I stopped in for a gum eraser. Such a good selection of crafts, house decor and stuff. I walked out with more than I came for!

This store is huge. Lots to offer. I love the variety and having so many options.

Sales associates were same as last two time. Associates Seemed bothered if I asked questions or help. Had to do small obstacle course to get down aisle since the associate was dismantling the shelf with parts in hallway. I understand the store plays funeral style music, but is it necessary for the associates to appear as they have just lost a loved one. On a good note the people at the front of the store (tellers)were very pleasant and it made up for the other associates behavior.

The staff here is very helpful and friendly. The store is well laid out and the selection is pretty amazing. Ive been to several hobby lobbies with my wife and this was by far the cleanest and nicest one.

Truly enjoy this store. The employees are pleasant and the music overhead is inspiring.

I would give this place fewer stars but my wife loves it. I went in recently as a family of five was being ushered out because they didn’t have masks. I understand that is the county guideline and their corporate policy and so did the folks being ushered out. It all seemed civil and understandable to everyone. But as we started shopping three of the employees including someone in management started griping and complaining for at least ten minutes, loudly I might add, about how awful these people were. If they feel that way about people, any people, then fine, but keep that to yourself and be professional. I’m willing to be respectful and wear the mask but these employees had no respect for what others may feel.

So much to choose from, hubby and I spend hours and millions but its always a good time! Great staff and excellent section.

Stay away today unless you are prepared to buy everything you see because this store is loaded with everything you need to decorate your house, every art and craft you are doing, and more.

Cool place for the hobby lovers. You can find items for crafting and vintage decorating. Side selection of beads, wood items, furniture, artificial flowers and many other. You need time and patience to find what you like and need. It is situated inside the mall si plenty of parking.

It an incredible place just to wander. I can spend hours In Hobby Lobby. So often Ill go in for one thing but never leave with less then 4 or 5 things. Prices are fair as far as brick and mortar convenience and there shelves seem to always be stocked. There is so much to see in this store that I would recommend know what you want before you enter or your going to do like me and come home with far more then expected. Great staff, roomy and just a great place to lose yourself.

A wide variety of home decor and craft supplies. The home decor selection reminds me of World Market with industrial decor, Marvel comic section, storage cabinets and wall decor.

Did not have exactly all of what I was needing

The check out experience is getting better. You could spend hours browsing the aisles. And about the same time getting checked out. But theyre getting better at responding to lines of customers waiting. The help seems more readily available. Always friendly.

Has all the knickknacks one would/could need and always has great service. Today I bought 5 customized frames for a fair price originally 200, down to $40 .. A hero in my eyes!

Usually good prices but you have to watch them at checkout. They dont always give you the sale price. I always have to have them check me out a second time because they mess up.

Everytime we go in there they always greet you with a smile, and the staff is very helpful as well. Huge variety of anything you might need for crafts or just your home in general. I love it there so much, I get in trouble for spending too much everytime I go! 😉

Hobby Lobby has such beautiful things & I would love to be able to go there more often, however they do nothing to encourage or help handicapped customers. No motorized carts for such a huge store. Not even a wheelchair.The only reason I have ever been there is because I have my own scooter. And then when I asked for help locating something the 2 employees, who were talking to each other, simply pointed & said I would find the item in that corner of the store. When I did find the item I was looking for, it was pretty high for me to reach. Yet at least 1 employee walked by me while I was looking up at the items & never bothered to ask if she could help.Walmart treats its handicapped customers MUCH better than this!!The only reason I would shop hobby lobby again is if I had absolutely no other choice to buy a particular item!

The greeter was very friendly, store is clean. But I was there twice today, and the same cashier was not very engaging or friendly. I bought some frames, and he just was not careful handling them. Didnt even offer to wrap them. This young man needs to be off the front line, and go in for customer service training.

I usually love Hobby Lobby, but this location has a pretty weak Christmas decor selection compared to other Hobby Lobbys in other states. I feel like the other decor isn’t switched up enough. I do love their selection of crafts and toys though and I’m glad we have a Hobby Lobby in Great Falls!

So friggin expensive and they have to manually type in the prices of the items when you buy them vs scanning a set price. Im sure they dont make up prices but manually typing them in implies that they really could just make up prices, especially if your item didnt have a price tag and someone had to search for how much it is.

I always love Hobby Lobby! They have so much to choose from and the store is always clean and organized. We also love the music they play in their store and that they sell Christian items without shame.

Pretty sure the one lady that stands by the door all day is just there to make sure no one enjoys check out.

I know the Christmas season is coming to an end so I felt when I visited there was a lack of theme and inventory. Overall Hobby Lobby is a great place to shop most of the time with great sales.

One of the most comprehensive and best stocked art and craft plus home decor items in Great Falls.

Wonderful and friendly staff made it there business to be sure we had exactly what we were looking for! They certainly made the 2 hour drive from our town to their store, worthwhile!

The store was clean and organized but I needed help finding something and there were absolutely no employees around. It would also be helpful if there were signs marking what was in each aisle so that it would be easier to find what youre looking for. I perused the aisles in the fine arts section, looking for pens, and ended up wandering all the way back over to fabrics to ask one of the ladies at the cut desk where I would find illustration pens and she said, oh, just across the store in the fine arts section. She didnt point me to a specific aisle or call for assistance over their radios, simply pointed me back to where I had already looked. But the cashier was super friendly and I had a wonderful conversation with her, she made my day a little brighter.

Great place for craft ideas and home, office, dorm decor. Wide selection and all of the employees are super helpful. Love shopping here

Loved shopping at hobby lobby and home decor is affordable . But discontinuing a 40 percent coupon on your app is a poor choice to make for your customers since you had the coupon in the app and newspaper since the beginning . Customers arent your priorty and the customer service is not always polite so that makes it hard to want to shop there

Im always on the fence about Hobby Lobby. This one is hit or miss. Sometimes everyone is just as sweet as pie and sometimes they are cranky. But honestly right now Im amazed that anyone could not be cranky with all the craziness thats happening.

Prices sure have skyrocketed in the last few months.

Big store, all kinds of stuff all over the place. But the employees are like robots. go to a local craft store if youre looking for someone that is interested in what youre doing and has the knowledge to help in what youre doing. Craft supplies are relatively inexpensive anyway so the small amount that you would say by going to this big store is easily made up for by the expertise and Care youll find elsewhere. not to mention the thing that stood out most when I was here last, was watching the people walking around stealing.

Great 50% sales on all Christmas stuff, and there is a LOT of Christmas stuff

This has to be the number one place to stop for crafts, decorating, and fabrics in the Great Falls area. I had to drag my wife out of the store to get her to stop browsing all of the many items they carry. I found everything I need for gifting there as well as just some personal items I would enjoy decorating with or working on. One of the must stops in Great Falls.

Who doesnt love Hobby Lobby? There is more than enough to choose from, associates not all over you making you feel like you have to buy a certain amount (or open a credit card), and they always have great sales. I really dont mind waiting in line because that is a risk you take while shopping. Especially in such a popular store. There is something for everyone there!

I am a very creative person, so this place appealed to me. They have a great selection here. I found the lighting in the store to be poor. There were not many staff members when I visited. Nice selection of fabric but they should carry more with astronomy patterns.
