This store is undergoing a whole bunch of changes, the layout is going to be entirely different. Theres a lot of moving of fixtures and merchandise so things dont look perfect just yet, but theyre doing a great job of keeping things tidy during the changes. Couldve put up more signage to let customers know where the departments theyre looking for went...but, all in due time. Store was going downhill fast before they gave this store to manager Joshua. Since hes been there its gradually gotten better and better.

Most WalMart stores are now remodeled which is very nice. I just need to learn where things are again. 😁

They are remodeling. So be aware that items have gotten moved around to accommodate the new fixtures. The only thing I hate is the cashiers getting mad at customers. Either that have have a hard time finding what they need at closing or understand little English. No way to treat customers. She yelled at a couple the other night.

Wow - I havent been in a while--- They are in, what I believe, to be the last stages of a remodel. They have moved the aisles around - made some much more narrower and changed locations of many things. But they have an app if you cant find something, your phone can tell you. They have added a BEAUTIFUL new refrigerated section with glass doors. They have redone the floors - now its a nice shiny cement look. Go Walmart!

You need to have more time to go to this Walmart for shopping. But you will get all the items that you will need. Always a great place where I can buy all things at one place.

This place stays busy & crowded. It runs out of alot of boxed & bagged items/foods very quick so make sure you get there early. The best thing is their fresh foods which they tend to quite a bit.

I asked customer service to give my tax exempt ID card so I can buy stuff for resale and they refused to give to me 4 different times. When. I asked for Manger she said our system is done. It is hard to believe during 4 weeks their system is done and they didnt get it fix.

This has not been my favorite Walmart for years. Today seemed better and did not hate going there. At least the shelves were well stocked with items I needed.

I absolutely detest this Walmart. I try to only go in case of quick needs. For full shopping, I would suggest Irving or another location. Food items are often dented, damaged. Broken items in aisles, very little staff, nothing is ever in the right location. Scanners would be so helpful.

Sorry to gush over Walmart but this is one of the cleanest, well stocked stores I have ever visited. The employees are friendly. And now they are upgrading the floor to make it even nicer. I will travel the 20 miles from my house to shop here.

Ellen at deli department, she was very helpful. Also the ladies at the pharmacy, was helpful, I was out of town and they help me refill my prescriptions. Definitely, will come back here, when, Im in the area. Thank you for your great customer service.

A nice and clean store with one atop shopping. Walmart has changed its appearance for the better. But if you are not that mobile wheelchair is recommended because its a big store.

I literally go there every other day. I can say that the majority of the staff isnt super friendly. I went to the Walmart Super store in NRH a few days ago and everyone was very helpful and friendly,must be better management there.

This is one of the best Walmarts there is in the Dallas area. Despite the other reviews stating the poor management and customer service, anyone with at least half a brain should understand things could be worse than your coupon not working for $2.00. Not only that, AP is just doing their job just like every other employee in the store. Im hispanic, and I yet to have anyone accuse me of stealing just because of my skin color. One register open? Yeah, its a little upsetting, but remember folks, patience is a virtue. Price not ringing up properly? Well, it probably hasnt been updated, and they dont always do online price matching, and sometimes things get moved around. Even if I find that they arent in stock of something I normally get, I dont complain, I just go find it somewhere else, because it isnt their fault. Plus, I havent had any rude cashiers or anyone for that matter. The only reason why they might be rude to another customer, is probably because that customer has no common sense and is being an a** themselves. Some of you customers need to start respecting the people who help and work at these stores for you. Learn some respect people.

Walmart has been getting worst and worst, but this location takes the cake. Constantly out of products and practical forces you to use their economy destroying self check out machines! Ive given them plenty of chances to improve, but they dont seem to care for my business or yours.

Pretty good place, best prices around, super friendly staff that did everything they can to help me find what I was looking for. Could be a bit cleaner tho. Ive also seen the lady cleaning the carts... Didnt rly clean them, just slightly sprayed a few... During Corona that should be a priority!

They are doing some major renovating, so if you are really wanting to test your life management skills (i.e., sanity), go up there and try to shop with a three-year-old in your cart and a constant grinding sound of jack hammer in the background.I’m pretty sure my eardrums were bleeding by the time I left. I almost bought earplugs just to get through the experience.

I had bought a ps4 giftcard for 25 dollars and when i came home and redeemed it the card said that it can not be redeemed i had spent alot of time raising that money so i can buy my favorite game and now it doesn’t work i believe that one of the cashiers had messed up on the card and made it unavailable because on the other 2 ps4 cars i had bought worked perfectly fine.

I order from Walmart online quiet a bit and it has always been a pretty good experience, today I placed an order for Pickup. Pickup check in was fast, when they brought my order to my car I noticed they didnt have anything in bags except the large container of Laundry Detergent. (The only thing that you wouldnt bag) My order included 16 glass bottles of Starbucks Frappuccino, I guess they thought I could just make multiple trips from my car into my house and up stairs to my kitchen. Most stores lately are filling bags to the point where you cant carry them, some stores even have signs behind each register urging them to overfill the bags. I havent heard anything about a plastic bag shortage. Today was my first pick up order with Walmart and it will be my Last, I am not carrying an order in a couple of items at a time. Theyre dirty, never have enough employees to help you with any questions or where to go & we bought 2 cakes & they forgot to pull the plastic off the bottom or the toppers and the writing is so small it might as well be on a cupcake! Also we ordered 48 cupcakes & only got 24 that were random and werent mickey mouse themed like we ordered, & when we asked for a manager they said no one was available, Total fail! Im glad I live in Southlake now so I dont have to go to this one anymore! Get your act together, we need to be organized & clean now more than ever!

Prices are great, employees park their carts in the way of customers shopping. They seem to think you are in the way. NEVER enough cashiers so you will use self check out.

Like alot of places right now,they were out of everything I needed except 1. I was looking for long sleeve shirt,just not alot of choices. It was clean and alil busy but not to bad for 9:00at night.parking lot was darker than alot of Walmarts though.

The store has about anything you need. I’m a big fan of the online grocery shipping but it amazes me how frequently a common item is “out of stock.”

Shelves are empty most of the time and the refrigerated and frozen food isles are never stocked and empty every time I go. Parking lot stays filthy most of the time. The employees look so unhappy and look exhausted. Their garden department is horrific . They need someone who knows about plants and even talked to a vendor and they even said they wished they took better care of the plants they stock. You never can find help if you need it, is anyone working anymore ? Very little cashiers and I guess we are all expected to check ourselves out. The produce is lacking. You may be saving a little in money but you get what you pay for ...cheap stuff...and it shows in the quality of food they put out.

Yes, great prices, and lots of selection. But way too big and overwhelming. A nightmare slog from the time you find the one way to get in there from the labyrinth of highways to parking in the megalot till you escape. Its like being trapped and running around for way way too long to get a few things. Then you get shackled and burn even more of your time because there is only 1 register open and self checkout is 1+ blocks long !

As always, nothing is in the correct spot where the tags are, and no in-store scanners, so you have no idea how much something will cost before you get to the checkout. Even the online barcode scanner in the app doesnt work right anymore. This is why I go to target, it usually ends up costing me less in the end, because I can make sure Im grabbing the sale stuff instead of the overpriced stuff out in that spot as a bait and switch.

Oddly this Walmart is suddenly empty and lacking very basic stock. The only thing I can liken it to is a store that will soon be closing. Whole shelves were empty (canned fruits, insect repellent, and clothing). Also for several months theyve not stocked the Boathouse Carrot Juice that I buy near daily. (I buy 10 bottles MINIMUM, per week from that location) Its odd. Idk if it is poor local management, corporate inconsistencies, or just over all neglect. I have never loved Walmart but shopped begrudgingly because the items I needed were always in-stock, plentiful, and at the lowest price. Recently Walmart has shown not only can I, but I will have to shop elsewhere even if it is inconvenient, to purchase my needed items. Meh

Only postting low stars due to construction/remodeling making it extremely difficult to find anything. Im sure it will be wonderful when it is complete, but until then it is quite a chaotic mess.

Hello and good evening. Earlier today my family member and I visited the Walmart Supercenter in Grapevine, TX where we were racially profiled as we exited the store causing major embarrassment and shame upon us. Id been in the store for a pretty substantial amount of time due to having to return an item, but most of it was being dealt with by costumer service. The AP/security department of Wal-Mart, after watching us in the customer service area, took it upon themselves to block us from leaving the store and questioned us about a receipt for items that were clearly just paid for/returned. When asked why we needed to show a receipt, we were met with sarcastic remarks and by this time had been humiliated over an $8 exchange. The reps who we interacted with were a trainee whos name is unknown, but was under the direction of Wanda and Brian who all 3 ended up hemming us up over accusations. While interrogating us the trainee was even trying to joke and make like of a already volatile situation thus further provoking the situation. When asked whether or not it had to do with the color of our skin neither rep responded and proceeded to say that they had to do it. Although these women had seen us in the store already, we found that Brian had called and told them to stop us off of his own bias. He came later on to front stating hed questioned customer service prior to us even speaking with him or letting us know that he had a problem, indicating us being watched the whole time. Theres no reason for us to have been humiliated in this fashion. This has replayed over and over in my head. I am a public figure in the area and a bank employee. If stealing was something that I would have been convicted of, this would have cost me a job and tarnished my reputation. Im embarrassed and I cant stop replaying this horrible experience in my head. Me and my Family member have been distraught ever since and the apology from the AP team was not sincere and the actions were intentionally done. Please reach out to me asap to see how this matter will be rectified because Id like corporate to do an investigation on the individuals involved.

I am giving this store of 5 only because they have really cleaned up their act in the last year so. The store appears to be a lot more neat and orderly than it has been in past years. How ever, they have got to do something about opening more registers for full service. It is absolutely ridiculous at times, when there are only 1 to 2 full service registers open.There are lines of people that are probably going to spend an extra 30-45 minutes waiting to get checked out.

On a scale of Wal Mart to 10, I still think Wal Mart is too generous a ranking.

This is not one of the best run Walmart. Every time I go here theres lots of merchandise stacked in the aisles waiting to be put on shelves.The grocery section seems to be organized better than the rest of the store.On my last visit, I was in the mens clothing section, and found that about 20% of the shelves were empty, out of stock. This was pretty surprising, because it was common items I was looking for.As compared with other walmarts that Im in reasonably often, the store has issues.As usual with Walmart, the people are always very friendly and efficient. I think the issues here reside in management.

Didnt have any problems finding what I needed, but the only issue I had was the customer service. Never encountered someone as rude as I experienced there. I definitely will not be back to that location, theres plenty of other places that will be glad take of what I need. Thanks to keonna this location lost my customer services and Ill definitely spread the word so that nobody else has to go through what I did today.

Very nice manager of Money Gram: Margot helped me -- while the store was closing and other employees refused me -- to send the money urgently to the destination. She was truly professional, a very nice manager.

- Very unprofessional Customer Service.- Rude behavior toward customers.I found an item on Walmart App. showing a price only in-store. I found the item. The description written on the package exactly matched with Walmart App. But, the price scanner that the check out show much more expensive price. She agreed that Walmart App and the the package match but she said it was a system glitch and did not price match. She said is very RUDELY!!Why customers should pay for Wamart APP glitch or what so ever.If by any chance you had to deal with people at the store, you would better forget it. Frustration and disappointment are all you would expect there.

I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER ABOUT A PRICE BECAUSE THE ENTIRE CASE HAD A LARGE CLEARANCE SIGN ON TOP AND OUT OF THE OVER HUNDRED ITEMS WITH YELLOW TAGS THERE WAS 3 THAT HAD A MISSING YELLOW TAG AND BUT STILL RANG UP CLEARANCE EXCEPT THE ONLY ONE THAT I WAS ASKING ABOUT. I ASKED SALES PERSON TO PLEASE CALL TO SPEAK WITH A MANGER BECAUSE THEY HAVE KNOWLEDGEAND AUTHORITY HOW TO HELP AND INSTEAD SHE CALLS SOME ASSISTANT AND BEFORE HE GETS THERE SHE REMOVES THE LARGE CLEARANCE SIGN AND PUTS IT ON THE FLOOR. One register out of 29 open. 2 coupons were not recognized after scanning. Held the items up to cashier who just looked at us with a what do you want me to do look. Had to wait 15 minutes in service center line(only 1 cashier) for my $2.00 coupon refund. Ugh!

I shop at this Walmart 2 to 3 times a week, I am very disappointed with how the exchange/refund of air mattress is handled. Keona was super with helping out.. but there are no signs anywhere in the store stating that for a refund the box can’t be opened. Once I walked with keona to look there is a sticke on another brand but not the brand I have. I bought the air mattress less than 24 hrs I could understand the no refund but they wouldn’t even give me store credit for my purchase. Now I am in such disbelief that I want the refund now. I actually had everything that a customer should have and Walmart was unable to supply me with an evidence that supported why I could not get store credit or refund. Oh the sticker on another brand that I never even came to get🤬

Their selection is is great and employees are always friendly and willing to help. I often do grocery pickup and associates are super friendly and most of my items are usually in stock.
