I love Walmart but I am shopping there less than I ever have because they have 1 checker in 24 isles closed. The lines are long and the wait time is excruciating when you are disabled or suffering from something that gets unbearable to stand up and wait to get checked out. You seem to latch on to an outdated solution for COVID-19 just to force the people who shop there to also act as a non paid employee and do more work by checking themselves out. This is a condition that you are abusing to get more money for less employee cost and I am one of many who are abandoning loyalty to Walmart and going elsewhere for our goods and services. How about your bottom line then.

Quick stop to grab some beverage. No hassles... Just the way I like it.

I usually love shopping at Walmart but last week I was looking for a phone for my sons birthday and these 2 woman who worked in the electronics department treated me ignorant and acted like they hated to help me they treated people in front of me delightful and the people behind me cuz they let people cut in front of me. Worst experience so far in Walmart.

They only had 1 register opened in the middle of the day. I do realize though that they cant get anyone to work so they are shorthanded. The employees were nice but maybe the manager should get on a register to help customers if they are busy.

Its nice to see the youth in high-school and college and some workers that are retirement age, that truly will help you. Ive been approached by many working there. There friendly and helpful. Its so nice to go into a store that goes and helps shoppers. With out having to try and find what you are looking for.

Pretty much always have what I need... So thats cool.Today, not enough self help/registers cashiers were available though so it took a long time to leave.

No self check out available, empty shelves and nobody working that can really help you if you needed it..smh!!!!

Although Im not a big Walmart fan Ive come to appreciate the grocery department. They keep things clean and well organized and often have my preferred products in stock when others do not.

Can always find what i need at one stop/place. Staff very professional and polite.

I bought items to eat... Searched the movie shelves for a Halloween movie since no one Trick or Treats anymore. The Addams Family television box set. A box set of a series of classic TV shows. I found a movie collection The Prophecy starring Christopher Walken. Movie night Halloween will full of hair raising laughter. LOL

Ok for RVs to overnight. However it’s across the street from a refinery, lots of plane, train, and automobile noise. Big parking lot so big rigs will have no problem maneuvering.

Great prices and a lot better since we got 2 walmarts now not as dirty and not as busy.

What is it with Walmart? I have been waiting for a month and a half for some king size pillow protectors and neither Walmart has not gotten them in. There are other items as well. Disappointing

Worst pick up experience. Had to get a refund because the wrong card got charged. 500 dollar order and I dont have that much money. I was planning on using my ebt card because I ordered mostly food. Had to call my bank. That part was just an accident. They offered to re-scan the food so I could use the correct card. I said yes. I waited a half an hour. Finally I just had to leave. My 5 year old son gets out of school early today its homecoming week. I live in shelby an hour away. I had no more time. A guy named Dakota runs to my car as Im pulling out. He waves his arms around a bit. Then starts yelling about me waisting everyones time and how he will black list me from grocery pickup. They still werent done scanning my groceries. Still had frozen stuff left I guess. Dakota expected me to not pick up my son?

Hate to use self checkout but their checkers have never been trained how to bag groceries. Fruit and raw meat together. Fresh veggies and cleaning supplies together. Very poor management.

A flipping disaster!!! I understand stores have to rearrange sometimes but wow. Completely mess. Bathrooms were utterly atrocious!!!

Shopping experience was as usual. However, I had to use the restroom while there. It was filthy. Toilet paper on the floor in all the stalls and main area. Totally unacceptable. If I hadnt needed to go so bad, I wouldnt have used it. No one around to complain to. No excuse for this.

Everything is always so moved around its hard to find sometimes when youre not looking for anybody for help theyre always there but when youre looking for somebody theyre never there

They are not stocked like they should be. They have open food product laying in the coolers. Freight is on the aisles and it is hard to go down them. When you look for an employee they are no where to be found. This has happened for the past year and it is getting worse.

People where nice and helpful, nothing to complain about except for a few customers...

Typical Walmart. Checkout lines 5 customers deep, 10 in line at self checkouts and they have two checkouts open.Prices are reasonable and you can usually find what you need but the shopping experience is not enjoyable.

Seriously could stand to improve their customer service. Cody the manager dont seem to care. If some of the employees worked for me they would immediately be FIRED.

They could really carry more of a variety in the store, especially for the kids craft section... We live in a tiny area lots of kids wheres the no bake clay and ceramics??!!Somehow they cant seem to fix the huge pot holes exiting the parking lot, they need to make the road safe, their greeter has no memory and shes usually crabby, most other staff is pretty awesome,otherwise just a basic Walmart !!

Picked up a few items. Place was moderately busy. Not a long wait in line to check out.

Professional is unfortunately the biggest thing lacking in one trip I get talked to like trash by a woman in self check when I actually did not give attitude and another employee totally acted like I was invisible when asking a question. The last straw was the manager at first she seemed concerned but by the end of the conversation she talked over all my words and I knew right then that she didn’t give a s$@t what I was telling her, wow thanks for making it easier to not give you business, you should all be fired.

Need to have things stocked.need more actual cashers working.

Selection is lacking lately. Not sure if its COVID related but its been pretty disappointing lately.

Gyros are super tasty! I was pleasantly surprised! Staff is super friendly. Would absolutely go back.

Very frustrated in the lack of consistency with the curbside service. Twice now an order has been placed online, go to pick it up, they say its delayed, wait an hour past our scheduled pick up and then they say they dont have one for us. Nothing has been fixed yet, so guess we wont use it anymore...I guess shop at Super 1 Foods.

This older location has been recently updated. They do a good job at keeping the store stocked and clean. Their refrigerated and frozen section is very nice. They also have a nice beer and wine section with a big refrigerated section of beer.

Horrible. Employees have no motivation to assist anyone. That comes from management and company policy.

Everything was going good, but they are under staffed. money services wasnt open so you have to go to customer service, which was so slow and they only had 1 person working. Bad service in customer service center.

Went in to get a flu shot. I was the only person in line but the line was not moving so I left. Lots of employees working but only one dealing with customers and she had a problem.

The people that work there are very helpful. The cleanliness is very good in every part of the store and great prices on everything. Parking is though at times if you like to park close to the door, although there are plenty of handicap parking areas. I usually park in the middle area or out further as its easier to come and go!!!

The larger of two Wal-Mart stores in Great Falls I usually go to this one due to its proximity to the KOA when Im camping there.

Clean, plenty of parking, just stopped to resupply but there were a couple trucks parked overnight.

Too many online staff shoppers and too much freight in the aisles. Makes it hard to shop. Shelves should be stocked at nite , not during busy hours.

Management does not know what they are doing. Unprofessional and downright unsafe for both employees and customers. Please do not support a business that clearly lacks ethical decision making.

Bought a blueray player from them a month and a week ago. It burnt out I tried bringing it back. They would not return it cause it was a lttle over a month old. I will not be returning to this place. And wouldnt recommend shopping here.

This is a pretty clean Walmart. Some of the employees practice the old Walmart way, they greet the customers and ask if they can help them find anything. Some just hold their own conversations and act like the customers dont exist

I primarily go here for pick up service. The employees are fast and attentive. They have some odd substitutions sometimes but outside of that, its great!

It was nice but people can be rude and stuff from there is nice but I have been followed in Walmart before.

Horrible went to return item bought two days before forgot receipt so was excepting a gift card well when the return was over fifty shenrefused to help me so I tried to make the return less then fifty and just keep the remaining items I was told I can not do that and was denied the ability to return even one of the items making it well under fifty dollars. She was very rude

Walmart on smelter Ave is awesome... Always seems very well stocked.. The one on 10th Ave, not so much... Though some stores still Require masks they are not mandated, I would appreciate it if all Walmart employees stop nagging about masks!!

Really poor customer service. Always rude and on tip of that wont take return items that say 100% money back guaranteed. We all knew wallmart was lower quality. But I cant even get a person on the phome... be my guest, call 7615426 and try to get someone in customer service on the phone.

Wal-Mart always seems to be busy but surprisingly today even though it was busy, the checkout time was quick. I was able to pick up my prescriptions quickly as well.

Not a bad place to shop but out of a lot of the things I buy on a regular basis; one being the limited selection of cat 🐈 food and treats. Prices are about the same as most other places.

Had to change my rating. Hire checkers! It is to difficult for me to lift the heavy items!

West side Walmart almost always has shelves stocked and greater selection, friendlier service and cheaper prices.
