The store clerks were fabulous. They helped me find just the right product without pressure. They were truly patient. I wish I could remember the clerks name— she was phenomenal.

This is one of my favorite stores! It was very clean and of course smelled very good. I bought some perfume and lotion with a gift certificate! Will definitely be back!

Rude, hovering women. Have no clue that spray fragrances and lotions do NOT smell the same, thus we need to try each individually. Got all p*ssy & huffy about trying a lotion (so have a blasted sample out). Then rudely asked which one was the one I tested, while grabbing one off the shelf. I didnt answer and let her take it (for the record, it wasnt the one I tested) haha your $ loss. Hate this place, hate that I gave them my money. Never again.

Stopped in to get some nicehand soap and to see what sales were going on. The store was clean, once we entered the store we were greeted by an employee asking that we sanitize our hands and to please keep our mask up in the store. Inventory was plentiful with alot of variety. Prices seem to be slightly higher even with the sales. We got what we came for and plan to revisit the store on the future.

Masks required... I was met at the door by a sweet young lady who greeted me and offered hand sanitizer then handed me a bag to put my choices in. She then assisted me in finding the products I wanted. All in all, a very nice experience!!!

This was the first time I had actually walked in to a bath & body works store I was very politely greeted and told about all the current sales

The location on alpine in walker Michigan had very poor costumer service and refused to let me in. I had a mask, i went a decent time before closing, and there wasnt a customer in the store. Yet the worker said they were at capacity and they were closed.I love bath and body works but will not go back to this location

Had to wait to go in, they have more staff members inside than customers actually allowed in the store at one time. After purchasing $150 worth of stuff I asked if someone could help me take it to my car as the bag weighed a lot and I was still wearing a back brace from back surgery the month before. They could carry it to the door for me but no further, even if I pulled my car up.

Everyone was very helpful. Would definitely shop here again.

Currently closed for remodel. Informed they would be reopen in August.

Following CDC guidelines and I didnt have a problem going in this store.

First time going back since March. Love how they made the shopping experience great. And disinfected everything after people touched it

Bath & Body Works has tons of body washes, lotions, scented candles & all kinds of other smell goods! Their customer service is excellent! They make sure they always have 1 or more associates out on the floor to help out with whatever you may need. Their products are excellent quality & there is so much to choose from, you can find yourself getting carried away and spending more than you planned. So, watch the prices. You can find great promotional deals on certain products & you can also sign up to receive coupons in your email ;)

Nice to see they mandate you to hand sanitize before you enter the store.

Being a guy, I was very pleased to see that they had very good fragrances for men with products anywhere from body wash to lotion to even shaving cream. Very good and helpful service

Bath & Body Works is my favourite place to get wonderful fragrances of body splash and quality body lotions! When they go on sale I pick up many to restock my own supply for future use and to put away for that little gift you may need just to say thank you to someone who has done something special for you! A gift of body splash or lotion is something that anyone is happy to receive!

Senses overload, so much fun discovering how close to the real smell they put into fragrances and candles. Always running a deal. Great place for gifts or just to spend time exploring.

A Beautiful store and you a greeted and helped as you walk in the door. All the workers were very pleasant.

This is the most convenient Bath & Body Works for me to go to so the one I visited the most often. Their staff are always kind but sometimes a little ignorant of items. Their biggest downfall is they are not the tidiest store and finding stuff can be tedious at times, especially if you just went in for a single item. If you could give half Stars they would be a four and a half.

Easy to get in and out of . You can also use your online coupons on top of store sale inorder to enjoy twice the savings.

I am in love wit the new rose smell that came out a little while ago. I just wish they still had the perfumes. They really need to come out with an English rose purfume!!

I understand it was a busy candle sale at this store... I normally got to the b and b at the tanger outlet.. But stopped at the alpine on my way home from work... I was appauled by the woman at the front door... The way she spoke to customers and hated being in retail comments... It was the WORST customer service ever.. I didnt get the brunt of her attitude until I quietly told her the customer was in front of me and she snapped at me for that! I will never use this store again and I overhead from others its just a bad customer service store.. Thank goodness for my local store or b and b would have lost my sales..
