I recently got a new CPAP machine. I was able to take home a mask I thought would work but later figured out it didnt. At CareLinc, one phone call and they were ready to help me get a different mask so that I could get a good nights sleep. They were knowledgeable, had several selections to choose from, and great tips to try to obtain a better fit on my mask. They took time to speak with me and treat me like an individual. I will use CareLinc again in the future for other products.

UPDATE: The person who assessed the chair reported back that it had some spots on it that meant it was in less than resalable condition. They will again fix the chair but will not take it back. I have ordered my husband another lift chair from a different company and now am stuck with a chair that I hesitate to resell it because I anticipate it will break down again. I am convinced I purchased a defective chair and instead of taking responsibility for that CareLinc is making me keep it and eat the cost. Bought a lift chair for my husband. Within the first three months it broke down and was repaired. Within 2-3 weeks it broke down again, the same problem as before. I called and told them I wanted the chair picked up and my money refunded. I was told if the chair was in resellable condition they would give me a refund. Someone came out to assess the chair and pick it up but didn’t know it was broken and stuck in a reclined position. He said he didn’t know how he would get it out that way and left. I called on Monday and left a voicemail for the manager that was not returned. Same on Tuesday. Called the corporate office Tuesday afternoon at 3:55pm and all of the managers were gone for the day. I still have a broken lift chair on my sun porch and no one seems to care. I would NOT recommend dealing with Carelinc as their customer service is extremely poor if there is a problem.

The tanks and concentrator were picked up on May10, 2021. I have since been billed for 4/28 and 5/28, so I have been over billed for 5/28. I just received my EOB last week from my insurance, I told them that Carelinc has overbilled for 5/28 and they said they just received another for 6/28. I think this is ridiculous that your company does this and makes me have to take the time to get this straightened out. To top it off I work M-F 7 to 5 and cant do this on work time or my lunch break ( your billing hrs M-F 8 to 5) This is not my only frustration with Carelinc as when I got home from the hospital at 4:30pm on Apr 28 , I was told to call and they would bring oxygen out right away, they didnt bring the oxygen out until the next day!!! So I was out for more than 10 hrs and almost had to be readmitted to the hospital. My husband talked to ?Lisa after leaving a terrible review back on Apr 29, she said this has never happened.. well it has now!!! He had called 3 times that morning to get O2 out to me. Total lack of care from beginning to end.

Carelinc 54th street was a great experience. They were ready with equipment and billing. I was there 15 minutes. They took me step by step showing me how to use the product and take care of it. We discussed replacements and pricing. There was plenty of opportunity for questions and given phone numbers for help. They gave me an app to follow progress, reminded me to make a follow up with the doctor, and informed me when they would follow up. In summary, quick, thorough, complete, and quality. Highly recommend.

This 5 star goes out to Tyler who answered my call to Customer Service back on 2/25/2021.I had been having a great deal of difficulty with the hospice group not doing their job when I discontinued their services with my Mom back at the end of December. I would call Carelinc and EVERY TIME would be told there was nothing in the notes that I had called to have the equipment removed from the facility my mother lives at. To make this long story short - I just want to THANK the young man named TYLER who was so very kind in getting resolution to our situation. He called me back the next day as he had promised (ALMOST UNHEARD OF IN TODAYS WORLD) after speaking with his supervisor.I am SELDOM a happy camper I have been through a lot with taking care of both my brother who died from Alzheimers and my mother who also has it.But TYLER was like Jake from State Farm. Could not have been NICER or more CONSIDERATE! and I just wanted to let whoever reads this know. I hope Carelinc gives him a RAISE and makes him in charge of training ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE employees!

Wife got home from the hospital yesterday afternoon. Called care link for oxygen at 4:30 they said theyd be right out. They never showed. Called there emergency number at 4:58 this morning wifes O2 level down to 84. Its now 6:38 still nothing. This place is a joke! Should be no stars!

This is the first one star review I have ever given. Last year, I took my daughter to CareLinc for crutches. After providing all of our information, the crutches we received were too big. We did not take them with us and were assured the billing would be cancelled. We then received a bill in the mail. I called, explained what happened, and was assured the account would be credited. Now we have received multiple bills, and I am forced to pay it or it goes to collections and negatively impacts my credit. So I have paid CareLinc for something I did not receive because they are inept on multiple levels.

My daughter broke her hand about a month ago. We went to the doctors office where they provided us with a brand new in the box hand splint from Carelinc. The work order was already completed, I just filled in the patient information section, the doctors office sent it back to Carelinc and they billed our insurance company for the full amount. We saw the orthopedic hand surgeon the following week. He had wanted to make a plaster splint to protect her hand while it healed but was so impressed by the high quality splint that was provided by Carelinc that the plaster splint was unnecessary. Five stars.

My doctor perscribed a CPAP over 3 weeks ago through CareLinc. I am new to this so I called to ask how the process works after the first week. I knew it would take time for all of the insurance information to go through but wondered what to expect. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and explained what I could expect. She also mentioned that it usually takes a couple of weeks to get all of the ducks in a row.So, I called again to check on things at the 2.5 week mark and see if they needed anything from me to move things along. The person who answered the phone was wonderful again. She looked at my file and told me everything looked in order. She put me on hold to speak with a clinician and came back to tell me that I should receive a text telling me that they were working on my machine and then a phone call to set up getting me the machine and training me on it in the next day or two.We are now another week in without any communication from CareLinc what so ever. I have been waiting almost a month for a CPAP.Today the frustration of being exhausted all of the time really bubbled up and I called the insurance company to see what might be holding things up. They said everything had been approved on their end and they have no idea why I havent been contacted. I checked with the doctor too. They said they have provided CareLinc with all of the information they needed and did not know why I havent heard from them.In the meantime, my husband has taken an at-home sleep study, had it read, asked that they send his prescription for a CPAP to Airway Oxygen instead. He already has his machine. We have the same insurance company and our doctors are with the same group. The only difference is who we are getting our CPAP from.I could overlook how long this is taking if CareLinc would just communicate with me. Help me understand what is going on. Is it COVID? Are they short staffed? Is there a backup on getting machines and my husband got lucky that Airway had one in stock?The fact that they have had everything they needed to start getting me a machine for over a week and I havent heard from them makes me mad - especially after being told to expect a call 5 or 6 days ago.I am wondering if it would be faster to switch my account to Airway Oxygen too at this point but I will hang in here and hope for some news soon.
