Called about COVID testing. Was given incorrect information and had to call back for clarification. I have NEVER experienced such rude behavior by a pharmacy before. I’m switching my account and encouraging my parents to do the same. The way the lady spoke to my mom is still shocking and I’ve had half a day to process and move on from it. There’s just no excuse. None.

If I could give a zero star review, I would. “Bryce” a manager at this store is not only rude but clearly out of touch with any sense of customer service. He told me that my balance rewards issue was MY issue and I would need to “call the number on the back of card. We don’t have anything to do with it.” I said I had been in the store multiple times and experienced similar issues with my balance rewards not coming up when my phone number is entered. There have been other times it has worked. My phone number on my app is CORRECT. He also stated that I was “probably entering the wrong information.” No Bryce, I wasn’t. Instead of being an out of touch “just here for the paycheck” employee, perhaps you should reach out to your district manager since this “happens all the time.” Your words, not mine. As for me, I’ll choose to have my Walgreens order filled online and delivered direct, and my balance rewards applied correctly. Unlike your store.

I have my usual items I watch for to catch on sale but fail lots since the pandemic hit

The staff was really helpful and made sure I was able to find what I needed. The prices were reasonable, and things were easy to find. They had a lot of good sales, so that was really nice.

This Walgreens is much like every other one across the country. Decent selection and also what youd expect with pricing. The only complaint we have is that depending on traffic, it can be difficult exiting the parking lot to the south. I would recommend entering and exiting on the west side of the parking lot.

A little bit of everything if you dont mind high prices.

Prices of items are not what they cost unless you are a club member.. club member pricing completely covers the real price up

Items were not shown to be limited purchase but was refused at check out. Dillons and Walmart both post their limits so why not Walgreens. Just lost two very good customers over this.

Inexpensive for great quality items.

I was waiting in line for 15 minutes totally ignored they waited on three other people that was in line behind me. I must be invisible dont go get scripts unless you have an hour to waste. Because they dont wait on you until everyone else have left then it is still slow service. Dont call and wake me up about scripts when you dont give my drugs until everyone else is waited on and then maybe as an after thought
