Minor body work and paint. Reserving repair time was easy, repairs and paint are flawless. Ryssa, the body shop manager, was a delight to deal with. Another great experience with Roe Motors.

Every staff person that I have dealt with has been friendly and courteous. The work that they have done for me has always been top notch quality. I’ve spotted the owner in the service department more than once and it’s clear that his employees like and respect him. I especially like that this is a family run business and not a big corporation. It’s truly a small town atmosphere at Roe Motors. I’ll be back

The repair manager Jeff was especially courteous. These people have great integrity. They were unable to do what I needed done and it was no charge, even though they spent some time working on my car. I was expecting pay $100.00 and did that make me feel good. These same people sold me tires a couple of years ago My neighbor told me that the people were very honest at Roe Motors and he was right. Good business and good people.

Roe service is awesome! I’ve used them multiple times for regular maintenance and when I’ve had issues. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Service is fast and really reasonable prices. I drive from Medford to go to them cause they are seriously the best!

I was here in Grants Pass, Oregon visiting friends and my brakes vacuum pump went out,my friend called Roe Motors because thats where he goes for all his automotive needs. Brent told us to come on down and they got us right in and the parts needed where on hand. They repaired the vacuum pump and got us on our way quickly.All the staff members at Roe Motors were very knowledgeable and friendly. In addition to the oil change , replacing wiper blades. my car was check out in all areas and given a clean bill of health.My car was washed cleaned and sanitized (no charge).Schedules are addressed in a timely manner and customers notified upon completion.Wonderful service from a dedicated, courteous, knowledgeable and professional staff..
