is usually always on their game and gets the fast paced environment. Sharon is the bomb! Gives the best customer service always. Afternoon crew today is quite slow. Glad I’m not in a rush, feel bad for the people in drive through cause the staff are moving like sloths.

Waited in line for about 15 mins, line moved reallyyyyyyy slow. ordering was faster but once i pulled up to the window it took several minutes for the worker to even acknowledge i was there. service is really slow. i’ve been here before and the wait just keeps getting longer and longer. i’ve been to other starbucks too and this place seems to be slower than others.

Always helpfully staff that constantly misspells my name. The nitro cold brew is absolutely my favorite and I would not have know that if the staff didnt suggest it and the different foams you can get on top. I always end up with the sweet cream though which is perfect.i appreciate when staff helps find the right items for the customer.

Always love this place for studying. Coffee is not as strong as local places, but still good. It is not really confidently located, but I love the consistently of the drinks and food. There is in particular one man who represents the brand so well and deserves to be recognized. (Not sure on his name though.) He gives great customer service, is a superior but not condescending, and goes out of his way to get to know daily customers!

What can I say? The coffee is always excellent, the staff are happy and helpful and the service is quick. Theres always a line wrapped around the building in the drive through and now you know why!

I love this place and go here faithfully. They have great breakfast food and Im sure lunch is just as great, although Ive never tried it. Theres a variety of different coffees and flavors to choose from. And you can substitute regular milk for almond or coconut milk for those that are lactose intolerant. Thank you star bucks

I was at at&t but they get one star because the line waiting for coffee cut me off to park at&t. And thats not cool man.

While I didn’t have a problem with my drink or the staff the parking lot is annoying! You have to walk through the drive through line to get in the door. Once you get in you will probably not get a seat in the place unless you are going there in off hours. I prefer the smaller places to the chains anyway.

Very good variety, good selection of common and rare items. Encourages people to select new options you might never have tried! Prices seem reasonable.

Coffee is just okay. The staff is great always chipper. The drive thru sucks so bad. Back to the coffee, it is not the greatest there are a few local coffee houses that will wipe the floor with Starbucks. I found one down the road and this is my go to.

They always have my online pick up order ready when I get there. I always order at least 3 drinks and its never wrong.

This place is always hit-or-miss. Youre either going to have really fast service and just OK coffee or really slow service and just OK coffee. Ive been going here since it opened. You never know if theyre going to have great staff or slow staff. But I love my Starbucks coffee and its the closest one for me to go so I keep coming back.
