Seriously, how do you not love this place, staff are exstreamly polite and knowledgeable. And really if you are living in Montana they really do have everything you might want or need for success.(Good people) a five star ⭐.

Customer service was absolutely amazing. My husband and I frequent at the NW North 40. This week, neither of us were feeling well and decided to use the pick-up option for some dog food. They were quick, friendly, and we even got a cute envelope with a thank you in it. We were so impressed! Our experience at North 40 has always been great but this was comforting!

I love this store so much! Its always been my favorite. I worked there a few years back between college semesters. It was a great experience as an employee. Ive never had a bad experience as a customer. And over the years Ive come to meet and know several employees from the retail side as well as corporate-ALL are upstanding, outstanding, and wonderful people. Rest assured, they have what you need and have the employees ready to assist you with a smile. Ten stars!!

First time being in a North 40 and there customer service was amazing. Had quite a few people ask if we needed help and they were all super polite.

Just traveling through town and needed some camping stuff. If you find yourself in the same situation this is the place to go. Clean, well stocked and has about everything you might need for camping, fishing, tools, automotive, and your farm! Prices a bit more than on the east coast. Best hardware section of any store in town. Gorgeous fly shop with incredible selection of flies and fly fishing equipment. If you like spin/bait casting, theyve got you covered too. Friendly staff throughout the store will help with whatever questions you have from horses to sucks, to gardening, to apparel, or guns and ammo

They didnt have exactly what I was looking for, the young guy waiting on me, checked their competition for the product and told me where to look. I will recommend them to anyone, the service is second to none!

The new store is huge and has a wide selection of products. The pet department is awesome. We are in between seasons and the womens clothing department was sad. No Carhartt except for work wear either.

Local to the northwest of the United States. The associates will go above and beyond to make your experience in the store a pleasant one. The store is always stocked with merchandise and its always clean. Dont miss grabbing a cup of coffee at the coffee bar near the camping gear.

This store has been in place for about a year. It is a SUPER ranch and outdoor Store. Throughout the store there is quality and wonderful products for the ranch and home. We like to just go and look in see what they have. It is very very great store. The staff is especially friendly and helpful. We found our shopping experience at North 40 outfitters to be efficient and a fun excursion.

North 40 is a great ranch and sporting goods store. Most everything you need is available in there. I live in Alaska and I wish we had one of these stores.

This store has a little bit of everything, its like a huge general store. I generally go here for firearms and ammo but have shopped here for many miscellaneous items. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Today they even did a price match on an item I purchased.I love that they recently put a new store location conveniently close to home and they even put another local business inside ( AMP-Amys Morning Perk☕)Make sure to stop on by, you wont be disappointed ‼️👍👍

I love going to the North 40 West Great Falls location. Connor is one of the best bow men in the state. The archery department is better than any Scheels or Cabellas, and is on par with a proshop.

Go. Its an upbeat place to shop! Large variety of products. Helpful staff available to answer questions. First weekend of lifting of state ordered mask - many people unmasked. Dogs on leash are welcome in this store.

The place was awesome, I felt like a kid in a toy store for the first time!!!!😃 I looked left , right, down isles could not get enough of all the good stuff to see. My daughter had to try and keep pace with me and Im the one with the heart condition lol. I was able to buy some really nice things for family back home as gifts from my visit to Great falls. Was looking for guns to purchase. Not a very good selection. The ones they did have were brands I never heard of. Of course they vary the more popular American made brands but not the styles or models I was looking for.

Never have an issue when we go in there. Always helped but dont feel harassed! Everyone is very knowledgeable of not only products but location of where things are and helpful with tips and tricks!

The epitome of One stop shopping everything from clothes, to guns, to boats, to livestock feed, to trailer axles you name it they probably have it. All in a well lit, and never crowded configuration. If you could only have one store in your town this would be the one to have.

They have about everything that you need for at home and ranch projects. They have trained their staff very well. With this come slightly higher prices, but the knowledgeable information and wide availability makes it worth the trip.

Only two problem with them. Store hours to short. And center of store is not well organized.

I love this store and their great selection. Its amazing how much they have for so many different things, and now this year, Ive found out that they have a fantastic greenhouse/garden area too. Customer service always seems available and competent which can be tough to find at some stores. Its definitely in my top 3 of favorite stores.

Don, in fun area was very helpful. CS area people were visiting, every employee that walked in that area. I was on dog food isle , needing help and no one would come over to see if i needed help, was there at at least 15 min. They just stood around talking.In the horse feed area, the guy stocking feed , greeted me very polite and helped me load 2 sacks of feed.The cashiers are very nice.Seems like a lot of employees would rather talk to each other, then help customers. Walked passed ladies in clothing section several times and they never greeted me. 2 were working together. Other stockers were coming out of the rooms, walking right by me, never greeting me.Seems like management is lacking professional training. Ive had the manager walk passed me and my husband several time and he would just be laughing with the young lady employee. CS should always be #1.Carry out young man, help was very polite.Ive decided to get my exact animal feed at Mt. View Co-op. They greet customers everything and load all the feed for you. Thats very good service.Please improve your service.
