Their customer service is not helpful or informative. I had to call them back to get my cpap ordered after waiting a week for them to call me back(even though their voicemail claims to call back within 2 hours if you call during business hours). I contacted their online customer service to try to find out when a potential time frame to receive my cpap machine, they said I needed to contact the branch I ordered from. I called them and they said they don’t know even though it was ordered a month ago. They are clearly not knowledgeable about their own shipping/ordering. I’m beyond upset because I’ve just been suffering not getting proper sleep. I should have read the reviews before attempting to work with them.

We just ordered a walker for my husband and we are sooooo pleased with the aim to please Apria! They went to bat for us and got ALL the details correct! I will be using them in the future for ALL of my needs. We are getting older and need to get things right and Pete and Larry and Melissa really did a great job. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

In my opinion do not deal with this company.I obtained the CPAP equipment from the company because they were close to me.First they did not provide all the prescribed equipment, then they sent me a “unreadable” Multi pages contract, and wanted my personal financial information. I can only guess why.After talking to my health care provider,They said: “ they are the worst of the worst, bottom feeders”.

I would like to give no stars, but google wont allow it. I was told by their rep that I would only be billed if I didnt return the wound vacuum that I had after surgery. I returned the device as advised and received a bill for over $1300. I used the wound vaccuum for 3 days.

Apria health care of grand rapids have been very helpful to us, especially Matt Stout. He has gone out of his way for us every step of the way. I would recommend Apria to anyone.

Id give less stars, but google wouldnt let me .After 2 1/2 half months waiting for my CPAP machine I decided to change providers. Wife and I were constantly on the phone wondering where its at, I finally went to the Broadmoor office after 2 months and got everything straightened out. Then 2 weeks go by and still havent received it to find out they delivered it to the wrong house. Tried contacting the general manager multiple times and she would never return my phone calls. After all said and done Apria is the worst business Ive ever dealt with in anything .

Do not use this company for any of you medical equipment needs. Terrible customer service. We are still waiting on a hospital bed that was promised 8/16/2019. Go elsewhere.
