I was looking for a portable air conditioner. I phoned the store & Chris was very helpful. He had none at his location but found one in a nearby town. He entered everything for the purchase. We drove to the other location & it was all ready to load in my vehicle. His Customer service is amazing. He is extremely polite & knowledgeable.

I am so pleased to recommend Grand Appliance. My fridge died, the next day, I called around a 100 mile radius, and only Grand had a black counter depth unit available. It was delivered 4 days later. Incredible customer service from Sales (Chris) to the Warehouse Mgr (Jeff). I’ll call Grand next time and save time and $$.

The visit was a random stop after a very frustrating couple of hours at a large home store out of time.Surprisingly the store was well organized and Chris was a gem to work with. In less than an hour I was able to buy 4 matching appliances that will be delivered on July 28. I still can’t believe it after the frustrating 2 hours I had just spent elsewhere.I would highly recommend Grand to anyone looking for appliances.

I had never heard of your business in Green Bay Wi. Your salesman was polite. Being I had doubts I checked the Better Business Bureau about your company. I found out you had 69 complaints as of July 2021 yr. Compare to Home Depot who only had 6 for the same period. I decided to get my appliances elsewhere.

I should have stopped here first and I wouldn’t have had to waste an entire Saturday. I started out at a local appliance store, they were friendly but I didn’t like the selection. I made my way to Best Buy but the line was so long out the door I skipped it. I went to Home Depot and it took me 30 minutes to find an associate. When I did finally find someone I was told the best thing to do was go find something online. I understand COVID times are hard for retail and I understand longer wait times but you could tell the just didn’t want to be their. So I went home went online and found the model I liked and it was saying it was in stock at Grand appliance. I was greeted by Aaron he took the time to explain the features on every appliance I was looking at. When I asked for a quote he gave me my options and available rebates. Not only was this under my budget the item I needed most was in stock, I purchased a 4 piece LG kitchen set. The next day I brought my wife in to look at what I bought and he took the time to go over everything with her just like he did for me. I cannot recommend this place enough, zero pressure, great service, friendly staff, the list goes on. I am a customer for life.

Do not buy from Grand Appliance. We purchased new appliances for our kitchen remodel and I went to pick up the items due to the high demand. We didn’t want to wait and have our items be back ordered.When we got the refrigerator there was a dent on the door.There was also a good knick on the dishwasher door.I smelled a terrible smell from the dishwasher and a few days later I notice the wheel popped off and was stuck to the heating element along with a corner piece.The sales reps will not work with you and help you out. All they care about is the commission that they will receive.Long story short if you are wanting a hassle free experience go some where else. If you run into a problem and want someone to go the extra mile and trust that they will, then don’t go to Grand Appliance. They will not make it “Grand”.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. We ordered a full set of kitchen appliances in June and still have not received the fridge. The other appliances came in august after 2 rescheduled dates. I understand there may be production issues during a pandemic however the way the business was handled leaves me absolutely appalled. We were never contacted about a date to have the fridge installed but had to call THEM every month. We weren’t able to get answers without asking for a manager and we’re treated with disrespect when asking why or how this was happening. In fact the last we heard was “they’re no longer producing the fridge” and “they don’t know if we will be able to get it” but we could contact the manufacturer if we wanted. THAT IS YOUR JOB! As we still are trying to contact them currently, this week it took two days for someone to get back to me via the website and I had to reach out again when there had not been a response. I WILL never shop at Grand Appliance again and I wish I wouldn’t have in the first place as I currently have a mismatched kitchen and a fridge that doesn’t work (which is why we went in, in the first place). Not to mention we have been paying for the fridge for months now- of which they also said wouldn’t happen. Worst costumer service ever.

Your delivery team left all the debris including the styrofoam, metal, and plastic all over in our driveway/yard. They looked as if bringing the range into the home was a huge inconvenience even though we paid for delivery and installation. Not pleased.

The latest in this saga... Take note I reviewed 2 months ago-- we still have no fridge. In fact we discovered that Kitchenaid was no longer making the fridge we had on order- now we didnt learn of this by a friendly phone call with support, but with ONCE AGAIN, MY HUSBAND CALLING THEM! After discussing options, we were told we could continue to wait for the fridge we ordered and receive a small monetary value back. It could be as long as May though along with this we were given some other options. HOWEVER it turned out the person that gave us those options, did not have the ability to do so meaning NONE of them could be honored... OK FINE... we then were given the option of a fridge that was counter-depth instead (this was actually what we originally wanted but the salesperson talked us out of it when we ordered- but now they want to give it to us), so we agreed. In December we were told they would be getting a shipment in early January (54 items was the number we were actually given) and one of those would be for us. Well here we are in January and have heard NOTHING since we last spoke and made our decision. My husband calls early this week and we were told that tomorrow (January 18th) we would get one delivered. They even asked us if morning or afternoon would be better. We chose afternoon. Now fast-forward a few days I asked my husband to check in with Grands so we were home tomorrow for the delivery and he sends them an email this time. We got a reply a short time later that WE WOULD NOT BE GETTING A FRIDGE TOMORROW. Also stating that they do not have any and AGAIN CANNOT GIVE US A DATE. After we had just been told 1/18/21 would be the delivery date. Not only did they include that in the email but they also blamed us in saying We originally refused the offer we NEVER refused an offer but chose something that the salesman never had permission to offer leaving us with this offer. We were going to receive a monetary value off and wait for the original order. I am absolutely flabbergasted the way my family has been treated and dealt with. I am looking into getting a lawyer involved with this. Grands has gone back on EVERY SINGLE word they have said and Im STILL PAYING for the fridge I dont have. I would not make my WORST ENEMY work with Grand Appliance and would give anything to remove their products from my house and get my money back. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Stopped on a Tuesday and picked out a new refrigerator. Was happy to hear that it was in stock and that we could pick it up two days later. Got a call on the pickup day and was told that my refrigerator did not make it on the truck and that I could not pick it up till the next week on Tuesday or Thursday. I was told that there was no promise given on the pick up date. I am sorry a date was told to me on in stock item. That sound like a promise to me. I was also told that if I needed it before Thursday that I could under take a over 320 mile road trip and pick it a the main warehouse or I could cancel the order. Order was canceled and will never go back. Very poor customer service

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Grand Appliance. We called and talked to Doug about coming in to select upgrades for our dishwasher and microwave, as well as pick out a refrigerator and stove for our new home. Even with the covid-19 safer at home order we were able to come in and look at everything. They had hand sanitizer and gloves ready so that you can still look around. The store associate, Aaron, helped us pick out what we were looking for and went above and beyond answering all of our questions and helping us look at the options available. When we got our dishwasher, microwave, stove, and refrigerator picked out, Aaron asked us about looking at washer and dyers. We hadnt originally planned on getting these right away, but they were on sale. Overall great service and prices. We were also very thankful that they had the upgraded options available in the show room to look at in person. Many other places we went to only had the standard models in store in a standard finish.

Very disappointed in the lack of communication. We were told the refrigerator and range were in stock and would be delivered, but were waiting on shipment for microwave. The range and microwave showed up on delivery day, while we waited weeks for before ending up having to take floor model for the refrigerator. No communication letting us know. Went to the store and he showed a complete lack of concern. Went back a second time a couple weeks later, extremely frustrated, after no communication again, and he finally ended up giving us a floor model with a crease in it. Delays in delivery due to Covid are understandable, but no communication is not acceptable. PICK UP A PHONE! Disappointed to say the least.

I had a great experience with Grand Appliance and TV. I Recently moved from Orland Park, Illinois to Green Bay, Wi and was in need of a new TV. I had a previous great experience with Jeff Serra, manager, from Grand Appliance and TV in Orland Park Illinois and called Jeff for a referral in Wisconsin. He referred me to the manager Chris in the Green Bay facility. Chris was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and recommended a Samsung 50” LED Tv which I then ordered. It will be delivered and set up soon and my old TV will be taken away. The ordering service was amazing and I expect the delivery and haul away process will be done in the same professional and expeditious manner.
