They don’t honor military discount unless you have your phone number hooked up to your military ID. She handed me a paper and said “do this and you’ll get it next time”…. Was I supposed to do it with people in line behind me waiting ? For it to apply THIS time? Why wouldn’t you honor it once and then inform me you’re changing it and I need to do it? Seemed like she just wanted me gone and out of the way. I came here to save money with that discount intentionally…. Lame

I couldnt find an employee to help me. When I did find someone, she had no idea what I needed. Then another employee walked up I told her Im looking for a frame for this cat on a sweatshirt. She told me exactly what I need even explained how to do my little project. She was very helpful. Wish I got her name. Shes a 5 star employee!! The other lady I give her 1 star. Long wait in line with just 2 people ahead of me. Employees need to be more helpful and polite.

Clean store, bathrooms are immaculate. They are an official dump zone for me and my husband......LOL.... Helpful staff and knowledgeable. Prices are a bit high, though.

Knowledgeable and willing to help staff and a diverse product line, I went there hoping they would have artificial sinew for stitching together some mediaeval armour that broke apart in the heat of battle, and they have it in two colors.

We came in yesterday with a massive print to have reframed. The frame was we brought in was cracked and falling apart. We needed it reframed for auction and sweet Eryn took the time to help us pull it all apart and see what we were really working with. She explained the different styles to us and the necessity of a thicker frame due to the size and weight of the print. In the middle of us taking up both sides of her counter with this piece, she was also helping at least two and sometimes three other customers- always with a smile and knowledgeable explanations of the process and available options! Thank you so much for your time and all of your help yesterday, Eryn! You were phenomenal and made the process so easy!

Just about everything you need, but very handicapped unfriendly. The only time I can go to Michaels is when I have my own scooter & a lot of time. They have no carts to help anyone who cannot get around the store easily & little to no in store help. So, if you do need some thing, expect to have to wander around to find it. Makes it VERY difficult & frustrating to go to once was one of my favorite stores!! ☹☹

I love all craft stores. However the staff here does seem to like to follow around those whos skin is a shade darker than pale. Unfortunately.

My online order from Michaels wasnt what I thought it was. So I took it to the store here in town to return it and they were very friendly and helpful. They handled the return happily and quickly, there is something to be said for having a live person. It was so quick, I was able to get some other shopping done in the store before I had to go pick up my kids from school.

First time in there and I was alittle lost but I found what I was looking for. Some employees (cashier) looked happy while some seemed grumpy so I didnt want to ask them where the set of ornaments was.

I ran into Michaels this evening about 5pm, knew exactly what I wanted but not where it was, I asked the young girl behind the counter where I could find it but she wasnt sure. She gave me several options but neither of them turned out to be where the item was. I returned to the counter and another young clerk was there. By now it appeared that the original clerk was on the phone, they were drinking pop, I asked again where the item was, neither clerk offered to help me, told me if I didnt find the item, then it wasnt in the store and no, they didnt no it or when more would be ordered. Pretty darn sad service. Guess Ill try Hobby Lobby tomorrow.

Nice big and clean for a Michaels. They have good quantity and variety. A great craft store for paper, beading and kids crafts. Convenient spot in Marketplace. Its one of the top 2 craft stores in our area.

I am cheap. Crafting can be expensive so having their app and available coupons is always a plus.My only complaint is the changing of where a customer picks up the orders from the online purchases that get pulled in store. Its changed at least twice and I was provided incorrect information both times from staff.What I do enjoy is not being pestered by staff but having enough availability for help when you need it.

Not my favorite place but I can usually find what I need and the quality is way better than Hobby Lobby. They have good sales frequently. Easy to get to with lots of parking. The employees know their way around the store but dont seem to enjoy the job that much, not that they are unfriendly just not all that happy it seems. Prices are good even when not on sale.

The store is nice, but some of the staffs are not that good. I took my kids to their summer art class, it supposed to be fun and the price is reasonable. But the girl who hosted the class is very bad, she is cold and not helpful, the kids did not enjoy it at all, she did not help the kids to learn how to make slime, she just gave the kids the slime and told them to play with it... I feel bad for Michael’s to have an employee like that, what a waste! The art class is such a good idea and cool for the kids during the summer. We will not return to the class anymore, hope they will improve the service.

Always well stocked with great variety in their selections. Love how well organized the store always is and easy to find clearance and sale items that are obviously priced at low enough prices to get the merchandise out the door. Not like some stores who advertise clearance and sale items and then barely reduce the price by 10% just to get you into their store.

A lot of discounts and the prices of things are really cheap. The staff is friendly, expect one older woman the one with the short hair and her glasses. The store is well stocked and its pretty cute stuff. i got a lot of my wedding stuff here for really good prices.

Its great but I spend a lot of money in there when I go about 1-2 times a month why cant you give out coupons that dont expire? I dont want to go thru and do the surveys to get them I spend 2-400 every time I walk thru door in fact it pisses me off to do them!

While it always feels love me this store is mid transition from something to something else, the staff are always friendly and helpful.

What can be said about this place? Lets get the most obvious question out of the way: hobby lobby of Michaels? Selection is similar, but Michaels does not have fabrics. Everything else is very similar. Michaels also offers framing services, they do classes and such. Overall the products are same and selection is similar, even if quantity is less than hobby lobby.Customer service here is not too bad, something that is expected from a big box store.And why does this place smell like cinnamon all the time?

I just purchased some scrapbook paper. Then I went to to another craft store and they had 4 for 1.00 so I rather regret buying at your store.

They have a little bit of everything for sewing, crafting, t-shirt making, etc.. not one of my normal stops but they had the heavy duty Velcro I was looking for.

Friendly and very personable. I was greeted and asked if I needed help immediately as soon as I walked in. Products were easy to locate as well as stocked very well and orderly.

Bought all my Christmas present yarn for 7 queen size afghan last year. The bigger yarn to do with my hands since I have bad hands and cant hold needles. But they down sized so bad that when I went on Sunday I could only get 10 skeins for one afghan to have a pattern. Its sad since last year I walked out with 70 skeins at one visit. Went on line to order and rude to not even return text or phone call. NO AFGHAN FOR CHRISTMAS THIS YEAR.
