BIG NO for doing business with these people !!! I inquired about an iPhone on Facebook Marketplace and they said it wasn’t available (yet over 24 hrs later it is still listed on Marketplace) and they tried to sell me a more expensive phone. When I drove 37 minutes to their store that was supposed to open at 10am, and I arrived at 11am the store was locked and nobody answered the phones or when I knocked.

Baker was amazing. He gave us a really good deal on a brand new washer and dryer. And was very accommodating. We’re first time home buyers and don’t really know much and he was willing to answer all of our questions. He even had our washer and dryer delivered the same day! 10/10 would recommend this place.

We just bought our fridge from Baker here at Big Box Overstock. He has been the most friendly sales associate that I have ever dealt with. The store is very clean and they have plenty of variety to choose from. Baker gave us just the right amount of attention while not being too overbearing. He was very knowledgable and was more than open with us on pricing and the benefits of one over another. I highly recommend coming here to get any of your appliance needs! As a caveat I went to abc warehouse and they were nowhere near as friendly or knowledgeable.

My fiance and I bought our KitchenAide fridge from Big Box Overstock and could not be more pleased with our experience. Our old freezer had stopped working and we needed a new refrigerator as soon as possible. The staff at Big Box Overstock were amazing and very accommodating. I experienced helpful customer service, tried to make sure I got what I had wanted. There are many options to choose from and I chose stainless Steele washed and dryer. After researching price differences I noticed that I had gotten a huge deal so I was happy.He made sure that I was able to afford my purchase and also spoke on my behalf to help me get more financing then I was originally offered.Shop there and you won’t be shopping alone u will have help. HA HA, just seen post on FaceBook Market place and its quite clear they are not selling at any discount but rather only a few dollars off from what you can get new at the store and the packaging is trashed with no warranties.No thanks I will be buying from actual retailer with option to return since your an overstock store selling at full price. Dont be fooled people do your research before buying there.

Baker just sold my husband and I a front loading washer and dryer. Our last set was 4 1/2 years old and cost us twice the amount we bought this new set for!Not only was he friendly, he was not a typical pushy salesman. He actually LISTENED to what we were looking for. How much we wanted to spend on the set and he stuck to that. He did not try to pressure us in to a different set, simply to benefit the business. He was even the actual owner..I can most definitely say, we will go back for any other appliance needs!
