This is craft and hobby heaven with everything from paints to picture frames from models to set-around-Chachki-stuff. An amazing selection of artificial flowers and vases to put them in. One note - the checkout process is SLOW… But that’s OK this is a craft store and they’re just not in a big hurry! Enjoy!

Very friendly and helpful! I had several large items that were cumbersome to return. They came to my car and helped me with a cart and then again at the register. This is a great hobby lobby! (My only less than favorite thing is that their carts are the older smaller ones. Not great for shopping)

My experience at the particular store was horrible. Being followed by staff was just uncomfortable for me. I suppose I should be use to this being black. Although I am not and wont get use to it. Ive literally see stores robbed because they decided to put their security focus on one individual. And that one individual tends to be me. I dont dress like someone who needs to steal. I dont speak like I havent had an education I dont walk like I dont have a purpose. But yet time and time again in places like this one black people are subject to bias and never the benefit of the doubt. Certainly not because of something I have done but simply because Im black.

It was hard to find someone to help you find anything. I havent been to Hobby Lobby in a really long time and I bought something there and it was messed up when I opened up the box. Now I have to return to the Hobby Lobby again to do a return.

First time going to hobby lobby in grapevine and won’t be coming back very creepy staff the whole time I was shopping I was being followed by this guy (employee) just made me feel really uncomfortable literally every aisle I was on he would be behind me. Then at check out I had purchased things marked as 40% off and I was charged full price for them... other then that the store was clean and organized but the customer service was just not there and that was it for me to never want to go back I would highly recommend the HL in hurst.

Always polite and helpful. My only complaint would be that their sale stickers are misleading at times. I have checked out a few times thinking i was getting sale price for items were full price. Dont mix full price items with yout sale items would be my advice....

Tons of stuff you cant get anywhere else!

The are always stocked and its pretty clean the lines get quite long but same does any retail establisment. Not too much being done to keep clean (covid). Baskets are wiped but masks are required there are stickers done for social distancing but never enforced.

I usually love spending time in any hobby lobby it usually feels so relaxing and welcoming through any season.This hobby lobby unfortunately is one of the bad ones... I was super disappointed in the behavior of the sales associate and the rude behavior she has towards my mother and I as well as the lack of inventory through out this place.

Customer service is great on the floor but I should not have to tell the employee what items are on sale when I get to the counter. The last 2 times at this store I have had to make sure I didnt pay full price for items advertised as 50% off because the employees didnt know.

Up until the last few months I had never been to a Hobby Lobby.I love it there!!What I dont love is some of the larger items are way over priced for their quality. I saw a beautiful bohemian style tall chest of drawers with different colored drawers. Totally in love. They wanted over $100 for it. The drawers were stuck, many broken. No way, $50 maybe for all the fixes it would need to be functional.I also dont love their cashiers. Many seem impatient, antisocial, unfriendly.I wish they had signage so you knew where things were. The more you come here the more familiar you get with it though for a newbie is not very user friendly.The store is clean and set up beautifully in terms of displays.

They even stock some things I havent been able to find at my local art supply store. Their canvas stock is unbelievable in sizes & prices. This store was really well stocked. Ive been looking for a certain brush for weeks without success, but I found it today in this store & it was 50% off. Theyve got my business & their weekly 40% coupon will save me money. I love the variety of Hobby Lobby, but it seems the lines always move very slowly. They offer good sales, and a weekly coupon, but do not allow multiple coupon use as Joann does. Overall, its a great craft shopping experience.

Went to get some silk flowers for a funereal vase for my mothers memorythey have a great selection and when i got to the checkout there was a very nice discountand the cashier was very nice

I would love to buy and create new spaces. And then there are oodles of crafts that I can make! There is a large selection provided for almost everything you can imagine making, including even more creative projects you havent thought of yet. And there are always weekly sales! Enjoy!!

They have an isle for every painting. Want an isle of paintings of France - they have it. Want an isle of paintings of cows- they have it.

Best selection in the area for arts and craft supplies and staff is always friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that they dont use sku codes so your checkout receipt doesnt give itemized descriptions. Makes it difficult to check correct pricing with a multitude of items and might be helpful for tax deduction reasons. Other than that this store rocks!
