B&E Seal Coat Products are my go to supplier for equipment and various products. Their products are top notch and pricing is reasonable and competitive. Brad and Kim are very knowledgeable in this field and whenever I call if theyre busy, I always get a prompt callback. Alyssa their front office lady is also a great help when I order or pick up supplies, always friendly and not afraid to get out and get her hands dirty. I like that about a supplier I work with. Great job! This is the second time they have done my driveway. Weather was an issue but when the weather was right , they were here a couple of times to do a it. I am satisfied with this company and the way they do their business.

Brad, the owner, seems like an amiable guy intent on providing a good product and service. He owns the company that makes the actual sealcoating liquid. Communication was good and he was willing to lower his price because I did all of the prep work. He showed up with a crew of 4. They were fast, efficient and friendly. I would have given them 5 stars, but there was a lot of overspray on my lawn. In some places the sealer is 1 foot away from the asphalt. We live in a rural area and its clear from first glance that I only cut the vegetation next to my driveway. Calling it a lawn is definitely using the term loosely. I suspect that this might have influenced the person applying the sealcoat. On the plus side, I know that I have a thick coat right to the edge of the asphalt. Im quite certain that they would be far more careful on a manicured lawn.

This company is Amazing!! Above and beyond cant even explain how Kim and Brad have treated me from information to buying the right equipment.. This will be my Frist year on my own and when my pump went Brad was on it to find the right one to fit the plumbing that I already had because they no longer make the pump I had. I also ordered a 10 gal hot tar kettle and as soon as Kim heard they where on back order she took the one she had on the showroom floor WOW 👏like I said above and beyond will be down playing this company. 4/26/2019 PM (2) Stars - Brad stopped by today for an inspection and stated that they believed that the application was put on too late in the fall and that it did not have sufficient warm weather to dry properly (they scheduled). I was promised that they would return again in June to add another coat which should correct the problem. I will wait to finalize my review upon their return.4/26/2019 AM (2) Stars - B&E will take a look at the problem. To be fair I will defer judgement until the outcome of their review and suggested remedies. I appreciate their quick attention to this matter and look forward to receiving the results of their inspection. Upon corrective action taken I will adjust this review accordingly (stay tuned).4/24/2019 PM (1) Star - They did the work early October 2018 for $325 and in March 2019 it was severely worn off (picture below).June 2019 - They called me and scheduled an appointment to reseal my driveway. They were prompt and professional when working with very nice results. I appreciate their efforts to correct the problem as it demonstrated that they stand behind their work.September 2019 - Driveway still looking nice !!!

I started dealing with Brad a little over three years ago when I discovered his shop listed on Craigslist. My company is located north of Detroit over three hours away but, knew that it was worth the trip to go and check it out. since then I still make the trip out to pick up some of the supplies and materials that I need and am always beyond happy with my experience and his prices. His shop helper Andrea is one of the nicest people that I have ever Dealt with in my years of dealing with various sealcoat suppliers and can spend all day in there talking with her. even though it is on the opposite side of the state I will always make the trip out and get things I need for the season and will always recommend B and E to fellow contractors.

When B & E came and coated my drive way last year, I left a great review. Now a year later Im not very satisfied. I am left in the position that makes me feel that new customers are a priority and those that are in the paid file are not a priority. My seal coat didnt last a year, and I have been calling for 2 months about how my driveway is falling apart. Ive been told that someone would be looking at my drive way and calling me. I waited several weeks, and no one contacted me, so I called again. I was told someone would be in my area soon. It has been over 2 weeks and no response again. So I am left with a drive way that is falling apart and a lot of irritation that no one seems to care a whole lot. At this rate by the time I get them to respond and stand by their work and at least give me a call, it is going to cost me a lot of money to get my drive way repaired. Ridiculous. I hate calling a company out online like this, but I cant get any answers by phone and I have called 3 times and talked to 3 different people and have been essentially told that someone would be calling and no one ever does. I have been researching other companies, and I am regretting that I went here, and my husband felt I should have gone with who did it before where it lasted longer than a year. Just not impressed.In regards to your response to make it seem like the customer doesnt want to work with you, I never once said your seal coat made my driveway fall apart. Only when you seemed to bring that up during the phone conversation- that is when I mentioned that I am well educated and one of my minors is in Communication and not anywhere does it say that seal coat ruined my drive... And if that is what you picked out of that entire above paragraph, I will simplify it down for you- I called several times over 2 months. All I asked was for someone to look at the driveway because there were issues and what was applied last year fell apart and it looks bad. I was put off with a someone will be in your area soon. I waited patiently for that to happen, all the while my issue is getting worse. You really are horrible with your customer service if this is what you do to them. You cant blow people off and then get aggravated when they leave you a negative comment. Interestingly as soon as this was left (my comment) you decided to call me, finally, and not very politely, to discuss this posting. More concerned about your online image getting a negative review, you called right away. I have been calling since just after the snow melted. You can post your own little story about how I was more interested in telling me all the degrees you hold rather than having someone stop by and take a look, which was only mentioned because you clearly kept trying to insinuate that I posted in my review that your seal coat wrecked my drive, and I am not some idiot that doesnt have a grasp of the English language, nor am I some ignorant client that you can bully with that kind of accusation- deflecting about how you blew me off by making an accusation that I said your seal coat ruined my drive. Please re read that above paragraph. Why would I want someone who was not very pleasant, and basically gave me every excuse in the world why he couldnt just take a look and was very blunt in telling me well I want you to take down that review? Your communication skills are horrendous, and if all you are concerned about was the review I left why would I want you to come back? I have 2 family members that work for Rieth-Riley and they said my driveway was not at replacement stage. So, I definitely would not believe any recommendations you give. Seriously. All this entire posting is about your customer service skills and how it took me responding with a negative comment for you to finally call me. Wow.

Two years ago I started my parking lot striping business. B&E products INC. were a great help. Their, knowledge and expertise of the industry has helped me be successful from the start. I bought a Graco Striper and they even gave me a class on the best way to use it. I buy all my paints replacement parts, crack seal, asphalt patch from them. They are cheaper and the most convenient. They always have the product on hand. If I have a question on what product to use or how to apply. I ask them. They know.

B&E has a very easy to navaigate website, I always find what I am looking for withing minutes. I always recieved a tracking number and shipment arrived quick and on time.. I use to do research for the best prices but since B&E prices have always been lower than competitors I dont bother anymore. Buy your sealcoating equipment from B&E, you wont be disappointed..

I purchased two 5-gallon buckets of Safe Seal driveway sealer for my home driveway and was very pleased. PURCHASED A SPEED BANDING HOT RUBBER MACHINE FROM B&E ON 8/1/17. WHEN I WENT TO GREASE THE AXLE FOR THE FIRST TIME I FOUND THAT THE GREASE ZERT HAD NOT BEEN FULLY WELDED, OOZING GREASE FROM THE SIDES.
