Les Schwab Tire Centers never disappoint and this one is certainly true to form.With the colder weather we’ve been having my tire pressure warning light was going off and I was pretty sure I had a slow leak in my rear passenger tire so I went over to Les Schwab - the staff was really quick to listen and help. Luckily I didn’t have a slow leak at all and the topped up my pressure on three tires without batting an eye or charging me.This is why I tell everyone to buy their tires from Les Schwab. The give quality service 100%of the time .

I dont normally go to this Les Schwab I go to the one on 6th Street in Grants Pass I took a friend of this one to get her brakes checked it was very crowded but everything was fine

I have been a Les Schwab customer for over 50 years and I always buy their tires. I had lost a car in the fires and the car I got to replace it did not have Les Schwab tires. All I needed was air and tire balance. I think its important to note that I am 76 years old and partially disabled and use a cane. Which I got no consideration for. They were busy and told me the wait was 2hours. I had to sit in a straight back chair. I was very uncomfortable. After 2 hours and what looked to me like others were getting served that came in after me, I asked how much longer. That had not even touched my car yet. So they told me there were at least 6 cars ahead of mine. Which meant at least another hour or more. I was not happy. So I asked for my keys and left. I went to the north grants pass store and got in and out in less than a half hour. They were busy too. They were way more friendly and accommodating than this store on union.

This particular Lesschwab i do not like. For this is the second time I have been there and they just kinda shunned me off and were very rude. I paid for a brand new tire because they said the flat I had was no good, they never showed me what they were taking about, and I stood there waiting for an hour and a half while my truck was on the side of the road and I had a nice gentleman who gave me a ride waiting also. I will never go to this place again! They are not what Lesschwab stands for.

I had new rims put on my car at the Union Avenue location in Grants Pass. On the way home my husband noticed the car was shaking. This has happened to us before when we changed our tires somewhere else so we assumed they would need to be balanced a second time. It was close to closing so we turned around and were trying to hurry back to have it corrected and decided to call on the way. The women on the phone wanted us to schedule a different day to have it fixed however my husband explained we live a town over and would not be driving our car this way. I would like to give a huge shout out to Eric (I dont know his last name) for making the situation right and allowing us to come back and have it fixed right away. He was respectful, quick, and corrected the problem the second time around.

Fantastic service. Second time here while passing through for a trip and both times they went above and beyond to get us back on the road quick. Started with an air pressure check and found a blown inside tire on our motorhome. All safe and ready to roll now. Cant say thanks enough!

I’ve been to many Les Schwab tire centers across the west coast. Portland, Seattle, Northern Washington, and more. If I can, I always try to go to this one. Over the last 7 years I’ve always had excellent service, always much faster than any of the other LS shops, and the staff have been constantly welcoming and honest.

I’m late to work, my tire is almost flat! Call LS. “Come in well take a look.” In and out in 20 minutes, fixed flat, and they did me a solid and checked the other tire that was low, plus let me know the status of my, (you better get on those brakes done soon). No attempt to up-sell me or keep me for more services, since I was obviously late. Brakes done since and well, obviously they weren’t wrong. Solid service, equipment and promises, there’s no where else for tires.

Always a long wait, had a bad valve. Two weeks to get an appointment did go in this morning at 8 am it took till 9:30 to get it done. There where tree empty bays, need more staff.

Ill be honest I usually never give someone a bad review. Sad to say they always will try to scam you on brakes. They change everything even if you do not need it. $1700 later and Im kind of bummed they didnt ask first. This was not the first time it has happened either... Plenty of other shops that are not only honest but also way less expensive

Tonight I was trying to end a long day and swung through the Grange to get some things and I got a flat, with no spare.... I called them up and they sent someone to fill up my tire immediately so they could get it in the shop. Got in and out with no problems and was ultra light on my pocket! Thanks guys!

Went to get 4 new tires. Told the man that the NEW spare had been put in the front driver side. Shredded tire in the trunk. Easy enough to understand. When I get my car back my BRAND NEW spare had been taken off and the shredded tire still in my trunk. The guy changing the 4 tires didnt think. Wow. This one is new, maybe there are 4 OLD tires that needed replaced?? Or maybe the message could have been delivered in the first place. Not the Les Schwab it used to be thats for sure. Update: thanks for getting back to me about this error. I went back into the store before I left and a young man did take care of it for me promptly, Im sure it wont happen again.

This is a great story**But first need to start this off by saying Ive had so many horrible experiences at the Union Ave location in Grants Pass,that I have prayed it would close. Today, my opinion changed.Yesterday I was in Medford and stopped at the South Medford location to have a noise inspected. They came back saying I needed new brakes, so I had them replace my front pads. 5 hours and $551 later,Im heading home back to Grants Pass and had to slam on my brakes to avoid a near collision...my truck didnt stop. My brakes were failing. I called the store and asked what to do and I was told to turn around and come back. I asked if I could just take it to a location near my home and he said yes. That location is Union Ave. I called and made an appointment for today and thank the Lord I did. I complained of a noise to 3 separate locations over the last month or so and no one would bother helping me. Today, I met Terry. Terry was able to fix my brakes(Im not sure of the details but it sounded like the south Medford location messed up on a fairly easy problem) and he also noticed that noise coming from my control arm,which he tightened for me. This dude, hes a keeper. Hes got the best attitude, hes friendly, and knows his stuff. I dont know how you guys recognize people, but give him an award or an extra paid day off and send me the bill. He gave me back some peace of mind for my truck and I will tell everyone I know about him. That dude made my day and definitely would have gotten a handshake if it wasnt for Covid.

Website says front end alignment starts at $39, did front alignment with steering wheel/steering box off center. Said they did alignment but steering wheel still crooked. Told me I had wrong length tie rod/tie rod ends and no more thread on left side to make adjustments. I tried to explain steering was off center to the left, so it needed to be centered, then they could thread the tie rods to ends from a neutral position. Got no where with them. Kept telling me it wouldn’t work. Then gave horrible advice about how to center steering wheel not understanding that as long as the steering box was off center, the car will think I’m still turning, causing the traction control and abs to freak out. Then tried to charge $89 for a different alignment I never agreed to (he did ultimately only charge me the $39 to be fair). Spoke to manager and just went in circles. He said the guy who did my alignment has worked there for 20 years. What a joke.

Did a great job on my tire just took 4 hours make sure you go in the morning so you dont have to deal with long waits

Today is a special day, I went to my car to run some errands, and quickly realized my tire was low! Was heading to a gas station to fill up some air when I saw the Les Schwab, so I turned in there instead. The team here took care of me so quickly and professionally, I was out of there in no time! Josh was very quick, yet thorough, and explained to me what he found in the tire and that I was good to go. Thank you guys for the great service, awesome atmosphere, and getting me traveling safely again. Would recommend to anybody!!

Long story short took my truck across the street to the toyota dealer to diagnose a wheel wobble, told i needed bearings bushings controll arms ball joints rear axel bearing carrier bearing 2500 worth of work. Took it to les scwabb for ansecond opinion 400 bucks for ball joints and a tire ballance. Trucks like brand new drives straight no wobble no noise nothing wrong anymore. Took it to a third mechanic and he confirmed that the dealer was about to charge me for unnecessary repairs and les schwabb did an honest proper job. Did i mention they ballanced the tires for free of charge? The toyota dealer charged me 100 dollars just for looking and tried to get me for more...nice work les schwabb

I called on the phone and spoke to chris about changing my tires on our van with a used set that I had. He said it would cost $70. My wife brought the van in and was told the the set that I had didnt fit and that the tires on the van were old and needed replaced. They in fact did not need to be replaced as I just had it at another tire shop that said they were perfectly fine. I told Chris to put the tires they took off in the van and he did not. Not only did they overcharge my wife they also took the tires I wanted to keep. My wife was charged $500 for trash tires.they take advantage of women and they dont keep there word.please go Elsewhere I dont want to see any other women fall victim to this.

They did everything great, but i need to make it very clear they DID NOT WEAR THEIR MASKS CORRECTLY, they were merely over their mouth but not their nose, i have a elderly person i live with and it makes me feel very unsafe for myself but more importantly my loved ones. Keep that in mind when visiting the location.

I had my brakes done here, and after leaving the parking lot my truck literally rolled out through the stop sign and onto the street and would not stop. The brakes did not work! My boyfriend was driving thank god or I would have someones head for this. I am 8 months pregnant (my belly literally touches the steering wheel) and an accident could be much more than just that. Plus I have a 3 year old daughter who was with me as well! The mechanics at this shop put us all in danger. When we returned to tell them and have them fix it. We recieved a brief apology and reassurance that the brakes were now actually fixed and we were good to go! I cannot believe this happened to us, and even more so I cannot believe how much it was not taken seriously. I would strongly advise to anyone who values their safety and the safety of their family to not trust this place with something so precious. I am so grateful (and lucky!!) that we are all okay.

I have come in a few times getting air in my tires and getting some basic repairs. However, last night I was convinced I flattened a tire, and as a single mom just stressful. I called two minutes before they closed to ask if they would check ot for me, and they said they would. The mechanics were outside and so kind and came out to help me. Just so thankful for their excellent service and helpful attitudes.

I always use Les Schwab. Drive in get quick service and good products and you are on the way again.They are very courteous and polite. Treat you like you are an important customer whether you bring in a wheelbarrow tire for a patch or want a full set of new tires.I just got a new battery for my tractor. They had it, good warranty and it was quick and simple.I highly recommend them.

Had a blowout on the way home, they took care of it after about an hour and a half, which was on time for what they said. Fixed my mirror for free too which was sweet

I had never been to Les Schwab before and came in with a leaking tire that I had plugged about a year ago after getting a screw in it. I came in to get the tire replaced but the technician looked at it and informed me that I didn’t need a new tire and that they could fix it. I figured a fix would be cheaper than a new tire so I went for it. They did the whole thing for free! I was pleasantly surprised, the professionalism and integrity exhibited by the employees is top notch!

I called in to get a appointment to get a quote on my brakes as I was telling them my problems the mechanic I was taking to told me good luck on getting my abs and parking lite fixed and told me I dont need to worry about my brakes and refused to set up an appointment and was extremely rude for me asking questions and trying get my vehicle fixed I will be taking my business else where I do not trust a place that has mechanic that refuse to help and get your vehicle safe to drive they are very unprofessional.....

Speedy accurate service with a smile. The LesSchwab gentlemen still ran to my car when I pulled in...even though it was 22 degrees out. Within 6 minutes they had my tires and brakes checked for free AND gave me a quote for new tires in the least expensive category, a better tire category with double life and warranty (on sale), and a top of the line category.
