Most Dollar General stores are great places to get shopping done quickly. The prices are reasonable for the most part. However, in Hoisington the management of the Dollar General store is discriminatory and has banned people without a reason other that not liking the person because of a persons appearance. The management is known for stereotyping and judging people claiming that they were acting suspiciously and claiming that they believed the shopper was going to shoplift even though there was no action to support such claims. On several occasions individuals have been permanently banned from the store when there was no crimes and there was not any disrespectful or harmful behaviors or actions committed by the individuals to warrant being banned. I would not suggest shopping at this branch in Hoisington for anyone but the other Dollar General stores that Ive shopped at are great stores.
