Staff was so helpful and educated. They were Annie to help me in picking the right fabric for my first upholstery attempt! It turned out beautiful!

Large selection of fabrics and everything you need from your sewing needs.On top of having everything you need, their team members are so helpful and educating.I left with way more stuff than intended but thats okay... I thankfully know how to use it all.

Superb staff though I didnt like the fact that my 50% coupon was only usable on non-sale items..

My husband and I went to this location just for Halloween fabric. They had a really good amount to choose from! The employees at this location are really kind and helpful as well. My only complaint is that there’s not a Joann’s in Irving! Definitely prefer Joann’s over Micheals now. Much better shopping experience and selection in my opinion. :)

In Euless, the lady that took care of us was the bomb..very knowledgeable and took the time to answer questions and offered suggestions..she is truly an asset to Joannes Fabrics..

Selection seems to be diminishing. I have always loves Joanns but have had to start shopping elsewhere to get everything I am looking for. Hope they fix this issue. Staff is always helpful.

We found what we were looking for and at good prices. Plus a few more couldnt pass up deals that we were not looking for. The only issue was that their CC machine was not working very well they ran my CC so many times that my bank ended up canceling it.

I got something framed and the staff was attentive, helpful and friendly. They have great coupons so make sure you take advantage of them. My beautiful girlfriend took me here to get an old SI magazine of the Mets winning the 86 World Series framed. I figured, how much could it cost, right? $50 bucks? Wrong, amigo. Without coupon, $320. With coupon, $130. Ouch! Custom framing is expensive, boys! Bring your girlfriend and coupons. I havent gotten it back yet but Ill update with the finished product. UPDATE: I just picked up my custom frame, it looks fantastic!

Did not have what I wanted plus no one really cared that I was there. 2 employees rearranging the flowers and talking and one was on material side doing what I dont know. After wandering around store trying to find something that resembled what I wanted I stood at the table and someone there was cutting yardage for a client. She mumbled something then both customer and employee stated at me so I asked if she was talking to me. Another muffled word---- yes to me. Wearing masks does not help with spoken words believe me. She asked what I wanted and I told her and she said no dont have any. She then went back to cutting material. I felt like my business was of no importance in this store. This makes the 3rd time it has happened to me therefore I will NOT ever go back to that store,! Sorry for this report.

This store has seen some great improvement over time. The first time I visited, the ceiling was destroyed from rain or something. Now its cleaned up, and decorated nicely. I know where everything is every time. If I need help, the workers are pleasant. Usually no lines when I visit this location. No complaints

It is a chain craft store that meets most of your creative needs. The biggest thing I like about Joann Fabrics are the frequent sales, coupons, and discounts.

Great fabric and upholstery store! My husband was assisted by several store employees as he shopped, and was even shown how to get a 40% off coupon if he used his cell phone and went online. Saved him money on the materials needed to re-upholster a chair. Thanks ladies!The front of the store was in a bit of disarray compared to usual, but Im assuming it was due to Christmas shoppers making a mess of things. Otherwise, great store, great staff 🙂

Helpful and friendly staff. I needed vinyl to recover a motorcycle seat. The lady that helped me said she had never done a seat like that before, but she knew to suggest marine grade vinyl and had a few other hints. She sold me twice the amount I needed (she made sure I knew it was too much) but her advice allowed me to only have to do it once.

Take down the CUSTOM FRAMING sign since yall no longer do it 😡

My go-to for craft supplies. The employees are all very knowledgeable and happy to help. Theres at least one sale going on every day. Its not the cleanest store, but its not disorganized or disgusting. Just a little cluttered.

Employees at this location were SO sweet! They also offer so many different types of fabrics, way more than hobby lobby! I would definitely come back and shop here again.

I love this store. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. I love the sales and the different varieties of items available. Since we do not have a Joanns in my direct area this is always my number one go to store.

It was fine I found what I was looking for and it wasnt overly crowded. They werent all that friendly but I didnt need them. Im just used to being greeted by the staff and that didnt happen at all.

Best described as organized chaos. Shelves decent stocked, a few bare areas. Check out was interesting as each cashier seemed to float between tasks despite line of people waiting.

The selection is huge and the employees seem interested in the products and prijects of customers. I dont like how everything is marked up, having to pull out your phone and look up a 40% daily coupon is really annoying.

Maybe they are better when there is not a pandemic going on, but during this time, the Grapevine location is horrible! My first dealings with them were when I ordered some fabric online for curb side pick up. It took two weeks for my 4 total yards of fabric to be ready. I understood that things are crazy and everyone was using a whole new system to life. I ordered 2 more yards from a different location during these two weeks and my order was ready the same day. I also ordered a sewing machine from an out of state location and it was ready the same day as well. When my Grapevine order was ready to pick up, they couldn’t find my order for a while. They just seemed so unorganized!My second dealing with this location was this last week. Unfortunately the sewing machine that I bought (from the out of state location because machines were impossible to find locally) was malfunctioning. I put in emails to the manufacturer and Joann’s corporate concerning this. After attempting to have the issue fixed through the manufacture with out success, I decided to return the machine to Joann. Their corporate tech support informed me that I could return it to any location for a full refund. Since I work near the Grapevine location, I went there. When I walked in the door, a employee at the cash register was yelling very loudly and gruffly at a customer concerning her method of payment. I proceeded to get in line and she (The employee) stopped yelling at the customer, turned to me and told me she hoped that I didn’t think I could return a sewing machine to the store! I let her know that it was defective, that I had already gone through all other ways of fixing the issue and that I had an email from Joann corporate that stated I could return to any store I wanted. She rolled her eyes, called the manager from her ear devise and griped about my inability to follow instructions and what should she do? She was told that I could return else where because they don’t sell sewing machines. Pretty sure they do, but a defective return is a defective return. It is not going to be up for sale again anyway! I didn’t have time to argue with her, so left. After I left work that day, I drove to the Denton location and was allowed to return the machine AND got an apology for having to deal with a broken sewing machine.First, why do you have an exceptionally rude employee working for you and secondly, the manger could not be bothered to come and discuss my issue, he/she just left it up to the rudest, grumpy lady to take care of the issue!? Looks like grapevine needs an management change at their location!!

All thing crafty is why I like Joann Fabrics, they have a fair selection of yarn which is what I was looking for.

Plenty to choose from. Lots of ideas. Shopping for a project and found exactly what I needed. The store was laid out perfectly with lots of room for moving around. Where your mask!

It looked like a tornado hit this store. Shelves empty, dirty floors, etc. And items listed as doorbusters were ridiculously expensive.

I havent been into a JoAnns in forever!! I had no idea they had so many different things. I really just thought it was fabrics and sewing equipment, which is actually why I went into this one, to my surprise they have all kinds of decor items for the house. So so many cute little items for fall, plus all kinds of sales. Yes this place specializes in fabrics, sewing machines and everything that goes with that but they have so much more! I definitely recommend stopping by here if you like Hobby Lobby, Michaels or other craft stores!

I bought my fabric item in Lewisville they don’t have enough for me to buy, but they said in grapevine had it, so I called grapevine and ask if they can check for me to make sure they have it... the lady answered the phone cutting me in the middle and said you have to come and check I can’t help you with that. I thought that’s Joan policy . I was not happy... I called Frisco ... the lady help me was so amazing... she tell me exactly what I’m looking for.. I don’t know what to say, but grapevine has really bad customer management ... I hope I don’t have to go there ever

Sign on an end cap says 40% off. There were no other type items on the end cap. Halloween related. Looked like everything in the store Halloween related was 40%offBought two items. Rang up regular price. I paid but upon examining receipt before I left cashier area, I questioned why no discount. Very rude cashier told me I was wrong.He didnt bother to go look, but I did, after i paid. Sign thereTook picture. Stood in line again since there was only one cashier. Showed him picture. He said it must be a mistake. I pointed out that he should honor anyway. He THEN went & looked. Came back with sign. Said it didnt apply to those items & that sign shouldnt be thereI said so your customers should just know that?He shrugged shoulders.Refused to honor.I asked for and got refund & left.Last time Ill shop there.Horrible customer service & attitude.If I could give 0 stars, I would. And it seems Im not the only one whos had a bad experience..

While I managed to get my supplies, I was very disappointed in the lack of mask enforcement for customers. I wont be coming back here unless management grows a spine and gets customers to protect each other and themselves.

We have visited this place couple of times in past week (during weekdays in the evening) and there was less crowd and ample parking place available right in front of the store. Staff were polite, helped us with questions on products. We were looking to buy material for the quilt like padding, fabric and other needed stuff. They helped us with coupons on their website too. The fabric selection is good athough some of the stuff that we saw online and liked is not in stock at the store.Overall Id definitely recommend Joann for your craft fix.

Slowwwww, not enough workers if your getting fabric prepares to stand in line. I asked for help and was told they would send someone over and I never got that help.

The lady behind the counter was so nice! She reminded me to use my app to save more money with coupons. She saved me an extra $15!!! They have such good clearance and after holiday sales! I was getting 75% holiday items!!

Ordered online since it is my FAV store and due to pandemic can only do curbside pickup. Spent over an hour online looking for some crafts to do and website says same day pick up. Finally I place my order and receive email right away saying my order was received and being worked on and would get an email stating when to come pick up. 5 hours later still no email so we call the store and was told it would be a week! Are you kidding me!!! Why not state that online when you place order or on the confirmation email I received. For a week wait I could have ordered off of Amazon or Walmart and actually received same product faster. I ordered from JoAnn since I go there every week (before pandemic) and buy craft supplies. It def needs to state a week wait and not same day pick up! Very misleading and disappointing!

Dear Jo-Anns,My wife just had the worst customer service experience in your Grapevine, TX location with the manager, Chris B. So I thought I would tell you the story.Background: My wife is a second grade teacher who loves Jesus and one of the nicest, most caring people that I know.She had purchased some items and realized half way home that the cashier had charged her for an item that she did not purchase. So she turned around with a toddler to come back to the store and get it refunded. When she got back to the store, she spoke with the manager who was checking people out (there was about 15 people in line). She quickly told him the situation and asked if someone could fix the problem so that she could get our son home since it was the cashiers fault. Manager: There were a lot of people ahead of you so you need to get to the back of the line. (In rude tone)My Wife: Cant you see what I am saying, you guys messed up and I shouldnt have to wait, especially with a toddler. Manager: No, I dont see what you are saying. (In a rude tone) My Wife: You are being very rude. Manager: You are the one being rude, trying to bully your way to the front of the line.After he finally checked her out, she was signing the receipt and he said, You cant even sign it right. So she called and left a complaint with corporate. Then I called to ask him to apologize to my wife.Manager: She wouldnt get to the back of the line.Me: I dont care, you are the manager and you work in customer service. You need to have professionalism.Manager: Maybe I could have handled it better, I tend to get testy with people that are rude to me first.Me: Are you kidding me? You cant talk to people like that. I dont know how long you have been managing that store, but you certainly have a lot to learn.Manager: Are you done?Please do something about this. If you need more to the story, please get in touch with me and I can give you my wifes information. Store does not enforce any type of mask rules. They seem to put profit before the safety of their customers and employees.

Outside standing in line to get in the store. Was informed by an employee they do not clean the carts until the end of the day, so I am not sure why they limit how many can enter the store.

Had construction going on. Lots of items out of stock. Cashier was insistent that we knew they closed in 1 hour. If it would have been within 30 minutes we could understand but everyone that came in right after us was also pretty frustrated that we were made to feel rushed with so much time remaining.

I went knowing the type of fabric I needed for a project with just a little swatch of it. I know little about fabric. My daughter picked out a cute fabric for one side and we showed an employee the fabric I wanted and she found us a perfect complimentary color in the fabric we were looking for. It was a great experience and with a coupon it was a great price!

When the website says this location has an item Im looking for, but I cant seem to find, Id prefer someone to actually help me possibly look for it not just tell me you dont have it. You should probably do some inventory check of some sort. No number keying or even lookup was done and the girl didnt even really know what it was I was looking for. I know for a fact while she was on the radio no one was on the isles looking to confirm that the item is not in stock. A little more effort would have been appreciated even if it turned up nothing.

It is always exciting to go to Jo-Anns. So many wonderful things to choose from, and so much inspiration. Friendly staff, clean facilities, quality products... Never want to wait too long to go back, you could miss out on something good.

The ladies at the fabric cutting counter very much hate their job. Maybe just find a new job instead of souring the joy of everyone around you. Also note that gossiping about how much you hate your job on your in-ear radio while a customer is asking you a question.... probably not the best idea.

A very helpful and friendly person at the cutting table. The person on the register is slower than molasses in January going uphill. 6 people in line and no one is coming to open the other register.

I love coming here, the coupons are great and they stack. The hobby choices are fantastic ( quilting, sewing, crochet, knitting, loom crafts, home decorative items, jigsaw puzzles, scrapbooking, flower arranging, reupholstering fabrics... They have so many things to do I think thats where Id go in the apocalypse. Lol

Great selection of fabrics and craft items. They offer servicing for Husqvarna sewing machines as well. Public restroom is clean. The employees are friendly and will usually help you get all of the applicable coupons and discounts.

Staff was not friendly and didnt want to be helpful.I had an item that didnt have a price on it. After tracking down a few different employees trying to find a price, I talked to a store manager. It was a returned item, with no tags, and it wasnt in new condition. I had a project in mind to repurpose the items, but I dont think she was interested in selling them. She said they werent on sale with other like items and gave me a price that seemed unreasonable for in perfect condition merchandise. I chose to leave it at the store.

This JoAnn needs some love. Its very outdated and it just seems sad. I went in during what should be peak hours and there were only a handful of other customers. The quilting section is a huge mess but the embroidery threads were well stocked. I could get over the general sad feeling of the store if the employees were a bit more cheerful and things were tidy.

Great prices, and the lady that helped me was great.
