I had a minor crash and they were exactly on with how many days it would take to fix. They very extremely helpful and answered all my questions. My insurance company referred me to them. I was hesitant because I was thinking about going to a dealership, but the work was with all OEM parts and they did a full interior and exterior detail on my car. Hopefully I never get in a crash again, but if I do I am going back to them.

This place is great not only did they do a great job on the work on my car. They went above and beyond and wash and cleaned the inside and out of my car I would absolutely recommend them. I will definitely be going back for any work i need done to my car.

After been involved in a hit and run with minor damage to the left side of our Truck we decided to take it to Alpine Collision Center, best decision we couldve made . Got my stuff done fast and had a reasonable price very friendly staff that seemed to know exactly what they were doing. just had a headlight bracket that needed to be fixed but when I came to pick up my car they had the whole thing cleaned. Now thats customer service. Will be back again

They did a great job for me! My vehicle was a little different than most as it is a classic car and did not have a paint color code for them to refer to. The people at ACC did a great job of finding the color, fixing the dents/cracks, and making everything look great. The car looks better than it did before the accident! I would definitely take any of my cars back to them and would recommend them to a friend. The only thing they could improve upon would be updates on progress since the job did go a little longer than planed. That said, the quality of the work, attention to detail, and time the staff took to talk with me about the process definitely earns them 5 stars!

I recently need my car repaired due to an accident and decided to take it to alpine collision. Im glad i did, The staff at alpine collision were incredible. They kept in contact with me and up to date about all repairs. They were extremely kind and understanding and very professional. They worked diligently to repair my car even when issues arose (no fault of their own). When i picked my car up i realized they detailed it. And WOW they did an amazing job, it was as clean as the day i bought it. I highly recommend using Alpine Collision Center, from beginning to end they exceeded my expectations.

I will start this review with the good part:After hitting a deer in 2017 I took my car to Alpine Collision - they were quick to get an estimate to my insurance company and to get my car in to repair. Overall the repair quality seems good and is still holding up today. There was a few minor issues with my headlight alignment and I have had to return once because a corner of my front bumper popped out.And now for the unfortunate part:During my repair I needed to use their loaner vehicle. When the morning came to drop my car off and pick up their vehicle I was told I needed to inspect the loaner to verify its condition. It felt odd to have to inspect a loaner as every other one I had ever used was basically a throwaway vehicle. Being very early in the AM it was still dark out but I did a walk around the car and everything seemed in order so I signed off on it and went to work.The next day when I returned the loaner to pickup my car a technician went out to inspect the loaner and lo and behold - they said it was damaged! They claimed the back bumper was damaged while I had it, looking at the car there was NO WAY I could have seen that damage in the morning when I picked it up and it did NOT happen while I had the car. I drove it to work and home with a single quick stop in between, I would have known if something had hit it.A day later they sent me an invoice for the damage that totaled over $1000. I called and eventually got them to lower it to $500 but regardless I will NOT be bringing any more vehicles there and I would caution anyone who uses their services to NEVER take their loaner vehicles. It felt like a scam in the beginning and it saddens me that businesses can treat paying customers like this. I have attached a photo of their claimed damage for reference.

From beginning to end, ACC was perfect! Quality work, friendly and knowledgeable staff! Got an estimate for installation of a part online and they stuck to that original price. Friendly staff that communicate clearly, and a quality job in the end. They had a very reasonable price and accommodated for me when other shops refused to or were requesting almost twice as much for the same job. Very pleased with my service.

My 2007 Acura is still having a VSA error, vibration over 70 mph & they wouldnt fix after they sent out for alignment due to replacing bent rims from a pothole. They wanted me to go to Acura dealer who wanted $120 to look at it because they said they dont pay their bills. They had my car over 2 months. Even though covered by insurance & me paying my FULL deductible.. They did nothing extra for me or followed up later to resolve. After hitting pothole, i didnt have VSA error, only after they worked on it.

Almost perfect. First, my car looks like the day I bought it! I found a couple of small imperfections in the paint on the door. That said they went above and beyond. They cleaned all the glass, wiped down the dash, vacuumed the car, and gave it back to me in a much better condition than I dropped in of in. They will be my first call if I need body work done again! Lastly, it did take a couple of days longer than quoted, but they kept me updated the entire time. Thank you all for restoring my car!

The team quoted that they would need four businesses days to do the work. However, on the end of the third business day I received a phone call that they did not even start working on my vehicle yet. This was very disappointing as this is my only vehicle to drive and I had to make special arrangements to get to and from work. Additionally, my vehicle has aftermarket lightbars and other aftermarket parts added to it and when I got my vehicle back I noticed that the wires which connect to a light bar were pulled out and that the lights were not working. When I confronted the team leader, Josh, on this issue he said that this is how the vehicle came to us which is not true as I checked before dropping it off that everything was in working order. I am very disappointed with the lack of honesty and professionalism that this company has. Their body work was good though.

My second time going there after being in an accident. They are very nice and do the best work! I was very impressed when I got my car back to find they had completely detailed the inside of my car and topped off my gas tank. GREAT local business

When I took my car in for repairs everything was explained to me very well and what I should expect. The car was done on time and it had been thoroughly cleaned inside and out. Their customer service went above and beyond what I had expected. I will definitely recommend others to go here.

Ive had my vehicle (2010 Nissan Sentra) here twice and theyve done an excellent job with the quality of the repairs and in dealing with my insurance. They offer a loaner, which is extremely convenient. However, the loaner is in dire need of an interior detail.

Went there to get my door fixed and I was amazed with their work. They cleaned the inside of my car, including the mats, brightened my cloudy headlights, and buffed out a small scratch for no extra cost. They kept me well informed since it didnt go through my insurance and even finished faster than estimated. Nice people, great results

Good job on my repairs. Worked hard to make sure everything was satisfactory. Unfortunately, I had to wait 3 weeks to get my car in. But then was delayed at the last minute for an additional 2 weeks. Not cool. And absolutely nothing to be done at that late date. I would return but would ask a few questions about timing and possible delays. Î

Got in a small accident in July, had a frustrating runaround with the other drivers insurance, but the end result I got from Alpine Collision honestly made the headache go away. They went above and beyond with the work that I was there for, took care of some other issues my vehicle was having and worked closely with my insurance so I didnt have to cover the excess repairs. Vehicle interior was, to my surprise and delight, also sparkling clean when I picked it up. Steve did my initial estimate; he and the whole crew there were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this place.

Very good experience. Slid on some ice and had some bumper damage. ACC was able to get me in the same day when all other body shops in the area were estimating 3 weeks out. This was a preferred body shop through my insurance company and everything was essentially handled between ACC and State Farm. They had my truck 100% completed in 6 days, less than what they originally quoted (8 days) when they gave me an estimate. It was also convenient that theyre very close to home. Would recommend to anyone needing body work done on their vehicle.

Everybody was super friendly and fast! I had a hole in my tire and as soon as I pulled up I got help right away and it took Jack about 5 minutes to fix it. Next time I have a problem Ill definitely come here again!

The folks at Alpine collision took my sad, rear-ended car and made it look like brand new!! Jeanine the receptionist was kind and friendly when I dropped off and picked up my car. They also cleaned the inside of my car as well and it looks better than it has in a loooong time... plus, they finished the work a day early and left me a candy bar on the console! I would recommend Alpine Collision to anyone looking for bodywork/repair on their car-they do great work!
