Best bagels I’ve ever eaten frequently compare them to other bagels when eating Non-bagel mensch bagels, the price is a bargain and the shop itself has a nice atmospheric vibe, I personally never liked tuna but my sisters and mom love their tuna, I was also fortunate to see a behind the scenes tour as a young child and see how their delicious bagels are made (p.s try their muffins they’re delicious)

Was crazy busy today with 90% of the observant population of GN carbo-loading for the marathon fast that starts tonight but David and all the crew did a great job of keeping everything running as smoothly as Covid allows. My son swears these are the best bagels in the world and my veggie omelet with home fried potatoes were perfect and ready quickly, no matter how busy the kitchen was. I miss the blueberry coffee but such is life during flu season. 😷 Always great to see familiar faces, friends not seen for a while and hang with my son in a kosher spot.

Excellent tuna. Bagels are plump n made fresh in the back FROM SCRATCH. You can taste the difference from those who buy, freeze n cook. A+

Like to crash in here once a while in background seeing these (bobby) grandma groups Shmoozing in Hebrew and some French Ads upBagels and Tuna /tables/ service is all great just don’t get why u need to ask for a hot cup to fill in ur coffee before u pay

I recently used Bagel Mentch for a corporate breakfast and they were AMAZING!! David and his team are so professional and friendly. They arrived right on time, assisted with the set up and stayed around for a while to make sure everything was perfect. The assortment of Bagels, Danishes and spreads was so fresh, everyone loved it. We received so many compliments on the breakfast. I will definitely be using them in the future for more corporate events.

The best New York Bagels!! This is my favorite spot to take my elderly mother. Everything here is prepared on the spot, is fresh and tasty! Plenty of room to sit, dine in or take out. Coffee is great too. Lovely atmosphere!!

Good reliable food. Nice place to meet up for coffee. Service is adequate. There is a surcharge for using credit card and they charge for cutting your bagle which drives me nuts. My favorite food to eat is the tuna salad.

This is not just a bagel store. It is an experience! Family owned, friendly and the food is out of this world. It’s addictive. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS

The service and employees are terrible.They dont care if you wait an hour or if your order is incorrect. The food is actually exceptionally tasty for a bagel store but I had stopped going here for some time because of how negative and rude the employees.Side note, some have them have been working there since a long time and they have never been checked for their hubris pride.

The service is horrendous and food is nothing special. Too bad its the only kosher choice in Great Neck when it comes to bagels. If another bagel shop opens up, this place is goneeeeee. Staff gives everyone attitude. They feel like i owe them the world after i order. Price are also inflated like crazy. 90% of a bagel is water, the rest is flour. I dont know how they get away with charging $15 for a bagel and tuna. I try to stay away from this place as much as possible. Modern day ganavim!

A Kosher bagel joint. They have a few other thing but its basically just bagels. They are decent and good if you are Jewish but otherwise there are other bagel places in Great Neck that are better.

$9 for a tuna bagel is unheard of. Pickles and coslaw are included, but you have to ask for it. You don’t ask, you don’t get, but you still pay. Shouldn’t they just give it to you without even asking for it? But it tastes good.

Absolutely disgusting and rude management!!! I got delivery that I ordered from Grubhub, and on Grubhub it gave me an option to add fruit to my waffle for an extra two dollars. When I received my order and saw they did not add the fruit, I called to let them know and immediately the man on the phone jumped down my throat about how they do not have fruit in the store. I said ok that would have been fine but why wouldnt anybody call to tell me instead of continuing to charge me the extra two dollars. He yelled at me on the phone and told me I would need to call Grubhub that its not his problem, and hung the phone up on me. Absolutely disgusting behavior from an establishment, thats how you talk to your customers?? The food was disgusting, I wish I could give this place negative stars!!

Poor quality food, high prices and extremely poor customer service. If you really must go, call ahead, they are often out of popular items. How are you often out of bagels by midday when Bagel Mentch is the name of your store?

While they do serve kosher bagles in Great Neck, Ive never been truly happy with the price, service, line and the quality and quantity of the spreads.That said, I go back anyway every week. Decide for yourself.
