So, I ordered a 2021 Jeep Gladiator Diesel from a fellow Jeeper and sales rep named Dylan. (I say fellow Jeeper, but in truth we have never met before this car purchase, we both just love Jeeps.) I have been looking for a Jeep Wrangler for an eternity. I checked almost every Jeep dealership in Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, and Indiana. I finally stumbled across a Wrangler at Fox in Grand Rapids. Nate was super straight forward and didnt waste any of my time. He was more than willing to work with me over the phone, which many other dealerships were not willing to do. He was completely honest, quick to respond to my questions, and very friendly. I drove over an hour to this dealership, and it was well worth it! They stayed late to make sure everything was settled for me, went over the car features, gave the car a bath, filled it with gas, and delivered it to me the following business day. Poor customer service. Same sleezy, underhanded, sexist tactics you can find in a lot of car salesmen. Dont care about customers or their safety (who allows employees to rack up 2k miles on a vehicle youre trying to sell during a pandemic?) Employees jacket was in the backseat so it definitely wasnt cleaned out when returned. Had Joe...cant recommend him or the dealership. Over priced compared to local competitors. Offer less than half trade in value. Couldnt answer most of my questions about the vehicle without referring to his phone. (Which was ringing off the hook the whole time I was with the salesman.)Only dealership Ive been to that doesnt seem interested in actually selling cars. Save yourself the headache and the run around and keep looking elsewhere.Pro Tip: Dont wait til the money is already out the door before asking them to make an offer.Thanks for wasting my time to drive 300 miles to buy nothing.

My brother went in to get two simple repair done on his Truck. Only one was fixed and the truck was returned with additional issues, which were not there before. We’ve been trying to fix this problem for 2 weeks to no avail. Calls are not being returned and they refuse to fix this issue. Awful customer service and overall terrible experience.

Drove 6hrs to look at used Trackhawk. Come to find out it was tuned and beat to hell, poor piss cleaning as well. Salesperson was nice, no complains there, manager on the other hand didnt know what to say when I caught him red handed with lower pulley swap and a tune on the car. I asked over the phone and they never told me, and it was never in the clasified ads, none of the classified ads, cargurus, autotrader, etc. I told multiple times to manager face to note this in the classifieds, nope havent changed yet, well, this review is for that, so people know what theyre dealing with. Red Trackhawk 76K, stay away from that car.

Nate helped us through the whole process. He actually listened to what we were looking for and didn’t try to push us into a vehicle we didn’t want. We ended up leaving with a car perfect for our family.

I hate to right a bad review. But I’m not happy with my experience. I went to get an oil change 63.50 which is a lot but I agreed to it for what I hoped was going to be a good experience. They told me it would take an hour which took two hours. Not good but I understand things can take longer. They said I needed two filters and a bulb for 45 dollars I agreed to that. When I went to pay it was 160 dollars. I asked why so much when it should have been about 110 dollars. The guy said labor on the filter and bulb. I said 50 dollars you didn’t tell me about that ahead of time. His response sorry. Nothing else. I said you can’t do anything about the confusion. His response sorry. Bad customer service. Won’t go back.

I got exactly what I wanted from Drew, from my first conversation over the phone to picking up my truck he did a great job. It took him a day to find what I wanted and he delivered on every promise. I would definitely recommend working with him, he listens to your needs and has great product knowledge. Overall I had a great experience all around, and all the people at fox ram were great to work with.

Got my new Jeep Cherokee with Dylan as my sales person. He was wonderful and helpful. Easiest time I have had in buying a car. Helped that I fell in love with this Jeep Cherokee Outlander. Dylan and the rest of the staff made it such smooth sailing. Had two other Jeeps and two vans serviced there over the years. The service department have always been a 10 for me.. Those service boys see me coming and always treat this lady right.

I dropped my car off early morning and was given the same model car to use for the day which was extremely convenient. I had a part replaced and a sensor checked. I also had my snow tires removed and replaced with the original tires for spring and summer. The hospitality of Joseph was exceptional. He offered to come pick up my tires for me so I didnt have to drive them in and was polite and accommodating with every request. Its never convenient to have to drop your car off for the day for service, but Joseph made it very easy! As an added bonus, my car was beautiful when I picked it up! Washed on the outside and vacuumed on the inside! I would highly recommend this dealership!

All buyers should do at least a little bit of homework before signing on the dotted line in a vehicle transaction, as each party is primarily looking out for themselves. That said, reasonable people can find reasonable ways to come to an agreement that makes everyone happy. That describes my experience with Trevor and Duane: reasonable. Trevor was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient working through the steps of my CPO Jeep Grand Cherokee purchase, and Duane was likewise efficient and able to offer pragmatic solutions to challenges emerging at his end of the process. Both were pleasant and responsive, and the entire experience free of drama. Do your research, then go to VF cars.

I’d love to leave 0 stars if I could. I never EVER leave bad reviews anywhere but this is an exception since I am stranded on the side of the road in the cold with my 2 kids for the 20th time. I went out of my comfort zone to buy my van from K&M Dodge and less than a month after owning it, my transmission went out. Since then (within less than a year) I’ve put THOUSANDS of dollars into it and had to leave 2 jobs due to an unreliable vehicle that I paid over $6k for. I will never ever trust this place again and I hope the same goes to everyone else.

I use to be a loyal customer of VF card but since fox took over I wont trust them. I authorized a amount on my 2007 Jeep for repair. They fixed more than that without authorization and was going to charge my more money. We talked and fox reduced the price . later I found out I didnt have to pay for the extra work and could have kept the repairs done because of a law. They also over filled my transmission fluid and damaged connection pins. When I called to say something I left a message for the service manager. I have waited 3 months and still no response from him.

I went here after weeks of searching and searching for a nice, used, and affordable vehicle. From Lowell, Michigan to Traverse City, Michigan. Who would have thought that an honest and fair dealership existed in my own backyard. Go here, get a car, get rid of whatever headache your old car is giving you, and be happy. Seriously. Was recommended to go to Van Andel & Flikkema to have a tear fixed in the leather on my door. No idea how it even happened but what I do have an idea of is how great V&F took care of me and my car. I was greeted promptly, professionally and with smiles!! They also shuttled me to work, even just for a little slight tear. In the end, you cant even tell there was a rip anywhere on my door. Highly unethical – If you don’t have any car experience or knowledge, do NOT take your vehicle here for service. I recently had taken my vehicle in for a pretty straight forward warranty repair on the radio of my 2013 dodge dart. A couple hours into the repair, I get a call from my service representative stating that “we’re having to jumpstart this vehicle over and over” and to give him a call back. I thought this was strange given the fact that today had been a bit warmer than earlier in the week and the car had not shown any signs of a weak battery or a hard start. So, I called the representative back. When I was finally able to reach him from waiting on hold, he said that I “had a bad battery”, so asked what the meter read for the voltages and he replied, “I’m not sure, but do you want us to throw one in for you?”. Knowing that I had just purchased the battery less than 2 years ago with a warranty, my answer was of course – no, I’ll just take it back from where I got it and make a warranty claim. He acknowledged, and we moved forward. But this is where it gets better. So, when I arrived at the dealership later in the day to pick up my car, I stated to the clerk, “they had mentioned the battery was bad and he was going to get me the reading from the meter”. The clerk then stated, I don’t have anything about a bad battery, but I can check into it. When I talked with the service representative he stated he “wasn’t sure what the reading was, but it was bad”. So, I said, well if it’s bad I’d like to get it fixed, can you check it again, so I can know for sure. His response then was, “I don’t have a tech available, so we can’t do that right now”. I said, fine and went on my way. Two blocks down the road was one of the stores I had bought the battery from. So, I asked them if they would test and check the battery for me. To no surprise, the battery tested at 13.8v while running and 12.9v after it had been sitting off for a while. So, needless to say, the battery is not bad. This was a clearly unethical scam to attempt to get an extra unneeded sale from me for a part that was not bad. A highly unprofessional practice and a place I will no longer do business with. Thankfully, I’m lucky enough to know enough about cars not to fall for the scam! Be careful out there and don’t go to these guys.

He walked me through the different vehicles in my price range and laid everything out for me so I could easily weigh my options.I was impressed with how much he didnt try to sell me on something I didnt want. I had just came from another dealership on that street and they tried to pressure me into a car that was out of my price limit, so it was much appreciated to not be pressured.I would definitely recommend K&M because they were so helpful!

Oil change is good, but the fact they do not schedule ahead really is frustrating. Always have a 30min-1hr+ wait BEFORE they even get my car in for the 30min oil change. So if you have 1-2 hours to waste on an oil change then its fine. If they would just schedule then you could get right in and out and would be happy.

Travis Watson was one of the most helpful salesperson I have met. He tried to get the type of vehicle I preferred, while at the lowest down payment possible. He never once tried pushing a deal on me and respected my desires. Although I didnt get the vehicle I initially wanted, but I did get one that was much better and cheaper. Thanks again Travis.

Outstanding service, you can actually drive in get your oil changed and tires rotated and be out in less than an hour. Other places advertise that but you get there and they are full for the day or they ask you to leave it for the day. I bought my Jeep from them and have had them perform all the maintenance (which has just been routine stuff), Im very satisfied.
