I passed by here so many times and decided to check it out. Great bagels and great service. Nice breakfast menu. They do lunch as well.

Well. I have plenty to say about Bagel Town. Lets start at the beginning. Yesterday we ordered food and it came without issue, perfectly prepared as per our requests. Fast forward to today and its a very different case. We spent $50.00 ordering and the only thing that was correct was the veggie tuna sandwich on white bread. The pancakes were overcooked and crumbly, the coffee was milky, the bacon was floppy, the burger was dry and over cooked, the home fries has raw veggies inside with soft potatoes (not crispy) and i could keep going. After i made the complaint to seamless and received a partial refund the owner came to my business demanding to see the food and even made me go into the garbage to return pieces of slimy bacon. He even wanted the receipt, which was also in the garbage. Point is, we will never order from here again! RUDE OWNER DO NOT ORDER!!

The owner or woman whoever worked there was super rude and disrespectful. Not saying hello or nothing.. plus very disrespectful and unprofessional taking order. Asked her if she is having a bad day when she told me to get out of the store. She said she has no doubt that i must have a awful life lolWhat a way to kicking out the customer.She even did not forget to chase me outside the store and put a curse on me as i was turning back.Hmmm... she must had a bad day... or it is just that time of the crisis we are in... I would just blame COVID19 for our unhappiness and anger.

The lady who worked here had an attitude towards my 2 year old daughter for no reason. And made us buy a pack of cookies that my daughter touched. Will never go here again

Only ate here because Bagel Man (a couple of doors down) was closed. Worst bagel I’ve ever had, no exaggeration. Awful staff who acted like it was the first time a customer was ordering a bagel from them. The confusion was baffling as they are literally called Bagel Town. Save your money, eat cardboard instead.

I really wanted to put no stars the owner is rude. He was wearing gloves while handling cash, then wanted to touch my food.. I was trying to explain what he was doing is wrong. All he care about is receiving my money.. I walk out unacceptable especially during this time.

Quick delivery, food was still hot and even got free snacks! I ordered breakfast and was not disappointed. Not sure why the are so many bad reviews, they are good now! Give them a try

If zero stars was an option thats what I would be giving. My bagel and cream cheese had mold... If I ever order again I must ask them to please hold the mold.

I was not at all impressed with this bagel shop. At the time of my visit, there was a lot of junk equipment in the store from the former yogurt shop. This gave the store an overall squashed and cramped feeling. This derelict equipment was also very dirty.I had originally ordered 1/3 lbs. (6 ozs.) of vegetable tuna. It was sour. Since this was not a takeout order I was able to exchange it for chicken salad. I was also not impressed with the quality of the chicken salad. The chicken was chopped up into extremely tiny little cubes and was drowned and way too much mayonnaise.I will not be coming back.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not eat here. The customer service is beyond terrible. There are many other establishments that are better.

Food Never Arrived. I Called after an hour and I was told the food was on its way, and it should be there in a few minutes. I Called again 25 minutes later when the food still hadnt arrived. However, the restaurant had taken their phone off the hook and so I was unable to reach anyone. After an hour and 45 minutes I had to contact Grubhub. Grubhub was also unable to contact the restaurant and they had to cancel my order.

Rude rude rude. asked for delivery, i work right up the block. he asked for my cell phone number, i forgot it in the car. wanted to give my office number, then the spanish guy who goes how do you sell cars then? what does that have anything to do with the delivery? once i asked why he is asking so many questions, he says no delivery for you and hangs up. dont know if hes the owner, but if the owner is reading this please tell the spanish guy who picks up the phone he lost a customer because he wouldnt accept a landline office number over a cell phone number and he asks too many personal questions when it is not necessary

My dad works here and I love my dad and his workers too and I really appreciate to them

Econd time I tried this place and second fail. They cant get an order correct. Last time they messed up on no lettuce and tomato which sounds minor but if it were for my son he would have to throw it out, very allergic to tomatosThis time i ordered my sandwich cold, well not only did it arrive burning hot, they toasted or pressed the roll like a panini. I tried to eat it but the mayo keep dripping and onto my brand new shirt.I will never order from this place again.

My favorite bagel place, I go here weekly and the staff is always friendly and the food is always fresh. Great ice coffee and the bagels are fantastic

Owners and workers are vile, disrespectful, and RACIST. The owner made racist remarks while preparing a sandwich. The food tastes disgusting, vegetables appeared unwashed, and grossly overpriced.

Terrible service, never go there. I have bought a pack of 5 bagel that are made the day before. Once I checked the bagels at home, I have found out that 2 of those were covered in mold. My wife went back to the place to inform them but the clerk, while on the phone, so rudely handed my wife 2 dollar and dumped the bagels in the trash bin on the spot. Not only did this show that the bagels were inedible but also it was extremely offensive. So my wife, wanting to hear the mere word sorry, waited for the clerk to hang up. However, he never apologized, and he and his manager refused to contact his boss. I plan to never go back to this place and I strongly encourage all of you to do the same.

Bagel with tuna: $9.00, smallest coffee cup I ever seen:$1.75 and an OJ. Total $14.75. Waaaay overpriced.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. The delivery guy is extremely inappropriate and makes you feel extremely uncomfortable when he delivers food. After speaking with owner, they acknowledge they have had several complaints about this man and continue to have him employed. DO NOT ORDER.

Decent bagel shop, bad location- difficult to drive to due to traffic if headed east bound. Only exit is west bound! The service is nothing special, the food is good but a little expensive .

Its a bagel shop, but each one is handmadeIts chewy and delicious because its mostly delivery, so the store is quiet. Its good because you dont have to wait that long. Parking is also convenient.
