What a refreshing reminder of classic customer service!

They could have said they didnt have in store pick up and given info on curbside pickup. Plus they didnt do the curbside like they said and I had to call a couple times to get it handled. Not very smooth for as long as it appears theyve been doing curbside only.

This is the place to buy paint! The workers are very helpful. Gives good information, helped me pick out body filler and gave tips on painting and the whole process.

I come in once or twice a year, max. Ed said Hi Ken today as I entered. The last time I was there was prior to MetroCruise 2015. How does he do that? Ed gave me good steering toward a specialized sanding disc to remove the finest scratches I put on a black TransAm. It saved repainting a hood.

Good experience over all, prices are not cheap but you get what you pay for - High end products.
